The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get anywhere, and it's really close to the subway. Plus, there are all sorts of food options right downstairs. The room is more spacious compared to other places, and the overall environment is great; it feels fresh and new after the renovation. A big plus is that the soundproofing is pretty decent too.

Excellent! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong. It truly lives up to its star rating; both the service and decor are top-notch. The location is fantastic, with plenty of places to explore nearby. It's very clean. They upgraded my room upon check-in, and while the size is standard for a double room on the mainland, for Hong Kong, it felt incredibly spacious! Transportation is super convenient. There's a dedicated bus stop called 'Metropark Hotel Kowloon,' and the hotel also offers hourly shuttle buses to the Mong Kok area. For tourists, it's incredibly practical; the hotel's G-floor has a dedicated luggage storage area with staff to register items and provide luggage tags. There's even a scale nearby, which is very handy for weighing luggage before flights. What's more, the common advice about needing a power adapter for Hong Kong hotels isn't a concern here! They have USB charging ports, and even 30W fast-charging ports. Compared to the cost and time of traveling back and forth from Shenzhen, this hotel is truly an excellent value for money choice!

The hotel's location is excellent. You can take the A21 bus from the airport directly to the hotel entrance. If you're over 65, you get a 50% discount on the bus fare, which is about HKD 15. It's a good idea to set up your Hong Kong Alipay or WeChat Pay at the airport to avoid the hassle of buying and refunding an Octopus card. The room was clean, and the facilities were generally good, though the electric kettle was quite old and had some limescale on the outside. I wish the coffee cups were larger ceramic ones; they were too small to brew proper coffee, and you'd only get a sip or two. Toiletries and mineral water are not provided in the room, so you need to buy them. Water from the machine in the lobby on the first floor costs HKD 3 a bottle, which is much cheaper than buying from a convenience store. When leaving for the airport, the bus stop is near Mong Kok MTR station. If you don't have much luggage, you can take one MTR stop to transfer there. Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel.

The Shenzhen Metropark Hotel is my top choice when visiting Shenzhen Dongmen. Its location is absolutely superb! It's right above Shaibu subway station, and just a few minutes' walk to Dongmen Old Street for shopping and dining, making transportation incredibly convenient. All rooms are suites, featuring a separate living room and bedroom with ample space. The rooms are spotless, and the bedding is soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. They're fully equipped with a refrigerator, desk, and private bathroom. The front desk staff are warm and patient, handling check-in quickly and proactively recommending local eateries. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety, and the freshly made wontons are delicious. It offers excellent value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Luohu!

I've stayed in the closest hotel to the beach, seriously, it's right there, haha! I first stayed here in a hurry during the May Day holiday and thought it was great, so I booked it again for the Dragon Boat Festival to experience it more thoroughly. During the Dragon Boat Festival, they even had zongzi-making activities and dough art for kids, where they made little zongzi crafts. All in all, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness is exceptionally meticulous, the hot water supply is ample, and the facilities are complete. The hotel's housekeeper, Morna, was thoughtful and polite, making our stay secure and comfortable. I highly recommend it! Hope they can maintain this level of service.

Service must give full marks! Every staff member is smiling, responsive and responsive. From Xiao Huang's patient explanation of check-in, to Xiao Cao's warm heart farewell when leaving the store, and Xiao Xie's gentleness when cleaning the room, the whole process is like a spring breeze. This is the service level that a five-star hotel should have, making people feel at home. I also didn't expect the hotel to quietly prepare drinks and snacks that can be made of my own choice, and I was instantly circled! This feeling of being paid attention to is very good, the details determine success or failure, and stay here next time!

Indeed! The environment and service are very comfortable! 1. Hygienic environment: The room is spotless from the ground to the bedding, the bathroom countertop is dry and there is no water, and there is no dust at the air outlet of the air conditioner. The details show the high cleaning standards.

The room is really cheap and clean, but the room has a little smell, so the windows should be opened for ventilation. I am really happy that I can stay in such a cheap hotel at this price😲
