My trip to Kashgar was absolutely delightful! First off, staying at the Gemmei Hotel made me feel the warmth and hospitality of the Kashgar people. The front desk lady had such a pleasant voice and a wonderful attitude; she even helped me with a room change issue. When she called her supervisor, the supervisor was incredibly kind and quickly resolved everything – it was so heartwarming! This hotel isn't huge, but it's a small package that has it all. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread is fantastic! It's also not far from Kashgar Old Town, making it super convenient for sightseeing. A special shout-out to a lovely young lady named Mairiyamgul, who was so lively and recommended tons of delicious food and fun places. I'm so grateful! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone; it's affordable, clean, and the service is exceptionally warm. Big thumbs up to the hotel!!!

The hotel I saw on the Ctrip recommendation list, compared the family room month-on-month, and stayed with the mentality of giving it a try.
The hotel is opposite the Kashgar Regional Hospital. It can be said that it is located in the city center. It is very convenient to take a taxi. It can also be reached in 25 minutes on foot to the east gate of the ancient city.
There is a Sichuan restaurant downstairs, fried rice noodles, barbecue and honey snow, and it is very convenient to order takeaway when tired.
Breakfast can be until 11 o'clock at the latest, the dishes are thoughtful and the service is warm.
Going out to the right, crossing a intersection is still relatively simple Beihu Park, walking around the lake for an hour and a half, and not yet turning the wooden plank road on the mountain, the air is good in the morning, and the night is more lively.
Suggestion: polish the window glass in the room and do a dust removal indoors.

Just entering the room was amazing, the desktop, the bedside table was spotless, even the sanitary glass door did not have water stains, the ground was dry as if it had just been deep cleaned, the sanitary grade was directly full, and the living was particularly assured!
Breakfast is also colorful

I have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness. 
First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room.
 I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent. 
There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window. 
Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.

Reception (Amu) 
The most grateful is the front desk staff, from check-in to check-out, warm heart. When handling, take the initiative to introduce the surrounding play guide, but also help us upgrade the room with a better view; I forgot to bring the room card halfway, they not only quickly help solve, but also intimately remind to keep your belongings; When I checked out, I took the initiative to help call the car and handed over a small gift. This professional and warm service really makes people feel particularly warm. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one!

I chose a hotel near the airport specifically to attend Wang Sulong's concert, and it was a convenient 10-minute drive away. The hotel itself is quite new, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They even gave out small hair clips as Wang Sulong merchandise, which was a lovely touch – definitely a thumbs up! 👍🏻 The room was also spacious and tidy, and the cleanliness was good. The surrounding area isn't particularly bustling, with only a few small restaurants, but you can order takeout, and it gets delivered right to your room (by a robot, no less!).

The hotel's location is truly superb, making it incredibly convenient for half-day excursions, and there are plenty of delicious yet affordable dining options nearby. What's more, catching an early high-speed train the following morning was entirely stress-free.

I was extremely pleased with the room. Being a newly opened establishment, all the facilities are fantastic, and it was impeccably clean. The large window also ensured a wonderfully quiet environment.

Every staff member was exceptionally polite and enthusiastic; their service attitude truly deserves the highest commendation.

Minor points for improvement:
① Some cabinets in the room still had a faint new-renovation scent, though it wasn't overtly bothersome.
② The breakfast selection could be a bit more varied.

The front office staff were always ready to assist, never hesitating to help me order food—even using their own apps to ensure I was well taken care of. They went the extra mile by offering me a pick-up service when they noticed I was having difficulty getting around. Their thoughtfulness and willingness to help truly made a difference and made me feel genuinely cared for.

The housekeeping team also deserves recognition for their consistent attention to detail and friendliness. They ensured my room was always clean and comfortable, which made my stay all the more enjoyable.

Please extend my gratitude to the entire team. Their kindness and dedication left a lasting impression, and I look forward to returning.

The room was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. It's located in Jimei University Village, the hometown of Mr. Tan Kah Kee, and very close to the Tan Kah Kee Memorial Hall, Ao Garden, Jimei Middle School, Jimei Primary School, etc. It was a very good experience!

Staying here the night before my return trip during the National Day holiday was great. The airport shuttle service was very convenient. Since my flight was early in the morning and the restaurant wasn't open yet, they even packed a breakfast to go for me, which was a nice touch. The room overlooked some beautiful greenery. The e-sports room was excellent; the computers were better than those in typical e-sports hotels, and the gaming chair was especially comfortable.

The location is super convenient, right outside the subway exit. The service attitude was excellent, and the environment was really nice. The lobby has a lounge area where you can store luggage. The room was also very clean, and the facilities like the smart toilet were well-equipped! I'll definitely book here again next time!

My stay at the Wulinmen Baina Hotel was, on the whole, pretty average.

The hotel is located in a local residential area, which gives it a lively, local feel, but it's definitely not close to the main attractions. Getting around primarily involves taxis or buses. The room hygiene was decent, meeting basic requirements. The service had its ups and downs: ordering takeout sometimes came with the novelty of robot delivery, which was quite interesting; however, breakfast was delivered in a plastic bag hung on the doorknob, which was very simple. Those expecting a hearty breakfast might be disappointed.

Overall, if you don't have high expectations for breakfast or location, it could be a decent option for a transitional stay. But for friends like me who had their expectations set too high, I'd suggest tempering them a bit.
