The room was spacious with a partial sea view, but some walls looked old, and the sofa was quite dirty with what seemed like food stains. The blanket also looked a bit worn. Service was okay, but it was inconvenient when checking in or requesting extra towels; I had to call, and messages sent via Trip.com went unanswered.

This was my first time in Quy Nhon, and I definitely picked the right hotel. The location is excellent, situated on a secluded part of the beach. You can either use the underground passage (with stairs) or cross the road (traffic here isn't as heavy as in other Vietnamese cities).

Hotel: The front desk staff spoke excellent English, explained everything in detail, and even helped us carry our luggage to the room. Housekeeping cleaned daily, and we received fresh water every day. I was traveling with my mother, and we initially had a sea-view deluxe room. Later, we also stayed in a mountain-view room – both were exactly as pictured by the hotel: clean, spacious, and beautiful. The view from our room (on the 20th floor) was magnificent. The Wi-Fi wasn't the fastest, but it was generally sufficient for my work.

Breakfasts were delicious – mostly Vietnamese food, but with some European options too. We also ordered food from the hotel restaurant, and it was very tasty, especially the pizza.

Nearby Food: If you venture a bit further from the hotel, to the second or third street back, you'll find plenty of affordable and delicious eateries, including stylish coffee shops and spas. Everything is within walking distance.

Beach: When we arrived, the beach wasn't equipped with sun loungers or umbrellas, and fresh water for rinsing off was only available in the evenings when locals came to swim. However, the beach itself is very clean, and there weren't many people during the day. We were completely satisfied. If we ever return to Quy Nhon, we will definitely stay here again!

Very Good price. Good holiday location.  Spacious apartment. Clean excellent city and sea view. Happy with stay.

Need key to access to lift and there is only 1 key available per apartment, so very inconvenient. No receptionist is available.  Parking cost is 18K/night and hourly rate per visit. Internet is expired at 12.00 midnight.

More than expected bookings, high-rise sea view, 4 of us stayed, enough space, the surrounding environment is very good, a great experience, have the opportunity to come back, the only regret is the rooftop pool maintenance.

We arrived by taxi about 30 minutes from Quy Nhon city. It's quite a large resort hotel, and the front desk staff spoke English. The view from the room was incredibly beautiful, and we were very satisfied. We also used the hotel's restaurant for breakfast, and tried their à la carte menu for lunch and dinner. We stayed in Quy Nhon for a month and tried buffets and restaurants at other hotels, but this hotel's restaurant was the best! The beach was right in front, just a one-minute walk away, and it was a comfortable private beach with few people. We walked to the pier and enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from above. All the staff were friendly, making for a very comfortable stay. This time we only stayed for two nights, but next time we come to Quy Nhon, we'd love to stay for about a week.

The hotel is scheduled to pick up VND 175,000 and the journey will take approximately 40 to 50 minutes. The family travels together, the apartment is set, the bed is very comfortable. You need to leave your passport at the front desk for check-in and return it after check-out, as many Vietnamese hotels do. The swimming pool in the backyard is divided into two areas, which are suitable for children. The backyards of the apartments are all connected, so you can go to your neighbor's house at any time. The bath and toilet are large openings, which are slightly inconvenient. The staff's service attitude is very good, they will take the initiative to say hello when they meet. The standard of the restaurant is average. The western restaurant checked in by the apartment is not recommended. It is expensive and of high quality. The restaurant on the side of the hotel is ok, but there are not many dishes. Overall the hotel is good, it is a travel choice for a pure hotel.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the environment is beautiful and the service is thoughtful.

Location was a little out of the main town (20 mins by taxi) but closer to the smaller town (10 mins by taxi) with assortment of shops shops & restaurants. Resort was. very quiet and away from the night life in town.
We enjoyed the spacious room with a sea view balcony and the room was clean and air conditioned. Showers, beds were very comfortable. 
The resort has two main zones and a golf buggy to take you to either side (or a short walk) when required.
The beach side resort has an enormous salt water pool complex suitable for kids and adults.
Leading on from this pool you can step onto the beach which was quit shallow for quite a way out making for easy splashing in the surf.
The other accommodation side has an indoor and outdoor pool and well equiped gym.
We arrived in the off season so only one restaurant was open most of our stay - the food was of a high standard with great breakfast.
Unfortunately the only bar open during our stay was the cigar bar with frequent smokers making it impossible to enjoy a quiet cocktail most of the time.
Overall the stay was very nice and the staff are exceedingly friendly & helpful which made our stay all the better

The room with a private pool and sea view was incredibly beautiful! Everything was clean, and we could also use the facilities of the main building. Everything was lovely, and the service was very good and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, but we didn't enjoy the dinner much, so we preferred to eat out in town. The burger at the hotel restaurant wasn't very tasty, but the food in town was great. It was also the off-season, and almost nothing was going on. Maybe the food is better when it's busy. The massage at the spa was superb! We booked it again right away. There isn't really a beach, just a wall with stairs through the rocks, but it was also nice just to hear the sea. The transport from Hanoi airport takes a long time, but the value for money was really very good.
