We had a wonderful stay at Seda Hotel Ayala Center Cebu. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better—direct access to Ayala Center Cebu’s shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze, and the breakfast offered a satisfying variety each morning. Overall, great value and a reliable, comfortable base for exploring the city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sede Bloc Hotel in Cebu, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality truly added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel.

The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It had all the basic amenities I needed, and the bed was very comfortable—perfect after a long day of exploring the city.

One of the best things about Sede Bloc Hotel is its convenient location. It’s situated within walking distance of several malls and popular establishments, making it incredibly easy to shop, dine, or just stroll around the area. Whether you’re visiting Cebu for business or leisure, you’ll appreciate the accessibility and vibrant surroundings.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Sede Bloc Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Cebu. I would definitely return on my next visit!

Had a really nice stay at Seda Vertis North! The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful all throughout. Great location—just a short walk to Vertis North and nearby malls. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay here again! 🌟

strategic location; clean room and facilities; had to ask for newer towels and pillows, w/c they provided promptly; ktichen facility in the room is much appreciated; breakfast buffet VGood; common laundry room near elevator at each floor; service is highly commendable; foodoutlets on the 2/f in the same
bldg accessible through escalator a few meters from the roundabout at the entrance. highly recommended esp for value for money. kudos to the hotel crew, Overall.
