Overall, the location of this hotel is very good for this business trip, and the price/performance ratio is high. There are two passenger elevators in the hotel, and the space is quite small. If you bring luggage, it is enough to put two large pieces of luggage and one person.

But! The old brother at the front desk of the hotel began to give us the bottom of a corridor, the room was very small, and the garbage room outside the air conditioner outside the window looked like a work room. We arrived in the afternoon time and there was no other room. Because my son is a senior Real Madrid fan and made a special trip to Spain to watch the game, I booked this hotel without hesitation. It is very close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. When I saw the new Santiago Bernabeu Stadium on foot, I was shocked. It is very convenient for watching football, participating in the Santiago Bernabeu tour and going to the official store of Real Madrid. It is not far from the subway.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is not located close to the historical center, rather closer to the university area, however there are metro stations close with convenient connections. Also, there are some restaurants for a quick meal very close to the hotel.

The room was excellent, we don't like it much but we would be hosted alone again for the service provided

On a business trip, the hotel is right opposite the train station and it's a Marriott property. The room had complimentary water and chocolate, which was a nice touch. The house is large, the balcony is great, the surrounding area is quiet and the environment is good. The facilities are relatively complete, you can make some snacks yourself. This is a quiet hotel in the middle of noisy, it feels like a homestay

Nice big hotel, but not the cleanest. Found several different hairs in the shower, bathroom and by the bed that weren’t mine and they were different colors. Bed was comfy and the gym was really good (new, huge and clean), because it’s a private gym for people who live in the luxury building across the street. Check-in staff were friendly :).
