Good hotel, very conveniently located 8 minutes from Universal Studios. The breakfast was excellent. The reception staff were 10/10.

Location, location, location! Good hotel, rooms are not big, but enough for two. Everything is typical for holiday Inns: food (french fries and hamburgers), service and so on.

The location is very good, surrounded by exotic restaurants, some good restaurants have to be in the evening and will be open late. Breakfast is OK, compared to other Hiltons who have lived before, the hot meals (eg, eggs, omelettes, hot sausages) suitable for Chinese people are different every day, and will be different. It is more suitable for bringing children together, and the hotel guests are mostly with children. The size of the double bed is also OK. I personally think that children under 5 and 6 years old can sleep together. The older children will be more crowded. The parking lot is large. When you park your car, you will be given a similar ticket. The above will register the time of the store. It may be used for checkout (the parking lot seems to be charged).

Pick-up and drop-off: It is best to call the hotel to confirm the location, generally on the first floor of the airport shutter bus station
Environment: The overall facilities are good, no kettle
Breakfast: Start on weekdays 6.30, I didn't catch up with the early flight, but some simple bread is provided

So parking is my main gripe about this location. Everything else was great!
The lot is small and I guess guests are not guaranteed a spot. And the gentleman at check-in told me it was $10/day, but I was charged $30/day - so that was confusing.

The experience was lovely, customer service was perfect, and the location was great. However, they can work on valet service and the cleanliness due to mildew on the ceiling of bathroom. Lastly. I do wish I had time to try their breakfast but I wasn't able to due to my schedule, it's a nice touch though.

Super clean. Staff and super nice and helpful. The Breakfast was the BEST I have experience. The location has so many close restaurants and shopping near by.

Muy buen servicio, excelente desayuno, solo le falta una modernización a los cuartos

The overall environment of the hotel is very good, including Datang, elevators, corridors and rooms. The service is warm and friendly. The location is a bit away from the city center, but very quiet. High cost performance.

This was a little gem right in downtown Houston. Very close to discovery green for restaurants and 10 mins walk from Minute Maid Stadium to watch the Astro's. Very clean, spacious and lovely facilities. Breakfast also fresh and plentiful. Who knew grits are so tasty?! :D
Would definitely book this hotel again if I have to head to Houston for work again.

The Hotel was nice and the food was delicious. The happy hour was the cherry on top. Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay

Parking is very convenient, there is nothing delicious nearby, breakfast standard American breakfast, good value for money

The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from Times Square and in a relatively safe area of Manhattan.
At first I didn't have high expectations as it was reasonably priced compared to other hotels, but I was surprised by the facilities and service.

There is a bar next to the lobby and several common spaces, making it perfect for a short break or to work.
It was also great that dinner was included during happy hour from 5:00 to 6:30 in the evening.
This is one hotel I'd like to stay at again.
