The hotel is very good! It is located in the northeast corner of Saihu Lake. You can see Saihu Lake and the sunset from the room. It takes 5 minutes to reach the tourist center. The hotel is very unique. I booked a family room. The front desk sent three breakfasts, which was very welcoming. The room view is amazing. The sanitation is also very clean. The electric toilet and the quilt are also very comfortable. I recommend everyone to stay here when they come to Saihu Lake~

The hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there!
Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!

The reception service at the front desk was very good. There was a problem with my order and the handsome guy at the front desk adjusted it for me in time. The environment is really good, the external greenery and area are very large, the rooms are also very comfortable and built according to five-star standards. The breakfast is also very good. ZZhouyechen酒店很乾凈整潔，前台小姐姐好熱情，服務態度很好，我們説前台的乾果和棗子很好吃，第二天退房時給我們準備了一小袋，真的巨幸福，南方小土豆來新疆真的感覺到很冷，但是在新疆處處感覺到了温暖，特別是前台小姐姐的細節，看我提了幾個白色塑料袋裝着一堆衣服，很貼心的給我拿了酒店的專屬袋子給我裝衣服，來時行李箱好好的，回去真的大包小包，真的被酒店温暖到了，喜歡輕奢乾淨簡潔風的夥伴們，非常推薦入住

The only drawback is that for some reason, there is no solid wall between the bathroom and the room. You can see people going to the toilet and taking a shower while lying on the bed. The advantages are good location, good service, good hygiene, and good breakfast. The disadvantages are that the room is really small and there is no TV. Due to the natural conditions of the lake area, there is no natural gas, and the hot water is heated by a water heater. The hot water can only be heated for 20 minutes each time. However, at a price of more than 400 yuan in Saihu, what else do you want? It is definitely not comparable to the city or county. I saw many hotels under construction in the scenic area. I hope the overall accommodation will be good in the future.

The stay in the camp is also great. The room is bigger than expected. The bed is very comfortable. Although it is cold outside at night, the heater in the room is turned on. It is hot to kick the quilt haha.
The dining is also very good. Dinner is ordered in the camp. The price is very conscience in terms of the scenic spot. I also ate delicious high egrets. The breakfast buffet is also very rich. Even eating ”Xinjiang is fresh”, and it is the first time I have drunk hot coffee in Xinjiang in so many days. Great!
The service is also very perfect, the response speed is fast, the whole smile service. The parents of the same company also feel that it is a very unforgettable experience. In short, I am very satisfied!

The camp tent is still very good, there are heating and electric mattresses, and you will not feel cold at night. But at one or two o'clock in the evening, I could hear the people chatting in the tent next door, and I was awakened by the swans in Sailimu Lake early in the morning. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos.
