location was good, just across of kuningan city mall, near public transport (Transjakarta and LRT), easy to get around.  Facilities was basic (as expected from a budget hotel), parking is very limited (around 6 cars max).
Room was adequate, cleaned everyday of our stay, bathroom and AC need a bit of maintenance (water is dripping from the AC, we had to put a towel under the AC to absorb the water.  
Again as expected from a budget hotel in city center.  Stayed here because of the location, near of my office in mega kuningan.

No problem at all. Everything was excellent, and I was very satisfied. 😊

If I have the opportunity to travel here again for business, I will definitely choose to stay at your hotel again. Thank you for your excellent service!

This hotel is really near Blok M, and if you wanna explore Blok M, this is recommended. 2-minute walk to MRT Blok M and also Plaza Blok M. I love the staff here, is very helpful, like Iqbal (if I'm not mistaken). Will stay at this hotel again. Oh, maybe next time I should request rooms that are not facing the road, as you will hear noise from the road next to your ear!

It was quite busy here, especially in the lobby. It seemed like it wasn't just hotel guests, but maybe open to the public too. The water cooler needed checking; the gallon ran out and wasn't replaced for two days. I called reception at night, but it still wasn't changed. I had to call again before they finally replaced it. Maybe the hotel ran out of refillable water.

Probably my most favorite hotel in Jakarta. Why? Pretty central, cozy cafe AC working area with button order for food/drinks from their adjacent restaurant, large enough rooms and such friendly service! Good food value and room prices too. Solid place to stay, especially for conferences in the area, especially being able to work at the tables in the lobby or cafe with colleagues.

The room is clean, tidy, the service is also very good, it is very comfortable to staycation here, it is close to the culinary place, so you don't have to worry about what to eat

It was a very pleasant stay there. The breakfast was perfect and tasted great. I just have a problem with an air conditioner that works and gives a sound very loud hehe thanks

The hotel is just 2 years old only but the hotel staff are nice and helpful. The hotel is also near by the Legian beach within few minutes walking distance.The bed is comfortable and room is clean . I like the vibe of this hotel . Nearby also has a lot of restaurants . Thank you Bu April for assisting while I’m staying there

I was first given a room that was smelling like mould upon entering, and after asking the front desk about this they did quickly allocate me into another room. The room I was reallocated was better than the first one, and given it was late at night already I was too tired to request for another room. It is a basic budget room. I was only staying for a 3 nights before my next flight, so it was okay. Air conditioner works fine and cooling the room well. Shower was basic and could do some renovation. Towels provided however the supposedly white towels were more like a grey tone. Breakfast was simple but it has a variety. Location is not far from the main road and toll entrance, also to the beach.

As ex of KG employee, me and husband were shocked by the service and facilities in Amaris Teuku Umar. Start from the wifi (off), the breakfast, the surrounding, etc. 

Better if management decrease the tariff or give more service compare to the tariff. Fyi every night the noisy sound of nite club heared so louddddddd .. The CS said that its not come from inside hotel, but the building next to Amaris.

The location was perfect. There is an M-Mart In front of the hotel. There are dispensers available in the corners of each floor of the hotel. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach.

Friendly staff, polite receptionist, comfortable room, strong shower pressure, and a varied and delicious breakfast. Next time, I'll definitely stay at Amaris Dewi Sri again.

Comfortable, clean room, 4 pillows, delicious food, will be delicious, next time will come back to Amaris Sunset Road

Basic room. Got room far from lobby. You get what you pay. Cleanness is average. Breakfast also average but location wise superb. Well, at least we have a good sleep. Come here again? Probably not. At lobby have luggage scales.

I apologize, but the cleanliness was lacking, especially the bedsheets and duvet cover. I was given a room on the first floor with a window directly facing the street, and I heard vehicle noise all night long.

Very satisfied. Staff are friendly and responsive. The room is clean and the air conditioning is cold. Breakfast is delicious with many options. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. It's a safe place and close to Tanah Abang.

The hotel is okay, room is not that beautiful but at least it's not small. got room for prayer if you're a Muslim. no fridge, but they provide water dispenser outside. have toothbrush, slippers and toothpaste provided.

Near lrt and Gambir station. Easy to access. It also near to the National monument, Istiqlal Mosque and cathedral
