This apartment hotel belongs to the Accor group, so quality is guaranteed. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's respectable and comfortable. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite, room 1003, which offered a view of the Eiffel Tower. For rooms ending in 02, the Eiffel Tower might be partially blocked by a large chimney in front of the building. If you specifically book an Eiffel Tower view room, the view will be even better. As an apartment hotel, there's no daily room cleaning, but it does come with an open-plan kitchen. Downstairs, there's a Korean Kmarket supermarket where you can buy instant noodles, vegetables, and sausages – perfect for a simple meal. Transportation is quite convenient. A quick Google Maps search will show you how to take the metro to the airport. Bus number 30 from right outside the hotel goes to the Arc de Triomphe, and bus 42 goes to Place de la Concorde. It's right next to the Seine River, and a 15-minute walk will get you to the Eiffel Tower. The surrounding area is safe. I recommend it for those with a budget under 2000.

Good location, easy check in, had most of the amenities. Would have preferred separate shower gel and shampoo rather than combined. No hair conditioner. Asked for a 30 mins late check out, and the receptionist asked me to pay for it which didn’t seem reasonable. No cleaning service unless you stay 8 days or more.

Lovely cozy hotel and room, in very centralised location which is convenient to go everywhere. My husband and I love this hotel so much. The basic room we booked is not big but spacious enough as it has kitchen. Will stay when we are back next time.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to both leisure and business travelers. From the moment I arrived, the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well organized. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with staff members who were professional, friendly, and eager to help with any questions.

The room itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day. I appreciated the attention to detail, from fresh linens and quality toiletries to the ample storage space and well-lit work area. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay.

The hotel’s amenities added a lot of value to the experience. The common areas were well maintained, and the facilities were easy to access. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options that catered to different preferences. Everything was replenished promptly, and the dining area remained clean and comfortable even during busy hours.

Location-wise, the hotel is very convenient. It’s close to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it easy to get around without hassle. Despite the central location, the hotel felt calm and quiet, which was a pleasant surprise.

Overall, this hotel delivers a great balance of comfort, service, and value. The staff’s hospitality, combined with the clean rooms and convenient location, made the stay truly enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would confidently recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

The studio had everything I needed. Fridge, dish washer, bath tub :) I loved it and will be returning back! The young men at the desk were also very friendly. The floor could use an extra cleaning but nevertheless lovely studio. Would bring your own: slippers, tea, bath salts and if you’re planning to cook: cooking oil, salt and pepper.

The room was neat and well-equipped, with convenient transportation and a supermarket downstairs for easy shopping.

位於在比較住宅區雖然去鬧區比較遠一些些，但相對也比較安全，對面是一個小學校，旁邊就有超市，走去車站大約五到七分鐘，房間裡面有廚房鍋碗瓢盆都有也有洗碗機、微波爐、冰箱、膠囊咖啡機，但是沒有調味料跟油要自己帶，很乾淨舒服，馬桶跟淋浴間分開不會搶廁所。網路很快速大廳也很舒服，推薦大家
唯一的缺點是我那張床有一個位子太常被客人坐在那邊，所以有點凹陷，其餘沒有什麼可以挑剔的，尤其在時裝周的時候可以住到這個價位又乾淨舒服的飯店很感謝了

Nice hotel a block away from Sacré Cœur. The staff is very helpful. The little backyard is very nice. You can drink your coffee there. The kitchenette in the studio has everything you may need to prepare a meal.  
Cons : No AC, only a fan.

The location is fantastic, with Metro lines 9 and 12, plus various bus routes, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The room was also quite spacious (though, coming straight from Japan, everything feels bigger!). Everything was great overall. I highly recommend getting a weekly pass – it's a no-brainer. Even for just one stop, take the metro; it's a breeze! Just remember to make sure you tap your card successfully when boarding, as I personally saw ticket checks on the bus.

It's a typical serviced apartment. The front desk service is decent. It's a straight walk (565 meters) from CNIT (three sets of stairs), making it convenient for meetings. The room layouts vary, some large, some small, but all are quite convenient. Metro Line 1 provides direct access to Paris city center. Cleaning is only done after 8 days or more, and you can dispose of your own trash in the designated area, which is quite convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, a kettle, and cups, making cooking things like noodles very easy. Breakfast is typical Western style; the bread and crepes are delicious, the bacon is excellent, and the nectarines are very fresh. If you're traveling with children, you can choose a room with a living room. There's a small park downstairs, convenient for morning walks or jogs; it even has a children's slide and ping-pong table. There's a pharmacy and a Monoprix supermarket less than 100 meters away, where you can find cookies, chocolates, ice cream, and fruit.

The decoration is nice and the room is big. The service attitude is very good. There is a large space on the first floor for meetings, office work, and solitude. The room has a kitchen and tableware, but there is no pot to cook and cook, so you have to prepare it yourself. You have to take care of the hygiene yourself, free cleaning once every 8 days, or paid cleaning for 20 euros per time.

The 13:00 welcome at my arrival was cold not a smile I had to wait 2h out because the room was ready for 15h I went back to the room about 15h10 when you're a long journey and that you're tired we would like a smile and You don't come back to 15:00, it's a pity because the welcome for my departure Mr was very nice and laughing, I don't think I'll come back, no boiler or tea bags, for the price I expected to better

We had a really great experience at this hotel. It was our first visit of london and I found this hotel location quite accessible to buses and underground transportation. Rooms were very lovely and clean with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Rooms are well designed with interior and can open the window for fresh air. View wasn't that good though but everything else worth going for it. You won't regret afterall. The reception staff members were very friendly, polite and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location in the area is good, and the actual service matched the information provided at the time of booking. The room layout, comfort, and cleanliness were also commendable. However, the breakfast buffet offered the exact same food every day; the so-called constant temperature AC/heating in the room was very strange and slow to respond; the shower pressure was weak and the water wasn't very hot, which ended up wasting more time and water. The heated towel rail in the bathroom was intentionally not powered on, but the front desk wouldn't tell you unless you asked; this 'eco-friendly' policy doesn't necessarily have economic benefits. I might consider staying again, but it definitely wouldn't be my first choice. I also noticed that the ashtray outside the hotel hadn't been cleaned in three days.

The hotel is quite new with excellent facilities. Each room boasts a washer-dryer combo and a fully equipped kitchen (though a spatula was noticeably missing). The environment is lovely. It's about a 7-minute walk to Sutton train station, making it very convenient for commuting to the city center. Nearby towns are also easily accessible. The area has a significant Hong Kong population, resulting in a good selection of Chinese restaurants and plenty of large supermarkets, like Sainsbury's. Heathrow Airport is approximately an hour away. All in all, it's a really good option.

Staying at this hotel during my London trip was truly the best choice. The staff always greeted me with a smile, making me feel right at home, and the room was clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast, especially, was made with fresh ingredients, making me look forward to it every morning. The location was also great, making it easy to get around to nearby attractions. If I visit London again, I definitely want to stay here!
