GgenewiloMy partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍

KKellen YOverview: nice and super big rooms! Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away! Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time! Service: nice and friendly staff! Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice! Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive! Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.

HHyesoochaeThe location is great; you can get here directly from the airport by tram. There is a DM right in front, a Tesco nearby, and the tram stop is close by. They provide a towel (it's a large one). The locker is large enough to comfortably store a carry-on suitcase and a backpack. The 90cm bed seems to be a good fit for someone with an average build of 165cm. It was nice being able to store my luggage before and after check-in.

__IlluminateVery good, standard AC (Accommodation & Travel) level, worth the price. I contacted the hotel in advance about my birthday, and they gave me a small cake. The location is excellent; attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not located in the very center of Bratislava, but it has very good transport accessibility. The railway station and the central bus station are nearby. The room was cozy, clean, and the design is modern. I had no complaints about the operation of electronic devices or plumbing. I would gladly give the hotel the highest score, but we were denied early check-in (we arrived outside the high tourist season, and I doubt that the hotel had no available rooms). Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserWhy not many reviews?? This is a not very expensive, impressive,clean experience in europe. Also position of hotel is not that bad. You can feel like local people! Nature friendly but not many beetles. It is safe from bedbugs ! Also breakfast is excellent. 후기 왤케 적죠? 그리 안비싸고,깨끗하고 괜찮아요. 유럽의 숙소중에선 꽤나 좋았고, 위치도 그렇게 안나빠요. 걷는거 좋아하시거나 다뉴브강,브라티슬라바 성 근처고 로컬감성 느끼기 좋습니다. 빈대는 절대없고,벌레도 거의 없구요. 아침이 한국 뷔페마냥 잘나옵니다 ㅋㅋ Im gonna visit again if I came slovakia again :)

GGuest UserIt was not bad, but it is unshameless to require 25€ per day for a 3kg dog. Have paid in higher quality hotels up to now only 10-15€ per day. Maybe the hotel manager should consider something for the future.
