A pleasant apartment hotel, located in the old town, not too far from the train station, there are trams to reach, the location is very good, the attractions are also walking distance.
Kitchenette and room, bathrooms are well organized, clean and comfortable, highly recommended.
The Loft go above & beyond!!! We booked the loft Pre Covid and was due to stay during Covid, we arranged an amendment on the date but still couldn't go due to travel restrictions. I automatically thought we had lost our money, as we had on another hotel we had booked elsewhere. Once restrictions were lifted, The loft contacted us to see if we wanted to arrange a new date, which we did, we then decided to take our son so they amended our booking to a larger room for an additional fee. Our in laws booked a room and as it was a birthday I emailed them & they arranged a table booking and a bottle of wine in the room for my mother in law. The rooms were cosy, warm, very clean & comfortable with nice shampoo, hairdryer, drink facilities & free mini bar stocked with beer, pepsi & water. Our flights were cancelled and the reception staff were more than helpful in letting us check out later & assisting us with train info. We really could not have asked for more. The food & beers were nice in the restaurant and plenty to choose from for breakfast. 10 min walk into the old town and easy reach from the train station. Bus 61 from the airport which was about €1.45 the ticket machine is at the bus stop. We got the train to Vienna which was €14 (Just make sure when you return, you go back to the correct Bratislava train station we got a bit lost from the other near the river as just bridges & highways to walk back) Fantastic hotel & would highly reccommend!!

The epitome of Boutique hotel. Great location, breakfast buffet is extensive & staff are really friendly, especially front desk staff. Not certain about 5 star though as there’s no swimming pool but there’s a lovely terrace on 2 floor - take stairs or the elevator. It’s an easy walk around the old town and close to the Danube River. Make sure to go to the UFO tower for a 360 view of Bratislava for €9.90. There’s also a standout 5-star international fine dining restaurant. Take the well worth it ‘Panorama Tour’ for €20 & 90 minutes - book via hotel desk. WARNING - TAXI - I caught a taxi from the train station to the hotel & was charged €24, including a €20 train to hotel charge which was a scam. DO NOT take taxi at the train station - it’s actually an easy 10min walk. My fare should have been €3-5. I hope the ‘friendly’ driver rots in … Certainly put a dampener on my trip
This is a great budget hotel option for exploring Bratislava. We stayed in a double room with terrace. The room was spacious, light and airy. The large bed was comfortable but we did have to request extra pillows. They could do with re-addressing the curtains in the room as they don't do a great job of keeping out the light in the morning. The view from the terrace was wonderful and would be lovely in the warmer months to sit out and enjoy the sunset. There is quite a lot of refurbishment going on in the hotel but we weren't disturbed by this during our stay. The location is excellent, with a very short walk to the old town, bars & restaurants.
It is close to the center of Slovakia. It belongs to the residential area. It is said that the so-called 3-star hotel in Europe is an ordinary hotel. It is air-conditioned and has no breakfast, because the front desk will ask you when you enter the store.
The location of the hotel is good. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel. It is very close to the old city and the castle. The price is very high. Breakfast is included. The breakfast is very rich. It feels very good. I will stay here again next time. The hotel's restaurant is open until ten o'clock in the evening. The quality of the dishes is good, but a little expensive
The location of the hotel is good. The room is clean and has everything I needed. The service is also good. But there were problems with hot water in one room. So I asked an employee named Alicia to help me solve this issue or change the room. But Alicia began to be rude and said that the water was not so cold and I could take a shower. But the water temperature was really cold. I was surprised. As a result, our number was changed, but only after conflict.
when walking in the entrance you automatically feel welcome. The placement of the hotel is ideal for taking in all the sights by foot. the room was nice clean and tidy and the coffee machine a bonus. As hotels go, its a plesant hotel. The thing that I found empressive and stood out to me was the staff, especially the hard working girls in the breakfast room. They deserve a medal!! very attentive and efficient at keeping the breakfast enviroment clean and tidy and paying attention to their clients... Just for these hard working girls the hotel gets full marks from me. often a good hotel is let down by its staff, not here!! well done staff...
A staff will reach out to you the day before check in and provide you details. You will collect the apartment keys from the keybox at the apartment building. It was a little confusing to find the correct apartment building as there were 2 side by side. Apartment was small but cozy and sufficiently comfortable. My apartment was on the 2nd floor and you could hear some commotion from the streets but it was still manageable.

GGuest UserVisiting Bratislava for first time. Wedding anniversary so asked if any chance by email of an upgrade. Generously gave us an upgrade to a suite. Mrs T mightily impressed with the room and facilities. Staff all friendly. Breakfast brilliant with lots of choice. Interestingly bread and butter pudding which we think used yesterday croissants and pain a chocs. Absolutely delicious. Had a small issue with the bath tap. Reported and fixed while at breakfast. Fab service. Location very central with bus and tram stops nearby and can walk to old town in 10 mins. We will definitely return and highly recommend.
GGuest UserMy boyfriend & I stayed here for 2 nights during our inter-railing trip. Upon arrival we were given 2 drink vouchers to enjoy at the bar which was very generous. Furthermore, the staff at reception went above and beyond for us. When we got to the next city as part of our trip I realised I had left something in the hotel which was of sentimental value to me. I emailed the hotel & Maros replied within 24 hours to let me know that they could post my item home that I had left behind. The kindness & willingness of the staff to provide this level of customer service was something I was very grateful for & something that has been somewhat lost to an extent in this modern age. Not only this, the hotel itself is lovely & the rooms are extremely spacious which suited us as we had a lot of luggage. Would definitely recommend a stay here whilst in Bratislava!
JJTSydneyThis is a serviced apartment very close to the city centre in Bratislava, and it was very reasonably priced. Please note it is not close to the train station (it's about half an hour walk if you want to try) but it's only a short hop away by tram. As it is quite close to the city centre, you can either go there for food or there are lots of restaurants nearby and some of them are quite good as well.
The room was big, clean and bright. It has one big window, (mine was away from the street so it looks out to the back but the next building is still quite far away so there is still plenty of sunlight coming through). There is a kitchen and utensils (including a kettle if you want to make coffee or tea). The building has laundry machines that guests can use (I didn't need to use it but I think you do need to pay). The staff speaks very good English and friendly so they can be quite helpful if you have any questions. I didn't need to ask any as my stay here was faultless really. It would definitely be on my one of the choices of place to stay when I'm next in Bratislava.
There are some things to note though. You probably won't be able to check in until after 2pm. I arrive early and had to wait for my room to be ready. They do have a luggage storage service free of charge though. I can't remember whether they have daily cleaning but I think they don't have daily cleaning from memory which is fine. I'm not a messy person by nature and I'm not that obsessed with hygiene so it wasn't an issue for me.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very new, the hygiene and service are in place, and the breakfast is also rich. It is in the city center and is worth recommending. .................
GGuest UserI stayed two nights in February, the hostel was clean, spacious, light and quite cozy. The hostel feels little bit like a huge flat with many rooms, it has nice and calm/chill atmosphere, I felt there like at home, which I really appreciated. In the big ”living room” there two big tables with chairs (perfect for playing board games), sofa with armchairs and bookshelf with armchair in the corner. In the living room there is always tea/coffee to make, that's very pleasant. There is also a small kitchen, suitable for cooking. Toilets and bathroom were clean and ok. I liked the bed, it was comfortable and didn't make any noise when moving. Rooms are very very spacious. I would like to thank once again to the host, Rado, who was so kind and sent me by a post (for free!) things I forgot in the hostel:)) Next time in Bratislava I'm definitely choosing this hostel again.
GGuest UserThe location is great, in the old town area, but not at the centre spot, which gives it a slightly calmer vibe.
The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean, and I like that there is no carpet in the room.
The bathtub had consistently hot water, it was nice.
Breakfast was okay, with basic selections for this price range of hotel.
The car park has a residence rate for overnight parking, but it doesn't show anywhere; you need to ask the front desk.
The hotel is of a good standard and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms/apartments were a good size and nicely furnished. The only, but, is that we are 3 ladies over 60. Not only was the walk uphill from the old town quite a challenge, but the hotel car park is a cobbled slope and the entrance to the reception is via 2 sets of stairs one without a handrail. Distance to the old town was not a problem, but the slope getting back was a chore especially in the heat. Definitely don't want to take anything away from how good the hotel is, but think older people or people with mobility issues need to know
GGuest UserThe new and modern hotel with very warm rooms (you will appreciate in the colder days) in walking distance from national bank and 20 min walk from main train station.hotel offers parking for good price (during weekend there is a option to park on the street for free) and breakfast for 10-15 Eur. The staff is also very friendly.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel was good, but it feels a bit overpriced as I booked even better one for the same price in Vienna, which is a contrast city in terms of the price. Gentleman at the reception was friendly. Bear in mind that the hotel will charge additional city tax when you move in.
The hotel itself was more less clean, but the room was not spotlessly cleaned to be honest. I had some hair on the soap dispenser and some threads in the bath. The bed was a bit small and short, furniture was slightly damaged. The door had old post soviet style of faux leather Ron top and I was wondering why… I woke up at the middle of the night from the screams of the children that were so loud in the corridor for some reason. The sound insulation is not good at all there sadly and the fabric door did not really help.
The hotel has nice authentic lobby which reminds a Soviet porch with Persian carpets. I booked 1 month in advance for 26th of December and paid $68, which I think is overpriced, considered the quality and space of the room. If it was cheaper, I’d have given more starts for this review. It is ok for one night if you just come and fall asleep. Hotel needs renovation.
