I booked 2 separate bookings cause we traveled to hokkaido in the middle. Once I got back and checkin again the hotel already prepared the room and move my baggage to the new room already. Love the service and the location. This was my 6th time with the hotel. Still love it.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to two metro stations. complimentary water, soft drinks, and coffee were provided in lobby area, which is a nice touch.

However, I did encounter an unpleasant experience with one of the elderly male staff whose name tag seemed to be “Mori (森).” His attitude toward Chinese guests was discriminatory, which left a negative impression.

On the positive side, a young lady with short hair at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful—unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name.

Room is small but walkable to train station. The location is in a very quiet area but still near to restaurants and coffeeshops. Very nice

It’s super convenient and good location. The room is big for two people and also with a sofa. The location is just 3-5 mins walking from the station. The bathroom is very clean and I like that they separate the toilet and bath. The bathroom you can choose stand or bathtub. It’s very nice equipment and new inside, they also provide clean spray for your clothes or jacket. Besides the hotel there’s a little park which can see a lovely Sakura without cowed. I will choose it again if I stay in Tokyo:)

The room is clean , front desk are very kindness,
I just stay for one night, it is very relax and comfortable stay! Will looking forward to stay again next time. 
The room is very nice, really like the window near bed. Even I was not available to get a NamSan tower side room, but still very nice to looking at the 北岳山🥰！ thank you for giving me a warm stay.

Had a wonderful & fantabulous experience with Hotel Gracery Taipei during my 5d4n trip!
My hotel experience took an unexpected turn after purchasing my first-ever blind box. I had carefully placed it on the bedside table, but it mysteriously vanished after housekeeping serviced the room while I was out shopping. Despite a thorough search of the room, including under the bed and sofa, the blind box was gone without a trace. When I brought this to the front desk's attention, they investigated but couldn't definitively link its disappearance to the housekeeping staff. Just when I was feeling disheartened about the situation, a staff member named Chris Tsai went above and beyond. He slipped an envelope under my door the next day, informing me that he had personally sourced a replacement blind box, which I could collect from the front desk whenever convenient. Even though I would need to cover the cost, I was deeply moved by his proactive approach to resolving the issue. Such exceptional customer service is a rare find in today's world!
Pros: 
- Excellent location, about 1 min away from Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT
- Convenient store such as 7-11, Family mart is just beside the hotel
- There are some breakfast shops and eateries across the street, if able to walk alil further down, there are more and the famous FuHang Dou Hua (super long long queue)
- Netflix and Youtube available in room and local channels 
- Water Pressure from both bath tub and the showerhead is MARVELLOUS! Super strong! Bath Salt is provided as well!
- Aircon super cold, hard bed (which is my preference), provide drip bag coffee and Oolong Tea. There is even an air purifier in room!
Cons: 
- Pillow abit too small 
- Found dust under the sofa 
- No microwave in room
