The room is spacious and we can enjoy breakfast in the living room every morning before heading out!
They allowed us to check-in early since there is available room. Also, the location is so nice, around 5 mins walk to the Woolworths Supermarket and the Train station. This is the second time I stay with them, and I will definitely stay again when I visit Sydney.

My stay at Meriton Suites Chatswood in Sydney was, overall, very satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, right near Chatswood train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting to the city center or surrounding areas. The room was spacious and clean, with complete amenities including a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer – perfect for long stays or families. The view from the window was expansive, offering cityscapes that were beautiful, especially at night.

The front desk service was warm and professional; both check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were happy to answer all questions. The hotel's cleaning was excellent, maintaining a very clean and comfortable environment throughout my stay.

In summary, this is a highly cost-effective apartment hotel, ideal for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Sydney.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, and a washer and dryer are also available. The room is a little on the small side, but it was perfectly adequate. The facilities are a bit dated, but the location is excellent. As for service, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but there was no housekeeping service. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The hotel is nicely situated and near to 2 supermarkets (Coles, Aldi) which is helpful for long term stayers like me. The indoor pool, sauna and also the gym was properly maintained and has good amount of equipment within. Housekeeping was frequent and standards of cleaning is good. A familiar place that I have spent more than 3 months staying over different time periods.

Facilities: The two-bedroom suite we occupied was very well-equipped. It featured a full kitchen with a dishwasher and stove, a washing machine and dryer, and a coffee machine. If you happen to run out of coffee capsules, you can simply ask the front desk for more.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness was decent. They provide a light cleaning service and trash collection every three days. The only drawback was the bedding arrangement: the duvet was merely two sheets sandwiched together, which meant it inevitably got completely messy and tangled after just one night's sleep.

Service: As for service, this type of apartment offers very little, functioning more like a temporary home where guests are expected to purchase their own groceries and supplies for daily living.

I had the pleasure of staying and I can't say enough about how incredible the experience was! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and an efficiency that made checking in seamless. The lobby was luxurious, with elegant décor and a relaxing atmosphere that set the tone for the entire stay.

The location is so good. Downstairs is the train station, and Coles is 10-minute walk. It’s very lively nearby. There are shopping malls and you can also see the Sydney Opera House. The tableware is also very complete, making cooking convenient, recommended!!!

Suite was great for our family of four - housecleaning was done after 3 days during our 6-night stay.

The Suites were just across the street from shopping center and a short walk to the Metro station. Indoor pool is nice, though water was chilly perhaps typical of this season in Sydney. The tiny flies in my room and the gym were quite annoying. Kitchen was well stocked. I especially appreciate the stainless steel appliances not scratched up Teflon in other apartments I've booked.  Overall, this is a great service apartment. I will definitely consider booking again if I were in Sydney.

Check in was a smooth and easy Christopher went above and beyond. Absolute legend!! Only negative was I always strip the bed to make the job of the housekeeping staff a little easier but the stains on the bedding were disgusting.

Strategic Location, walking distance to Roma Train Station and city centre. 

Room is clean just the building is getting old and lack of maintenance, is not as nice as my stay 10 years back.

Get a low level unit, so no much view from my room, only can see construction side of the Building beside.

There was no daily cleaning, but that was fine. It was a shame that the sauna, which I was looking forward to, was broken and I couldn't use it...
