Overview: nice and super big rooms! Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away! Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time! Service: nice and friendly staff! Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice! Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive! Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.

The hotel's location was very convenient, with the Old Town Square within walking distance. The property is situated on a slight uphill, which can be a bit tiring when carrying luggage, but otherwise it wasn't an issue. Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. We stayed for three nights and had housekeeping once. The hotel uses a sustainability system where guests select which services they would like completed, which is a thoughtful idea. However, some dusty surfaces, such as the tables and cabinets, were not wiped down, and we had expected those to be cleaned as part of the service. We also forgot to request a coffee refill on the housekeeping form. When we later asked at reception, we were charged for a coffee pod. The cost was very small, but it was a little confusing since the coffee was described as complimentary. Despite these minor points, we had a very pleasant stay overall and would consider staying here again.

The staff at the hotel have very limited English ,Additionally, the rooms are mixed-gender dormitories, which was not specified in the online booking, I couldn’t get proper rest all night because I could hear drunk guests snoring loudly. The hotel uses a self-check-in system, and after booking online, I still had to pay 3 Euros to receive the room key card!

The hotel has a bathtub, which is a nice touch for a 4-star. They offer complimentary apples at the front desk. There's also a Chinese restaurant on the property. It's about 1.2 kilometers from the train station, a mostly flat and walkable distance. Alternatively, you can turn right outside the hotel and catch a tram.

Was pleasant stay, rooms good design and clean. Breakfast good, tasty and various choices. Close to city center, few minutes by tramway. Good views from the room.

+: friendly staff, nice location, spacious room, beautiful view -: The room was very clean, however there were Jewish religious books in the closet left by previous guests (or some sectarians left it on purpose), it seems that the housekeeping staff didn’t notice it. Lack of amenities.

Hotel location is not in the center of the old city, but very close to the station. The bed was very comfortable, the quilt was very comfortable, the whole was clean and tidy, very satisfied. Space is acceptable, very sufficient for a person, no sense of forced. The service staff is good and can store luggage for free. All in all, if the price is right, I highly recommend this hotel.

We were only one night, rooms from principle very well only a few fugs in the bathroom could be renovated once and for our taste the mattresses quite hard. Breakfast was top was constantly filled and also very rich. The service is also top.

This hotel is on the south side of the river away from the main attractions, but an 80 or 88 bus from the town takes you to the end of the street. The rooms are very comfortable, but there is no fridge. Aside from the rooms, there are few amenities. There is a bar/restaurant, but it is no longer running and there are no shops nearby. Breakfast is not available, but there is an excellent bakery/ coffee shop on the main road near the bus stop. Reception is open from 2pm - midnight.

The price is more than 300 yuan, which is very affordable in the capital. It is a very simple small hotel with relatively small rooms and old facilities. There is no air conditioning, no screens, and there is a fan. The advantage is that there is a free parking lot, which is a ten-minute walk away. Bus station, direct to the old town.
