"The hotel is very clean and the service is good. Because of the long business trip, I was a little confused about the itinerary. I should have checked out but didn't. It's more humane than domestic hotels."

"Stayed a couple of nights in NYX Hotel Bilbao. The location of the hotel is ideal, with most attractions within easy walking distance. Close to the old part of Bilbao which has plenty of restaurants and bars. Also close to shops and a nice riverside walk to the Guggemheim museum. Can’t rate food as did not use hotel amenities. Overall the hotel had a modern stylish feel to it. Check in and out was speedy and staff were courteous.Rooms are quite small and the glass walled bathroom may not suit everyone’s taste. All in all, we were happy to stay at this hotel for it’s location and overall stylishness."

"Hardware is all fine and staff are friendly, but the ability for them to understand English is harder than I thought. If you need to book a taxi to airport or something crucial in terms of timing, better double check. Also, they got a nice small kitchen with disherwasher and washing machine. They provide all detergents for both. However, they don't have basic salt, pepper and edible oil. Microwave is nice and quick to have."

"From the design point of view, this is a nice and beautiful hotel. A convenient mattress, pillow menu, fan, bathing facilities... but!! The coffee machine in my but ere didn't work, total noise insulation. It was a feeling I was sleeping on the street among the crowd of walking youth (and the hotel is directly in the casco viejo quarter). The top-dress hanger is located right over the teapot and coffee machine. That is, the teapot must be boiled so that the steam does not get on the cloak...? Extremely dangerous vat sticks. I came to the administrator at check-out and showed how one movement can break a accidentally drum-drum. And the price for the night is not small at all. I have no desire to recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay and acquaintance with Bilbao. Alas"

"Fantastic hotel , spotlessly clean and room cleaned with towels changed although we were only there for 2 nights . Breakfast was Fantastic, a great selection to choose from and ideally located not too far from the town. Staff were also lovely and friendly , very helpful ."
