"The shuttle bus runs from the hotel shuttle bus (gold) at T1 between the hotel and the airport almost every 30 minutes all day long. It is a purple and white van with a name written on it, so it is easy to find. (Don't confuse it with a similar name.)
The hotel is very clean and the reception staff are very friendly.
The bar on the first floor of the hotel is particularly affordable and delicious. I didn't get a meal because I was up early in the morning, but I recommend it if you can take your time.
There is a park right in front of the hotel, and on the Sunday I stayed there, a music festival was taking place, and the atmosphere was bright and fun."

"I wanted a place close the the Mall of America so I could shop and come and go to all the activities for my 8 yr old son. The Hotel was perfect .. never had to experience the cold weather in my 4 day stay, as I simply needed to leave our coats in the room and use the sky bridge and we were inside the mall. The room was clean and I felt safe during my entire stay. The price was fair in my opinion and I will stay there again on my next shopping spree."

"When I arrived at the hotel they were unable to find my reservation. Once they found my reservation I checked in and the stay and room were great. Upon check out I reviewed my credit card statement to find I was charged for the room again. I have had to call the hotel 5 times attempting to straighten out my bill and it has yet to be resolved. When I called and spoke with Amy who stated she is a supervisor she got offended because I was speaking to her in a normal voice. I felt like she expected me to speak to her like she’s a child or something. I was in no was rude to her but when I asked to be transferred to a ***ager she hung up on me. Up to now this billing is still an issue and the only way I can resolve it is with the credit card company. This made a great stay turn out to be a place I wouldn’t trust staying at again. Thumbs down to Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington MN. "

"I chose it because it was close to the airport, accessible by subway, and had a shuttle bus.
I didn't expect much from the room, but it was not expensive, and I was surprised that it was spacious like a suite. It was clean and the bed was nice.
However, it was cold, and I didn't know how to control the heater. It was a shame that it didn't work well and was cold. The facilities are old, so it seems to have worn out.
Breakfast was free?, but I couldn't eat it because I had to go early in the morning.
You have to call the airport shuttle bus, and when you get a call, an old man comes. The car was a bit dirty, but there was talk that you should give a tip, but it seems like many people don't.
You have to pay a deposit, so I thought I should prepare cash."

"I had a great experience. The shuttle from the airport was running about 45min late, so I took an Uber and the hotel reimbursed it. The shuttle back to the airport was ready and on time in the morning. I would definitely come back."

GGuest UserWe traveled to visit our son and his family for Christmas. The hotel was located just two miles from our son’s home which meant more time with our grandchildren. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the rooms well appointed with everything we could need and the health and fitness room provided us with and opportunity to unwind after a six hour car drive.
We will definitely book this hotel again!

3 minutes drive from the United States Mall, the mall is free parking, hotel parking is $20. The first time I booked a foreign hotel on Trip.com, I paid RMB. I didn't expect the hotel service to be very good.

I was very happy with the room.
The reason I only gave 4 for service was the guy at the front desk was not very welcoming and pleasant, but did a good job.

KKimbrellI had to book a last-minute hotel due to a flight delay. This one was more budget friendly than the other options. It also had a free shuttle bus (that I believe runs 1 per hour). The hotel is a bit run down and older as you would expect from the price but the bed was comfortable, room was clean and the check-in staff was nice. There is 1 restaurant walking distance but it closes at 10pm.
