The hotel staff is very customer-oriented, and Mar, in particular, exceeded all expectations: always smiling, friendly, helpful, and ready to resolve any guest issues. Mar created a very welcoming atmosphere, took great care of the guests, and I felt like she genuinely enjoyed her work. In contrast, the waiter Antonio shouldn't be serving guests; he started our breakfast and morning not with a 'good morning' but with a stern demand for our room number. It was clear he radiated a negative energy that affected other colleagues. After we reported it to the hotel, we saw a change, so he has the potential to be more friendly 😉. The hotel was cleaned daily, no complaints there. The hotel's location is superb – a great base for car trips to many places, and there's a bus stop (line 25) right outside for Alcazaba and Malaga Promenade.

The bathroom a little unpleasant truth the bath water was out by the dish and smells a little bad by the rest all right all we left the bathroom a little filled with the cap because the water was out and we found a bitch in the morning near Part of water

Everything was great as always at this hotel. I've stayed here several times and everything was great.
