"Staffs are nice & friendly. Warm water provided everywhere including the outdoor bbq area, which makes cleaning relatively easy. Heater was on when check in. This is really nice in this cold weather. The dish rack is rusty, so i didnt use it. Other than that r all great"

"Super comfortable cabin, in the camp, the time to the store is not concerned (before 17:00 local time), by the time of get off work, if you arrive late, you must contact the front desk or Trip.com in advance, they will leave the password key, do not worry like us late at night. Ctrip met the irresponsible butler who was in a hurry to get off work, and also met the housekeeper who was still trying to contact the hotel late at night. Fortunately, the last time I checked in smoothly; the cabin was clean, warm and very good."

"The room was warm and very clean. I checked in late at night. I contacted the front desk in advance. The key was left in the room. I also opened the air conditioner in advance. There was also a rich welcome gift basket. The next day, the interpreter introduced the koala and koala hospital in detail. As well as the status and habits of koala survival, each koala's residence also detailed its name and the cause of illness, a very good experience."

"Clean and convenient, friendly staff, perfect for bigger family. The only issue is why use the tranpancy curtain in the bedroom? It wakes us up too early in summer morning."

"This was the 2nd time I've stayed here with my partner and we loved it just as much as the first time, the restaurant makes food to die for the lamb shoulder for 2 is highly recommended because the meat falls off the bone and taste like heaven and the customer service is awesome 10/10 We will definitely be back again soon"

"A bit disappointed that Trip.com didn’t give you the option to claim NSW vouchers. Landmark Resort provide excellent customer service, best I had ever experienced. Sam was amazing on our arrival and very helpful. Floors were sticky from soap residue, she came up within 10 minutes to wipe over tiles with clean water. Later that evening, she came up again to help me with the turning on the stove. Apartment was immaculate and well designed for a small 1 bedroom. Comfortable and modern. Lots of double PowerPoints to plug in your own devices. Beautiful view off the balcony. Excellent fast wifi. Great pool and games room (air hockey with ability to team up with a partner - 4 players, plus other games). Negatives: 1. Kitchen - No oven. Could add scissors, wooden spoon and smaller sized pan. Strange to have a huge fry pan to cook for 2 people, and on a small stove top. Also would recommend replacing Tefal type plans as they can become a health hazard when old. Bathroom - Shower head could do with an upgrade to handheld as the fixed one is small, and only wets just below shoulders, plus splashes everywhere. We made good use of the spa bath. Square toilet seats aren’t comfortable. Iron is very cheap and old. Dirt was coming out of the holes underneath and water kept spilling out of it."
