Just parked my car, quite a distance away, and someone immediately came over to help with my luggage – super enthusiastic! You can do laundry here, and when someone was hogging the washing machine, the owner even stepped in to talk to them. The hotel offers views of Sayram Lake and is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. It's not far from Sayram Lake, just a seven to eight-kilometer drive. The price is half that of other hotels in the tourist area. Overall, it's a great value!

A great stay experience! The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation and close to popular attractions and business districts. The rooms are spacious and bright, with unique decoration style and full of artistic atmosphere. The use of smart devices is very convenient, such as voice control lights, curtains, etc., which adds a lot of fun to life. The hotel's gym and swimming pool facilities are perfect, so that I can stay alive during my busy schedule. The service staff are professional and enthusiastic, and can respond to any needs in time. Central location, but parking is a bit difficult due to limited parking spaces. The room has separate wet and dry toilets. There is a window, but it's small and located in front of the toilet, so the room doesn't feel very airy. The reception staff are quite enthusiastic. Breakfast wasn't very varied; I had breakfast at 10 am and almost all the dishes were gone, but they didn't restock even though there were quite a few other guests arriving at that time.

This was the most expensive hotel of my trip, mainly due to its prime location. As it's a new hotel, the service still needs some improvement. The pros are that it maintains the consistent style of an Orange Hotel. A nice bonus was the complimentary Xinjiang costumes available for guests to take back to their rooms for photos. The downside is that there was construction noise from the adjacent site throughout the night, which was a bit disruptive.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Sayram Lake scenic area, making travel and sightseeing extremely convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, including local specialties, home-style dishes, snacks, and late-night eats. You can simply stroll downstairs for a delicious meal, saving you the hassle of long commutes to find restaurants – making all your meals convenient and worry-free. The hotel's overall environment is tranquil and elegant, with expansive views. Right outside, you can admire the stunning beauty of Sayram Lake, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and crystal-clear waters. The air is fresh and comfortable, making both daytime sightseeing and evening relaxation exceptionally pleasant.

Five-star review! The lady at the front desk is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly helpful; you can contact her anytime with any issues. The hotel owner, a handsome gentleman, is also very kind. We couldn't get a taxi, so he personally drove us to the scenic area for free. The hotel's location is great, surrounded by plenty of food options. Sayram Lake is breathtakingly beautiful; I'll definitely be back!

How should I put it? The hotel environment is okay, quite comfortable. The lack of air conditioning was a bit of a surprise, but it seems like hotels around here generally don't have it, so that's fine. What I couldn't stand was being assigned to room 225 last night... right next to the laundry room. I checked in around midnight, but there were still people doing laundry at 1 or 2 AM, and then again at 5 or 6 AM. The washing and drying machines were incredibly loud, and the soundproofing isn't great. After driving 600 kilometers straight from Urumqi, not getting a good night's sleep was really rough. The soundproofing definitely doesn't match the hotel's price point.

Choosing Elaine·Yilaiqian Hotel Backyard Royal Villa was absolutely the best decision we made when visiting Sayram Lake! First, a huge shoutout to Tu Tu at the front desk. Not only was she incredibly warm and patient during check-in, but she also proactively upgraded our room for free! We went from a standard room to the 'Chuanxing | Villa Style King Room,' which was much larger and more stylishly decorated. The moment we stepped in, we were drawn to the warm lighting and the simple yet upscale decor. The combination of light gray and wood tones was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was spotless and odorless, and the bathroom counter and shower area were immaculate. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into its hygiene management. What impressed me most was how quiet the hotel was. As a standalone villa-style hotel, there was absolutely no outside noise at night. Closing the windows brought complete tranquility, which is perfect for anyone wanting a good rest after a day of exploring. The in-room floor heating also gets full marks; Xinjiang winters can be very cold, but the room was warm and dry, making it comfortable to walk barefoot on the wooden floors. The breakfast on the second day also exceeded expectations. There was a wide variety, including local specialties like milk tea and pastries, as well as Western options like bread and coffee, catering to different tastes. Plus, the hotel is incredibly close to the east gate entrance of Sayram Lake scenic area, just a few minutes' drive, saving us the hassle of rushing early in the morning. All in all, this stay can be described as a 'pleasant surprise.' The clean environment, attentive service, quiet atmosphere, coupled with Tu Tu's heartwarming upgrade at the front desk, made us feel like we got great value for money. If we come back to Sayram Lake, we will definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting the area – you won't be disappointed!

Traveling with my family, staying at the Zhongya Quanna Hotel was an unexpected delight during our trip to Sayram Lake. The afternoon sun filled our room, and I'm so grateful to the front desk staff for their attentive and thoughtful service. The hotel breakfast was another pleasant surprise, definitely worth the wait. The third surprise came when I found a missed call while driving. I checked and realized my room keycard had been found and returned, and my deposit refunded. I called back to express my gratitude. Thumbs up to Zhongya Quanna and its amazing staff!
