Bristol Apartments

Hotel is just in the city center and so close to restaurants and shopping. Room is regular but pillows aren’t cosy at all. They were of the lowest quality ever so affected sleeping. Shower had Rituals amenities which is nice but no lid to close the tub so actually only shower option available while there is a tub. We had child and dog with us so convertible sofa plus additional sofa piece were quite comfortable. We chowed this hotel for pet option and it’s just £15 extra charge so in general feel very satisfied with our one night stay. Btw. Reception looks the way more stylish than the rooms so the picture is taken only there !

Situated centrally but accessible for cars, the Delta Hotel works fine for a stopover night prior to a flight Being part of Marriott Bonvoy means the recently refurbished hotel has higher standards than others: spacious shiny lobby, seating areas, well-served restaurants and all the extra amenities. Unlike many other places working by the clock, the restaurant received our late arrival and food order, enjoyed over watching Match of the Day. The staff were particularly impressive. Important to me it had a terrace to the restaurant on the first floor. It looks over nothing much but urban concrete and the roundabout but it allows me to have my smoke respectfully! The room is spacious, has a personalised TV welcoming the guests by name but its smart features unfortunately didn’t work (yet) so no Netflix for us that night! Thank God, there was not just the Holy Bible but also the Book of Mormons on the right hand bedside table! Our second stay - ideal city centre location, reasonable parking or £17 per 24 hours, clean rooms and communal areas, pleasant friendly staff. Areas to improve - Breakfast has very little for vegans, no vegan sausages/bacon, oat milk is requestable though. The building feels a bit tired, needs some modernising hallways quite dark and dated

Clean and tidy room services. After Bristol Air Ballon Festive , My family was happy living here with tasty breakfast and good location to reach out high street and town centre in ease. Recommended to visit again .

Good location and interesting collection of artwork in the hotel. Walls are a bit thin - kept awake by other guests. Checking in was also really slow even after we checked in online

Convenient transportation, there is a bus stop downstairs, and there is a Chinese restaurant ”Meet and Greet” next to it. You can walk to the University of Bristol, and it is a ten-minute walk from the city center. The breakfast is quite rich

The apartment itself was good. Spacious, well-decorated and had all that we needed. Location is quite okay too. Customer service could improve as it was quite difficult to contact reception and there were delays in replies.

Amazing location near clifton suspension bridge, nice area and shops nearby, clean room with all amenities included. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely come back if going to bristol

The hotel is very nice, with all the equipments need, however, I had several experiences finding the lights cannot be turned on, and also the oven does not work. The safe cannot work, and the mirror was at the ground. The washing machine kept on running water without stopping? It seems no one checked the property properly before the customers check in. Also their online sales control the sales of rooms without over 28 days, so, doing online booking cannot over 28 days. After 28 days, if you want to stay longer, then the sales price almost like stock price, flucturating seriously, then it becomes today is a price, tomorrow the price is doubled. In most other hotels chains, it will have a committed price for certain time, so customers can know it will be valid for how long. However, this hotel sales will tell a different price every day. It makes less confidence to let customers feel loyalty. The other strange thing is their direct price is always cheaper than the agent price, so it makes people better book at agent rather than book directly, it seems very unusual as well. It looks like both the customers service for room management and the sales service for sales management shall be further looked and improved. It is not buying stuff from weekend market, and the price can dramatically change like this. Also, a commitment to customer shall be followed, especially if this is already in writing. It is not right to tell customer one price in writing, and the next day changes again. It sounds like we bargain in the weekend market for buying vegetables or meats? No customers will like to see A Price become B Price and become C Price. Also, there is no difference between daily rate and weekly rate and monthly rate, seems hotel does not encourage direct sales with customers, also do not encourage long term stay as well. Can only say It is a very unique experience.

Hotwater a problem due to old water tank design whole night without hot water. Others are fine.
