The hotel is on the beach of Carmen, the beach is super beautiful, the hotel is next to the beach, go straight out! The rooms of the hotel are not big, they are all two-story small buildings, one with four rooms, the environment is OK, but the room setting is very general, if you have high requirements for the room, it is recommended to take a look. This is the cheapest all-inclusive hotel, with two restaurants and a pool bar. In the afternoon, the swimming pool has a fitness instructor with dance exercises. The hotels along the coast are all on the same beach, so no difference. Overall, the price is okay.

There are a lot of restaurants, you can go, but some restaurants have to make an appointment in advance, very rich. The room was a bit wet and the quilt was wet. It is said that the three floors will not. I live on the second floor. Comes with a small fridge and drinks can be enjoyed free of charge. The service is also super good, there is no value for money! !

Location was good, the hotel was a good place to rest after a long train ride. However, check in and check out was slow. There was a loud banging noise outside the window at 5am in the morning, disturbing our sleep. Phone and safe deposit box were not working. Housekeeping walked into our room in the morning when we were still sleeping. They were also very rough with cleaning the rooms next door so it was noisy, didn’t help that the walls were thin.

The attitude of the hotel staff towards the guests is of the highest level, they are attentive and do everything to ensure that the customer is satisfied. The breakfast is excellent, very varied and tasty. The hotel is has a wondeful gym with music and air conditioning. It is certenly One of the best hotels I have visited.

My recent stay at this hotel was a delightful experience marked by stylish design, comfort, and attention to detail. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean and modern aesthetic of the space. The décor throughout the rooms and common areas strikes a perfect balance between luxury and simplicity, with tasteful color palettes and well-thought-out furnishings.

The rooms are spacious, well-lit, and impeccably maintained. The bedding was especially comfortable, contributing to a great night’s sleep. 

Service was consistently excellent. Staff members were friendly, professional, and eager to assist with anything I needed, which made the overall experience feel personal and welcoming.

Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers a sophisticated and serene environment. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality stay with exceptional comfort and style.

Great choice in Barcelona for family travel
1. The service is great no matter the basic needs or special request. The hotel prepared the special card for our wedding anniversary trip and sweet candies.
2. The room is well designed for the family trip. The bathroom is clean and well equipped.
3. The location is great and near to the most of sightseeing points.

The neighborhood is horrible. Junkies at every step and incredible dirt.
The room they gave me leaked all the water from the bathtub and flooded the bathroom. I complained to the waitress and she told me that this happened in several rooms and that she left me four towels to put on and not leak the water????
I complained at the reception and they changed me to another room.
They charged me 22 euros for giving me the room a couple of hours before when usually in other hotels if they have it available they do not make a problem.
Very nice and comfortable facilities but the environment is terrible.
I didn't like the floor in the room because it's ceramic like kitchen... I missed a good parquet in a hotel of this category.
