I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, and I initially just wanted to drop off my luggage and check in after lunch. To my surprise, the hotel allowed me to check in early and even upgraded me to a newly renovated, spacious suite! It was on the 22nd floor, which is the top floor, so you had to take the elevator to the 21st floor and walk a short distance. Also, being on the top floor meant there was quite a bit of machine noise, which only really faded after 11 PM. I paid a HKD 1000 deposit upon check-in. The room itself was exceptionally large, with a big shower and a huge living area. The location in Tsim Sha Tsui is incredibly convenient; there are restaurants downstairs, and it's easy to catch a taxi or bus. I would definitely stay here again, but I'd probably avoid a top-floor room next time, as the noise could affect my sleep.

Five-star review! The hotel offers a free shuttle service directly to the MTR station, making travel incredibly convenient. I was specifically in town for the I-DLE concert, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged a private car service to and from the Kai Tak Main Stadium. This saved me from all the traffic and hassle, and the service was truly exceptional – I'm sincerely grateful! The hotel really understood our core needs for booking this stay and delivered perfectly. Extremely satisfied.

This was my second stay, another four-night, three-day trip. This time I tried the hotel's buffet lunch, which was excellent value for money and highly recommended. The transportation is incredibly convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was also very clean.

The Metropark Hotel Shenzhen boasts an excellent location. It's directly above Shaibu Station on Metro Line 3, making getting around incredibly convenient, especially for transfers to Luohu and Futian. The hotel is right next to the Dongmen commercial area, so you'll find all sorts of snacks, bubble tea, and Chaoshan BBQ downstairs. Plus, it's a short walk to Leyuan Road Seafood Street, offering plenty of late-night dining options. The hotel's Chinese restaurant serves authentic dim sum for breakfast, with choices to suit any budget. It's truly a one-stop shop for exploring and dining – definitely my top choice for accommodation!

Our stay at the Bauhinia Victon Hotel in Jiaochangwei for our vacation exceeded our expectations. The coastal garden setting was quiet and pleasant, and the room was spotlessly clean with soft bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. Upon arrival, Ms. Yuchan at the front desk left a lasting impression with her professional and gracious service. She proactively informed us about the hotel's private beach and breakfast area and patiently answered our travel questions with genuine kindness. Her meticulous service significantly enhanced our overall satisfaction with the stay. Both the hotel's facilities and services were excellent, and the staff were highly professional. A special thanks to Yuchan for her thoughtful care. This will definitely be our first choice for future vacations.

Service must give full marks! Every staff member is smiling, responsive and responsive. From Xiao Huang's patient explanation of check-in, to Xiao Cao's warm heart farewell when leaving the store, and Xiao Xie's gentleness when cleaning the room, the whole process is like a spring breeze. This is the service level that a five-star hotel should have, making people feel at home. I also didn't expect the hotel to quietly prepare drinks and snacks that can be made of my own choice, and I was instantly circled! This feeling of being paid attention to is very good, the details determine success or failure, and stay here next time!

Indeed! The environment and service are very comfortable! 1. Hygienic environment: The room is spotless from the ground to the bedding, the bathroom countertop is dry and there is no water, and there is no dust at the air outlet of the air conditioner. The details show the high cleaning standards.
