The hotel is in a great location, close to UCLA, with various restaurants and large supermarkets around it. The bus stop is within walking distance, and it is very convenient. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, which is convenient for dining nearby when you are tired. There are rooms with views. The rooms are spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a wide view. The service is warm and thoughtful, and it is a good accommodation experience.

So overall nice hotel well kept,great location next to a highway, pool is nice&clean,busy, rooms are spacious,bathroom has sliding door so basically ZERO privacy if you sharing a room, hotel staff is polite.NOW the craziest part…$55+10% tax+tip for valet and we ALL must rent in order to get around LA,$30+tax resort fee for wifi and you can have $15 from it towards Food&Bever,rmrb $7 for tiny bottle of water plus tip plus tax (outrageous or buy at a store 5.5L water for $4.99) and honestly wifi doesn’t cost $15 daily my phone has unltd data @$40/month. ANYWAYS there’s more-$10 cleaning fee that goes directly towards cleaning staff, we don’t get our room cleaned daily may be every 3rd day,still pay daily. Overall $110+/daily on top of your nightly hotel rate. To be honest AirBnB is the way to go or just diff property overall.

- unclear instructions or information provided by staff, need to ask everything
- good location, walkable distance to few good restaurants
- free daily lyft ride is super helper to those who are not driving in town
- good neighborhood (safe and quiet, but not too quiet, with traffic)
- room is clean and bright

When I was inexplicably leaving the store, I said that I had to accept Amenity Fee. It seemed to be 30 knives. I didn’t explain anything when I first checked in. I don't know if the corresponding cost is a disposable toothbrush.  There are drinks and snacks in the room, but there are no prices.  The hotel is relatively new, so health is OK. But the price is relatively low cost. Not recommended to stay! Can't talk about any good experience

I had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Angler's Hotel during my trip to Miami. I was especially impressed by the exceptional service provided by Mohammed Dhia, Varun, and Supervisor Anthony. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. I’m incredibly grateful for their efforts, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Miami. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment and facilities are more like a business hotel, not suitable for vacation. The front desk is very small. Although there is a terrace swimming pool, the lounge chairs look very dirty. The front desk was very serious when checking in, and there was no sense of relaxation. The scenery outside the window is average, and you can see a little sea from a distance. The hotel soundproofing is average, and you can hear people talking and watching TV in the next room. The hotel is not cleaned thoroughly, and there is a half-bottle of juice left in the refrigerator.
The advantage is that the hotel has a happy hour every afternoon where you can drink for free, and the front desk has a long-term supply of lemonade.
In addition, there is not a shuttle bus to the beach every day, only from Thursday to Sunday, so you have to take a taxi to the beach. It is close to Lincoln Road, within walking distance, convenient for shopping, and opposite is Trader Joe's for buying water and snacks.

We ended up booking an extra night. 
Free upgrade, nice bed and real bar. 
Not enough service people for the pool and beach. 

The biggest problem is that the wooden base of the bed is very sharp, and there is a passage less than one meter away next to it, so it is easy to get hit on the legs. Our family of three was hit more than once. If someone is using the office chair next to it, you will probably get hit if you don't walk sideways. (As shown in the picture). The front desk was reluctant to serve us, and their expression was very reluctant. The water for the shower was not hot enough.

We chose this place for our anniversary and it was just perfect. Very clean and very comfortable. They surprised us for our anniversary.

The room is quite good and new, and the location is good to walk to eat lobster rolls. The only bad point is that parking is very troublesome. The hotel does not have a parking lot. It can be valet parking, but because it is a traffic light on the street, it is easy to miss, or there are too many cars and there is no place to park, it will be very troublesome.
