I’ve stayed here multiple times now, but don’t feel like they appreciate my business. No upgrades ever. Asked for quiet room and got one on a high floor. But there was constant noise from the machine closet or elevator. Lobby feels crowded and there’s sometimes a line for the elevator. That said, location is awesome and I love the Nespresso machine in each room.

The location is very convenient, only 2 minutes away from CTA. The toilet exhaust system is not very effective, but it can be used. After we checked in, we found that the children in the next room were very noisy. The hotel communicated with the next guest in time and changed our room. Overall, the attitude of hotel staff is good.

We stayed for a night, upgraded to a lakefront room. Great location, great rooms. The only issue I had was the AC was not working that well. We didn’t even use the sheets or our blanket we got so hot. Also the bar is a little over expensive. Other then that great stay! I’d stay again but bring a fan and our own bottle next time :)

The rooms are a little old, but they reflect the unique classical style and elegant charm. Although the hotel facilities are not perfect, the friendly and thoughtful service attitude makes guests feel at home. The hotel is in a prime location, convenient for guests to visit major attractions in the city. Zachary Hotel attracts many tourists with its unique historical charm and landmark architecture. For travelers who pursue traditional style and unique experience, this is a rare choice.

The hotel is conveniently located for walking. There is parking, but we did not use it. I would add breakfast, but it is ok anyway)

Facilities: The hotel provides laundry facilities (washer and dryer), which is a huge plus for long-term business travelers. The gym is a bit small, and it's a shame there's no swimming pool.
Food: Breakfast was excellent; the food was thoughtfully prepared and rivaled the quality of upscale dining. A complimentary fruit platter was also provided in the room.
Room: The room offered a great view, showcasing Shenzhen's unique charm (see pictures).
The only drawback was a lingering renovation smell in the room, which required the air conditioning to be on to mitigate it, and staying for extended periods caused throat discomfort.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel. Cleanliness, breakfast is fine. But it is a bit far away from the shopping mall. It takes 15 min walk from the nearby dining place (shopping mall)
