The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, with the subway station directly outside its entrance. The hotel environment is pleasant, and the housekeeping staff provided very attentive service. However, since it was during the summer holiday period, the hotel was extremely busy. The check-in process felt a bit lacking, and we experienced a rather long wait time. Given that guests are usually tired after their journeys, I hope they consider increasing staffing during busy periods. Furthermore, the breakfast selection was quite limited. Over our six-day stay, the same options were served daily without any changes, which became very repetitive.

The room cleaning service not professional. Our used cup still in the same place (with left over coffee) when we went back to hotel, we need to clean ourself. 
The room was great and spacious, kids enjoyed the bathtub. Overall was satisfied except the room clearing service.

I stayed at this hotel during my business trip to Beijing for client meetings. I knew the building was quite old and had set my expectations accordingly, but upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to find the facilities weren't as dated as I'd imagined. Many of the in-room control systems have been updated. I appreciate the generous space in rooms at established five-star hotels; it feels very comfortable and never cramped. The hotel also upgraded me to a suite. Unlike international chain hotels, the hotel also thoughtfully uses robots to deliver takeout to guests. My visit was a bit rushed this time, but I'll definitely make sure to use the pool on my next stay. Oh, and the hotel restaurant is both delicious and offers good value.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights during our trip to Beijing, using it as a base to visit major attractions like the Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven, the Great Wall, and the Forbidden City. The location was fine overall—centrally placed enough, but realistically, no matter where you stay in Beijing, you’ll need to travel quite a bit to reach the main sights.

While the hotel has some positives, we were left a little disappointed by a few aspects. First, there is no bar, which surprised us given that this is a 5-star hotel. It would have been nice to have somewhere on-site to relax with a drink in the evenings after long days of sightseeing.

Another issue was the handling of deliveries. In other hotels we’ve stayed at in China, staff usually place deliveries directly into delivery robots for quick and easy room service. At this hotel, this rarely happened, and we often had to go down to reception ourselves, which felt a bit inconvenient.

The biggest issue during our stay was the air conditioning. It was very hot during our time in Beijing, and unfortunately, the room aircon wasn’t strong enough to keep the room cool. We reported this to the staff, and while someone did come to check it, there wasn’t much improvement afterwards.

Overall, the hotel is clearly older, and while that’s not necessarily a bad thing, we did feel that considering the price, a higher level of comfort and service should be expected. With a few improvements, especially to facilities and room comfort, they could offer a much better guest experience.

Jianguo Hotel is an icon of China opening up to the rest of the world since the 1980’s.  It is located in the heart of Beijing’s business district, but a quiet and peaceful oasis.  The hotel is so different from all the rest of the hotels, with courtyards, water ponds, and trees. The service is classic, fitting for a hotel of its statue.  After staying in countless business hotels I found Jianguo Hotel is one of kind and my favorite.

I recently stayed at the Xiyuan Hotel in Beijing and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions like the Beijing Zoo and the Summer Palace, making it an excellent base for sightseeing.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The view from my room was lovely, offering a nice glimpse of the city skyline.

The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's dining options were varied and delicious, with both local and international cuisine available. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight, with a wide array of choices to suit all tastes.

The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and swimming pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for staying connected.

Overall, I highly recommend the Xiyuan Hotel for anyone visiting Beijing. It offers excellent value for money and ensures a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We visited Beijing with our children during the summer holiday. We were originally staying at a hotel on Chang'an Avenue, but due to road closures for a military parade rehearsal, we had to temporarily switch to this hotel. What a pleasant surprise! It's an older 4-star hotel. While the facilities are a bit dated, the service is excellent and it's reasonably priced. Shan Lin at the front desk was incredibly patient and meticulous in her service, and she even upgraded our room, which we greatly appreciated! We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Beijing.

I visited Universal Studios Beijing over the National Day holiday. Front Office Manager Wang was incredibly friendly and attentive, which really boosted my mood. The hotel's decor is stylish and minimalist, and the facilities are comprehensive, including a laundry room, an unmanned supermarket, and a gym. The hotel was filled with a subtle aroma, and the rooms were immaculately clean—just the way I like it. I decided to stay for a few more days.

On the first day, I booked a hotel next door, owned by the InterContinental Group. The decor was awful, the staff were mediocre, and the cleanliness was terrible! I canceled my reservation for the next two days that same day.

By chance, Ctrip customer service recommended the Jianguo Hotel. As an established hotel, even though it's a four-star hotel, it's far superior to some five-star options.

Next time I visit Universal Studios Beijing, I'll definitely choose the Jianguo Hotel. It's great value for money, and I highly recommend it!

The Minzu Hotel is located on Chang'an Avenue, with the Financial Street nearby. The transportation is convenient. The hotel also coordinated a house near Chang'an Avenue to see the night view of the street. The experience is very good.

Very nice hotel. New and comfortable. It is conveniently located in walking distance to the high speed train. Great breakfast and gym facilities. The services are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

This time I came mainly to watch Zhang Bichen's concert. It's really close, only three minutes walk from the venue, and 20 to 30 minutes by taxi from Zhengzhou Station. The hotel suite is indeed very large, but it's on the sixth floor, and there's only an iron railing to see the view. The executive floor is on the 10th floor. Next time I come, I want to try the 10th floor. I was a little hungry when I just arrived at the hotel. The room order was served very quickly, 20 minutes. The beef noodles were a little oily but delicious. The hotel breakfast was ok, and the spicy soup was not bad. It would be better if there were small fried dough sticks. The hotel service staff are very polite. They greeted me on the first floor and helped to press the elevator to show me the way. Xue Kaiyue at the front desk had a very good attitude. I added WeChat and asked her questions in a timely manner. The room service staff also specially sent small biscuits and yogurt. Like it 👍

I came to Zhengzhou on a business trip yesterday. My friend recommended Jianguo Hotel to me, so I booked a room online. The curtains in the room I stayed in had a good light-blocking effect, and I slept very comfortably at night. When I checked out, it was raining, and the staff helped me hold an umbrella and sent me to the parking space. Thumbs up! !

The hotel boasts a beautiful and spacious environment with excellent facilities. The private pool, in particular, was a huge hit and kept the children thoroughly entertained. Breakfast was generous, and due to the hotel's large size, shuttle service is required to navigate the grounds. Situated right next to Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Park, the air is wonderfully fresh and invigorating, rich in negative oxygen ions. We would absolutely choose to stay here again if we have the opportunity.

The check-in experience is great, the lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk service is fast and thoughtful!
The hotel is really good: the water delivery is considerate, the room is large and well-lit; the breakfast is rich and worth recommending.
The front desk service is efficient, Xiao Zhang's warm service is good, the mattress is comfortable and the water pressure is stable; the location is excellent, quiet and there are many attractions around, you can go to the beach for a walk in the morning, you can go to the restaurant in the afternoon, there are local Qingbuliang, coconut, all are good choices, complete facilities, clean rooms;
