Environment: Super super good geographical environment, because at the level, there is a certain distance from most houses, you can see the starry sky by pushing the window at night, and the simple equipment can take pictures of the Big Dipper. The terrain is high, so you can watch the sunrise in the morning, without crowding people in Saihu. There is a little fox at night. It is highly recommended that the photographer and the people who like Jing come to live, but if you are free to travel, you will not drive, maybe not suitable? Because there is still a distance from the scenic traffic.
Service: Very good, super good, almost responsive and very warm and caring, will give play tips, etc.

The service is attentive, responsive, and efficient. They also offer free car washes now, making the return trip super convenient. The breakfast is plentiful, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of flavors to suit every taste. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time and have already recommended it to friends!

GGuodong0722This hotel is absolutely amazing! From arrival to departure, every step was meticulously designed. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The smart control system in the room was incredibly convenient, allowing for easy switching between lights and music. My favorite part was after a long day, brewing a cup of tea and immersing myself in the lavender scent of the room – all my worries simply vanished. It's definitely my top choice for travel accommodations!

We arrived at around 5 pm, the room was not ready and still cleaning. We had to wait for more than 40 minutes at the front desk to check in.
Loft room type, one bathroom per upper and lower floors, but there is one hair dryer. You have to stagger the time to wash your hair, and you will pass the hair dryer up and down the stairs. There is also a hot water bottle that needs to be passed up and down the stairs, and there is also one.
The toilet in the bathroom upstairs is not flushed enough and cannot be cleaned.

The location of the hotel is good, the travel is convenient, the room is clean and comfortable, the service is very intimate, and also helped us plan the itinerary of Sailimu Lake. The next day I went to Sailimu Lake. The scenery I saw was more shocking than the photos. The clear lake reflected the blue sky, and the plank road extended to the distance. Even the swans were leisurely on the water. It was a blockbuster. Stayed comfortably and had a good time. I highly recommend this hotel for friends who come to Bole!

GGuest UserHotel health is very good, the whole house is smart, the parent-child family room children like it very much, the room is large, the disposable supplies are very good, the children are very complete, the front desk staff is a five-star standard service. All kinds of details are very good. Before leaving, I caught up with the June Day Children's Day and gave the child a huge Mitsubishi Squirrel Snack Gift Pack. The children on this road will take it and eat it. I am very happy. If I come to Bole again, I will choose this one.

GGuest UserWe spent a day at Sayram Lake. It was truly beautiful, but also incredibly cold! The wind was incredibly strong, and I almost cried from the cold. Ladies, take my advice: down jackets are a lifesaver! Looking for a place to stay that night, we stumbled upon Blue Lake International and booked a duplex room with the intention of giving it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. We arrived late, but the front desk staff, far from being impatient, were incredibly helpful in settling us in. We were greeted with hot tea upon arrival, followed by Xinjiang-style dried fruits and yogurt, which instantly soothed us! Our loft was incredibly spacious, stylishly decorated, and most importantly, incredibly warm! After a day freezing outside, stepping into the room felt like stepping into a warm embrace, a feeling of total bliss. From the hot tea and local snacks to the room decor and warmth, you could tell the hotel truly cares about its guests. If you're visiting Sayram Lake, I highly recommend Blue Lake International. It was definitely the best surprise of our trip, and a warm end to a chilly day.

Let’s talk about hygiene first. As soon as you enter the room, you feel very fresh and clean. There were no stains on the bed, the pillows and quilts smelled good, there were no water stains or odors in the bathroom, and the toiletries were neatly placed. Even the corners are kept spotless, and you can tell that real effort has been put into it.
Let’s talk about the service, it’s really too good to say anything about. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and efficient when checking in. They also introduced me to the surrounding food and attractions thoughtfully. Once there was a small problem with the lights in my room, so I called customer service. The maintenance staff came shortly after. They were very kind and fixed it quickly. When I meet the staff in the corridor, they will greet me with a smile, which makes me feel very good.
