"Ich habe mir jetzt sehr viele Kommentare durchgelesen und kann nicht verstehen, wie man dieses Hotel auch nur ansatzweise mit weniger als 4 Sternen bewerten kann ! Das Hotel ist klasse ! Sowohl die einzelnen Apartments in den außenstehenden Häusern ( welches wir gegen ein Zimmer im Haus problemlos tauschen konnten) als auch die gesamte Anlage, das Hotel, einfach alles! Hier hat sie der Inhaber so große Mühe gegeben und ein wirklich tolles Konzept bzw. eine tolle Anlage, auf die Beine gestellt ! Das Personal im gesamten Haus ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend ! Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht und ist durchgängig frisch und vielfältig ! Egal ob Wellnesbereich , Außenanlage oder Zimmer, alles ist sauber und modern , man fühlt sich sehr wohl ! Wir reisen sehr viel durch die Welt und dieses Hotel hat ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Ps. Bei der Grösse der Anlage, kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass man kurz warten muss oder der Frühstücksraum etwas voller ist, so etwas als „schlecht“ zu bewerten, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal und den Inhaber, für das schöne Wochenende!"

"Very beautiful and quiet location in the forest right at the lake. Deep garage costs 14 euros per night. What I have never experienced is that you have to pay 6 euros per day as a guest for the hotel's own swimming pool. Room small (but clean), safe for 2 people too small. Breakfast offers little choice. Beautiful would also be a buffet in every place."

"The hotel is big, conference-type, and all kinds of facilities are very good. It is by the lake and can park for free on the nearby roadside. The hotel is a bit off, there is a Chinese restaurant in a few minutes drive, and I walked past ten to twenty minutes."

"Drei entspannte Nächte auf der Insel – absolut empfehlenswert Ruhige, idyllische Lage, perfekt zum Abschalten. Geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit schönem Seeblick. WLAN etwas schwach, aber sonst alles top. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, Restaurant sehr lecker. Die Terrasse und der separate Steg am See sorgen für eine besondere Atmosphäre. Der Service war herzlich und professionell. Besonderer Dank an Elita für ihre außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder."

"der Empfang war sehr freundlich; zum Frühstück gab es leider nicht ausreichend Plätze, außer draußen, was aber zu kalt war; die Bedienung im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich, trotz hohem Gästeaufkommen das Zimmer war okay, leider war der Föhn nicht zu gebrauchen und die Lampe auf dem Schreibtisch auch nicht; was ich nicht optimal fand, dass das Parken zusätzlich berechnet wurde die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, da man fußläufig in angemessener Zeit die geschichtsträchtigen Orte oder auch das Zentrum erreichen kann bzw. auch eine Busverbindung sich in der Nähe befindet"

Our room was quite OK, the bathroom noja and the floor cover dirty - for the price you can really expect something more The breakfast was good and you could order for 15 EURO at the reception. Very close to the center and very nicely located at the Havel. The hotel does not have a bar, but just in front of the door there is a beach bar and also a very great Italian. Concluded: If you make a few breaks and look over some things, the hotel is completely i.O. Very nice staff in every area."
