The hotel location is not close to Namba and Shinsaibashi, but it’s 6-8 minutes walk to Daikouchuo station. The room was clean and spacious.

amazing stay at plum hotel! staff speaks English and Chinese as well, they were very friendly and helpful all the time, they also offer 24h service which is great! room was big enough and could comfortably fit 3 luggages (2 big and 1 cabin). they also offer daily making up of room and every time its very clean and nice! aircon is strong, shampoo/conditioner/body and towels are provided! very fast and fuss free check out process too :＞ as for location wise, almost everything is walking distance which is amazing! the nearest station is daikokucho station which is about an 8min walk away, namba is about a 12min walk away and ashiharabashi station is about a 13min walk (convenient to go USJ). The hotel is almost situated very near the Namba Yasaka Jinja Shrine (3min walk), has a 7-11, family mart, duty free drugstores and 2 supermarkets (LIFE Store and Plus) with walking distance of 5min or less. overall amazing stay!

It's a little far from the train station, about 15mins from JR and 10 minus from subway so if you have big luggages, it's a bit challenging. The guy who checked us in was not friendly at all, no smiles and no response when I greeted him Konichiwa, a very serious guy. The room was quite small but very disappointed that they provided paper cups and for the price I paid, I expected at least plastic. Location wise, it's very near to Kizu market & Namba Yasaka Jinja, the only advantage. We were asked to leave the ventilation fan on 24hrs with bathroom door open to avoid triggering the fire alarm but that means the fan noise disturbed our sleep. Fortunately, only stayed one night.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was quite spacious and clean. Staff at the resection speaks English. The location is great, about 20 min walking to Namba and Dotonboti. There is a subway nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and atmospheric. Definitely will come back again!

I’m not joking when I say this might be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Japan so far. Starting from the location, it’s not terribly far from Namba station on foot. You can also take the Midosuji Line as well. The amenities in the hotel room are sufficient and the size is actually huge compared to all the other hotels I’ve tried. You can open TWO big luggages and have space to walk and do other things. I really enjoyed the extra space in the property. The service was great and I have no complaints, room cleaning was meticulous and the staff went the extra mile. I’m very happy with my stay and I will definitely come back again.

Close to attractions, 500m walking to nearest subway station, 800m walking distance to JR Namba. Room is clean and spacious, good for the value. Basic amenities like hair shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo, toothbrush, hair dryer, pyjamas, towels are provided. Staffs are friendly and able to communicate in English.

Hotel is quite nice and confortable. The hotel is a bit far from metro which made us feel quiet and peaceful. The reception give us a good suggestion, nice and politely.

The hotel room had a reasonable amount of space to accommodate four people. It is within walking distance of Daikokucho Station (10 minutes) and Namba Station (15 minutes). Yasaka Shrine, ODA Local Market, and Life Supermarket are all less than a 12-minute walk away, and Dotonbori is about a 20-minute walk. Overall, this hotel is a good option if you’re comfortable with these walking distances and looking for a slightly better-priced deal.

The room was bigger than I expected and it was pretty clean. Clerks were friendly. I can recommend this hotel.

Good location, close to Dotonbori. We got a double twin room which was bigger than average. Service was good.

Location to station is not really near to any. Need to walk. Given highest storey but window view was blocked by building beside. Feel trapped. Good for short stay but not long.But it has number of laundry shops and family mart nearby and a nice 750 yen seafood bento just less 100 meters away from hotel. 20 minutes walk to Dotondori. Hotel was clean.

Everything is good except that they charge a fee for extra pillow/blanket.  They provide a kettle but not cups or cutleries, hence you gotta buy/bring your own.  The best thing i like about this hotel is the taps. It is very easy to control the temperature. Best is it has extremely hot water that i use to sanitise my cups/cutleries.

The room are larger than i think. I luv it. Staff are nice to service. If i comeback to OSAKA next time, i will return ti this place for sure. 👍👍👍
