We stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. We had mentioned beforehand that it was an anniversary trip, and we were absolutely thrilled when the hotel sent up champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries upon our arrival. We toasted each other while admiring the distant view of the Sagrada Familia from our room. The Sagrada Familia at sunrise was also stunning. It was an unforgettable anniversary trip, and we're very grateful to the hotel. Being directly connected to the station also meant we could easily catch our train to Paris, our next destination.

I was initially worried the room might feel cramped, but the space was incredibly well utilized. Despite being in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet – the soundproofing on the glass balcony door was excellent. The high ceilings also kept it from feeling at all oppressive. Plus, there were plenty of mirrors, which was super convenient for getting ready! It's also within walking distance of Casa Batlló and the luxury shopping street.

Excellent location! Everything you need is close by. There's a large shopping mall just around the corner and a huge supermarket downstairs where you can buy anything from food to souvenirs and daily necessities. Right opposite the hotel, there's a Kebab shop that always has a long line, and for good reason – it's delicious, affordable, and offers generous portions! A little further down the road, you'll find a local market that's also great value for money. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you directly to the beach, and just a block away, another bus stop goes to the upscale district and the old town. If you walk towards the art museum fountain, the scenery is beautiful all the way, and a sunset stroll there is truly relaxing.

The hotel's location is fantastic, within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Although the room is a bit small, it has a mini-fridge and a kettle, plus complimentary bottled water. Housekeeping was prompt and the room was always clean! The staff were also very friendly. There's an Aldi supermarket nearby and plenty of dining options. We didn't opt for breakfast at the hotel, as I think it was around 16 euros per person.

Overall, it's decent, but a bit overpriced. The room was small and cramped. On the bright side, the location is great, making it easy to get around. The hotel has a rooftop viewing platform offering a 360-degree panoramic view of Barcelona, which is a big plus!

Excellent quality and service
The food is also excellent

The hotel is on the beach of Carmen, the beach is super beautiful, the hotel is next to the beach, go straight out! The rooms of the hotel are not big, they are all two-story small buildings, one with four rooms, the environment is OK, but the room setting is very general, if you have high requirements for the room, it is recommended to take a look. This is the cheapest all-inclusive hotel, with two restaurants and a pool bar. In the afternoon, the swimming pool has a fitness instructor with dance exercises. The hotels along the coast are all on the same beach, so no difference. Overall, the price is okay.

This hotel is conveniently located directly across from the El Corte Inglés department store in Granada, with the airport bus stop right nearby, making airport transfers very easy. The hotel itself has been recently renovated, so all the facilities are new, brightly colored, and very clean. While the rooms aren't huge, they get excellent light. There's also a pool and a bar on the rooftop.

The room has enough space for couple and a child.
Cleanliness is good. The location is good. we walked to science museum and also city center. There was no noise even for weekend. Breakfast was the best. There were lots of different things and the best thing is having a mini fridge for juices and waters. There were 3 coffee machines.

I booked the penthouse suite, and it was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded my expectations in every way. The exterior was charmingly antique, while the interior boasted all the modern amenities one could need, including an electric toilet and touch-screen controls for lighting and air conditioning.

The bar and restaurant were superb; every dish was a hit. The waiter was incredibly enthusiastic when introducing the food and drinks, clearly showing his passion for his work.

The service was worlds ahead of other hotels in the world. If my travel plans weren't already booked and couldn't be changed, I would have loved to stay here for a week.

I had a great stay at Barceló Granada Congress. My room had a great view overlooking mountains.The hotel is very conveniently located near a metro station and also many other main bus routes. The city is mostly walkable so it's only about 20mins walk to the city center from the hotel. The room has been cleaned and tidied up every day. Most of the essentials amenities were also provided.
