The room was very clean, and it's super close to the Sydney Opera House. Plus, it's right next to the light rail and subway, making transportation really convenient. If I come back to Sydney, I'd definitely book this place again. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is close to Thai Town and Chinatown, creating a lively atmosphere with many restaurants around the hotel that stay open late. It's also near Paddy's Market, so you can easily walk there, shop, and bring your purchases back to the hotel. It's conveniently located within walking distance to many main tourist attractions.

Regarding the hotel room itself, the bed is very soft, and housekeeping truly cleans daily. However, I'm not sure if they vacuum the carpet as there was quite a bit of dust on it. There are three power outlets, each with an on/off switch. If you're using a travel adapter, it's best to use a compact one so it doesn't interfere with the switches when plugged in.

Overall, I really like this hotel.

This hotel is walking distance to a lot of stores and food . 5 -8 mns walk to paddy’s market ,china town ,tiktok entertainment and town hall train station but theres also a   Regular tram in georges street, one train ride from the airport , circular quay where the harbour ,opera house and wharf tours going to the zoo. Chemist warehouse and coles just few blocks . I also had an emergency while in sydney lucky theres a couple of medical places nearby too. For tourist theres a money changer nearby chemist ..hotel is also clean !reception both night and morning are all friendly did not tried the buffet for me who leaves in OZ $37 a bit pricey when theres a lot of resto around …i would recommend this hotel  100 percent

I had great experience in Rydges World Sq.
Location is convenient, only 3min walk from museum St.

Room is big and clean with a nice balcony.

I had several lunch and dinner in hotel’s restaurant, especially for Amber, all the dishes met my expectation, steak, brrnmuddi, sides, everything.

And if you opt not to clean room, every day you got 10dollar quota for F&B in hotel’s restaurant, very nice offer.

Special thanks to Amber staff, very kind service.

So utterly convienient when you mess up a flight booking that was last flight out of airport late at night, and need to fly out the next day. We live in Sydney but it was soo good to book immediately and walk across the outside hallway to get to the hotel! Cheaper than uber home and back. The best!!! So good.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the reception service is very welcoming! It's very close to both bus and subway stations, with plenty of dining options nearby, and Chinatown is also within easy reach. You can walk to Circular Quay to see the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House, and take a ferry to Taronga Zoo. It's also very convenient to reach landmarks like the Royal Botanic Garden, St Mary's Cathedral, Sydney Tower, Hyde Park, and Darling Harbour for whale watching cruises, all within about a 2km walk! When we went on a tour to Hunter Valley for a hot air balloon ride, the travel agency's pick-up and drop-off service was also very convenient. All in all, everything was great! Highly recommend staying here!

I stayed for 7 nights. The apartment overlooks the Queen Mary building of the University of Sydney, which is perfect for parents whose children attend the university, as it's just a few minutes' walk away. **Pros**: The room is very spacious with two queen-sized beds (1.5 meters each), accommodating up to 4 people. The sheets and towels were very white. **Cons**: There was no toothpaste or slippers, and the tap water is directly from the faucet. The room cleaning was very perfunctory; there was noticeable dust on the tables, nightstands, and lamps. The bathroom was too small, and the overall decor felt very old. I'd still recommend it for parents whose daughters study at the University of Sydney. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the university. The price is relatively low, and it's fine if you don't mind the older decor.

Hotel is easy to find, but there’s nothing in the neighbourhood—you’ll need to drive to get anywhere.
The bathroom amenities are very basic.
Breakfast is not worth $36—you only get instant coffee, which is very disappointing.
The sofa bed is only suitable for small kids, not for adults. You can feel the springs when sitting on it, and the mattress is very thin.

I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. I arrived at the hotel in the morning and they stored my luggage for me. The room was very clean, and it was cleaned daily. The amenities included a shower cap, soap, sanitary bag, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Please note that the hotel is located at the bottom of a steep hill right after you exit the station, and the entrance can be a bit hard to find. If you have mobility issues, I recommend taking a taxi from the airport. Especially when checking out, you'll have to pull your heavy suitcase up the hill.

The location of the accommodation and the 24-hour response were good, but the housekeeper did not clean it properly, and even though we asked for a body shower from a day ago until that morning, it was still not filled when we came in after going out.

The hotel is located right inside the airport, which is super convenient if you're just transiting through Wellington. The room facilities are comparable to a typical budget hotel in China. Breakfast is your classic Western spread – bread, bacon, eggs, and baked beans. You can watch planes take off and land at Wellington Airport from the restaurant.

Location-wise, it's right by Wellington train station, making it a great choice if you're arriving by train or heading to London.

Facilities: They're quite old. The air conditioning was one of those large, vintage units I'd never seen before, and it was incredibly noisy, so I just turned it off. The room had a microwave and cutlery, and surprisingly, a mini-bar – which you usually don't find in hotels at this price point. However, there was a snag: no price list for the mini-bar. While I knew the bottled water in the fridge wouldn't be free, I was still surprised to be charged $7 upon checkout (when a similar bottle is around $2.50 at the supermarket).

Service: The downstairs restaurant has long operating hours. I was able to order a delicious burger after a late check-in, and grab a coffee and a pastry to go during an early checkout. Most of my positive impression comes from that restaurant.

Overall, we had a comfortable stay at Rydges. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, and the hotel was clean and well maintained overall.

The room with two beds was a reasonable size, spacious, amenities wise also good.
View from room was just what we wanted.

The room was very comfortable and inviting, perfect for families. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our 8-day trip, this one had the most comfortable bed. The outdoor pool was heated, and there was also a small hot spring pool which was wonderfully warm and relaxing.
