"I recently stayed at Delta Hotel during my trip to the UK, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The location was absolutely perfect, situated within walking distance of major attractions and surrounded by charming cafes and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to suit all tastes. I also appreciated the attention to detail, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful touches like complimentary tea and biscuits in the room. Overall, Delta Hotel provided an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the UK. I can’t wait to return!"

"The review needs to highlight: First, that crucial location advantage - 3 minutes walking distance is a huge selling point for graduation attendees. Should emphasize convenience since graduation days are hectic. Second, the staff's genuine friendliness stood out to them - ”always smiling” and ”home away from home” feeling are phrases worth preserving. Third, the physical comforts: ”spacious” accommodation and ”great environment” which I'll interpret as both the property and ambiance. I notice they didn't mention any negatives - pure positivity. The challenge is making it sound detailed rather than generic. For the staff compliments, I'll avoid overused terms like ”helpful” and instead show their consistent warmth through phrases like ”every single interaction” and ”warmth and professionalism.” For structure: Opening should hook with the graduation context, then location, facilities, staff excellence, and wrap with wholehearted recommendation. The exclamation about the staff making them feel at home deserves its own sentence for impact. Better avoid hotel jargon like ”amenities” since this is a personal review. Keep it warm like their original tone but slightly more polished. And definitely include ”home away from home” since that's exactly how they described it. Here’s a polished, heartfelt English review based on your experience at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel: Title: Perfect Stay for Our Daughter’s Graduation! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel for our daughter’s university graduation, and it exceeded all expectations! The location was unbeatable – just a 3-minute walk to the graduation venue, making the entire day stress-free and memorable. The hotel itself is stunning: elegant, well-maintained, and our room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. But what truly made our stay special was the wonderful staff. Every single interaction, from check-in to daily encounters, was met with genuine warmth and professionalism. They greeted us with bright smiles every day, making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Their kindness gave us a true ”home away from home” feeling throughout our visit. If you’re visiting Bristol – especially for university events – this hotel is an absolute gem. We’ll cherish the memories made here!"

"Centrally located, tucked away in a side street, this is a pleasant guesthouse with spacious rooms and an honesty bar in the evening. WiFi was not good and I spent over half an hour waiting to check in as the receptionist was away from the desk and not answering the phone"

"The hotel is very nice, with all the equipments need, however, I had several experiences finding the lights cannot be turned on, and also the oven does not work. The safe cannot work, and the mirror was at the ground. The washing machine kept on running water without stopping? It seems no one checked the property properly before the customers check in. Also their online sales control the sales of rooms without over 28 days, so, doing online booking cannot over 28 days. After 28 days, if you want to stay longer, then the sales price almost like stock price, flucturating seriously, then it becomes today is a price, tomorrow the price is doubled. In most other hotels chains, it will have a committed price for certain time, so customers can know it will be valid for how long. However, this hotel sales will tell a different price every day. It makes less confidence to let customers feel loyalty. The other strange thing is their direct price is always cheaper than the agent price, so it makes people better book at agent rather than book directly, it seems very unusual as well. It looks like both the customers service for room management and the sales service for sales management shall be further looked and improved. It is not buying stuff from weekend market, and the price can dramatically change like this. Also, a commitment to customer shall be followed, especially if this is already in writing. It is not right to tell customer one price in writing, and the next day changes again. It sounds like we bargain in the weekend market for buying vegetables or meats? No customers will like to see A Price become B Price and become C Price. Also, there is no difference between daily rate and weekly rate and monthly rate, seems hotel does not encourage direct sales with customers, also do not encourage long term stay as well. Can only say It is a very unique experience. "

"The location is in the wealthy area of Bristol. The facilities inside are very good and the surrounding environment is also very good. However, there is no front desk. You need to check the email to remind you to go to the building next to it to get the key with the password."

"Future Inn Bristol Bond Street: Exceptional Value and Quality My recent stay at the Future Inn on Bond Street in Bristol exceeded all expectations. I can confidently say it was the cleanest, quietest, and most affordable hotel I've had the pleasure of staying in. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, readily answering all my questions with genuine helpfulness. This welcoming atmosphere extended throughout my stay. The breakfast was a true highlight – genuinely the best I've enjoyed in a long time. The quality and variety were outstanding, making for a perfect start to each day. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail. Even the air conditioning unit came with clear, easy-to-understand instructions, something I've struggled with at other hotels. It's this level of thoughtfulness that sets Future Inn apart. If you're looking for a hotel that offers exceptional value without compromising on quality, I wholeheartedly recommend the Future Inn Bristol Bond Street. It's a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a comfortable, clean, and quiet stay. Future Inn is definitely ”the one” for me!"

"Located right on Cabot Circus, it's quite convenient geographically. Our room was on the first floor, and the window faced the exhaust of the restaurant downstairs, which caused a constant odor and noise. The hotel's floorboards were also very thin, and we could feel the floor vibrate whenever someone walked around or sat on the bed. The dishwasher was old, and the wheels on the basket kept falling off, and it didn't wash clean. Everything else was fine. Also, the shops at Cabot Circus closed at 6 p.m., leaving only the homeless to wander around. I recommend booking a room at City Center or Clifton."

"The staff was helpful and and the location was close to the station. It was near the city centre and there were many restaurants nearby. Check out was easy as you just needed to put the key inside a box. Only one problem was the lacking of hair dryer, which should be supposed to have one in the suite."

AAnniAusVery comfortable hotel right at the canals. Very close to a major restaurant and club area so a bit loud in the evening but windows are well insulated. Comfortable bed and well maintained bathroom. Staff was friendly. There is a large parking garage next to the hotel and 24 hour parking, when paid at the hotel, is £18.

KKkkkkCccccThe location is fantastic – it's very close to the train station and easily reachable on foot, which is super convenient. However, walking to the city center takes a bit longer, though it's still quite manageable. There aren't any large supermarkets nearby, just a small convenience store. On the plus side, the hotel is remarkably quiet. We later noticed that many hotels in the city center seemed quite noisy due to their proximity to bars. The hotel breakfast was also good; the selection wasn't huge, but it covered all the essentials, including fruit, eggs, and various English breakfast items. The only drawback was that after five consecutive mornings, the menu became a bit repetitive and tiresome. We've chosen Leonardo Hotels in various UK cities before because their family rooms are perfect for a family of three. Crucially, they provide a proper single bed and a double bed, not just a sofa bed, which ensures everyone gets a comfortable and good night's sleep.

GGuest UserI got a great deal on this stay but it was marred by a long wait checking in with staff confused that I hadn't fully paid and wanting to charge me full price. They eventually let me in and said they thought it was an error between trip.com and hotel and would sort. Have stayed before and had similar long checkin - unsure if relates to Trip.com bookings or generally slow! Wasn't charged the £10 deposit. Very comfy bed. Front of hotel covered in scaffolding but didn't affect stay as left before work started in morning. No tea spoons in room (not even wooden ones, as is typical these days!) just wooden stirrers. Towel in bathroom torn. Nice toiletries. Quiet room aside from road noise

GGuest UserStayed overnight before and early morning flight Despite work going on at the airport , there was no noise and it made for a good night's sleep. Very good choice of food and drinks available too. Rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful, and an early morning call was easily and promptly done. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone flying from Bristol Airport

SSheltonOverall a good sized room. Howerver the aircon was not adequate to cool the room and felt a little too warm for the hot summer's day. However the beds were comfy and the room overall well styled. The bathroom was very spacious with fantastic lighting! Other than the unattractive view out the window and the aircon, I would highly recomend!
