GGuest UserAs soon as I entered the hall, the orange fragrance came, the room was very clean, and mineral water was prepared. The orange-flavored soft candy and biscuits on the table were hungry and I could come! It is said that a good day starts in the morning. When I go to eat in our class in the morning, the restaurant service staff will warmly say good morning to you! Needless to say, the traffic is very convenient to take a taxi and walk very close to the park.

GGuest UserTraveling with good sisters, the hotel is located near the Saihu Visitor Center. It may be a bit rushed to open. The hotel health is still a bit lacking, but the service is really good. Especially the two young ladies at the front desk, they make up for some of my dissatisfaction with the hotel health, very enthusiastic, I also sent fruit and a lot of candy, and the people are beautiful and gentle. I like it! Then I hope that some details of hygiene can be improved, especially such a beautiful exterior, the exterior wall glass is gray ～ I will stay next time.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and clean, mainly because the location is also very good. After playing, I didn’t expect the mattress to have a massage function. I asked the front desk lady how to operate it. I patiently explained it to me. It was really comfortable and actually had a heating function. The waves help sleep for half an hour before going to bed. It is really fast to recommend 😄. I am curious and asked about the price. It actually costs more than 2w. The mattress at this price makes me stay for one night at a very affordable price. It is really good value for money! Going out and asked where there is a high white cockroach near the front desk, recommended a store 500 meters away, the taste is really good! I also choose this one in summer.

The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities, including the convenience of smart devices and soft, comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was warm and attentive, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel is quiet, and the on-site gym, lounge area, and laundry facilities are very practical. It's an excellent value and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the city!

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby has a lounge area, and the room was provided with welcome yogurt. The room was quite large, with a view of the snow-capped mountains. The hotel has a wake-up service. Xiao Ku at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. When we were going to eat in the evening, he recommended a restaurant to us. The hotel also has a laundry room, which I didn't know how to use, but Xiao Ku came to help us and answered every question. I give them a thumbs up*

GGuest UserI went back to Xinjiang to visit family and see Sayram Lake. To ensure a more comfortable stay, I skipped the scenic area and instead flew to Bole overnight after watching the sunset. Then, I rushed back to the scenic area early the next morning to watch the sunrise. It was off-season, and the hotel was a great value. The room rate was 100 yuan, and they included a delicious breakfast. The only downside was that the floor heating in the room was too hot, so I fell asleep with the window open. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

GGuest UserSailimu Lake likes this hotel very much. First of all, I have to say that the front desk staff Mira looks good. Even if the service is in place, I recommended the delicious surroundings. The carpet in the small problem room is a bit... But Mira's parents and children came to apologize to us and sent a few more bottles of water. And I took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, the meal is very convenient, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photo is very good~ the housekeeper is also good, the room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the facilities are beautifully arranged, there is a commercial street when you go out, and you sleep well all night. I will choose this hotel next time!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior looks great, and the front desk even thoughtfully upgraded my room. They said they'd move me to their main building, which I was initially happy about. But it turned out to be worse than not upgrading at all. After showering, it was freezing. Why? Because the water was cold. Then I tried to turn on the air conditioning but couldn't find the remote. When I asked the front desk, they said it's centrally controlled and they adjust the temperature... Also, the hygiene wasn't good. When I went to take a shower, the entire bathroom wall was covered with scattered long hairs stuck to it... Luckily, I only stayed one night and left early the next morning. The breakfast, however, was good.

GGuest UserThe stay exceeded expectations; my family was very satisfied. It was a great experience. I recently went on a business trip to Xinjiang and also took my parents on a vacation. We booked three rooms, and the hotel arranged for them all to be on the same floor, with rooms next to each other, making it convenient to take care of my parents.
Facilities: The facilities weren't comprehensive, but they were sufficient. The sofa in the double room was very comfortable.
Cleanliness: It was quite clean; there were no obvious stains in the room.
Environment: The location is good; it's convenient to drive and park downstairs.
Service: The receptionist, Xiao Liu, was very friendly and answered all our questions.
