Being able to walk everywhere is a huge plus and adds an element of relaxation to the vacation experience. Staff: One of the standout features of the resort is its staff. They are not only efficient, ensuring everything runs smoothly, but also genuinely friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. This level of service greatly enhances the overall stay. Room Views: Opting for a room on the third floor is highly recommended as it offers scenic views. While the first and second floors might lack these views, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms remain commendable. Bed and pillows were awesome!! Pool Area: The infinity pool is a highlight, providing a luxurious and serene environment to relax, swim, or simply enjoy the sun. This well-maintained area is made even more enjoyable by the fun and friendly pool and bar staff. One memorable highlight was when staff made popsicles by hand for the guests, adding a delightful touch to the day’s activities. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast at the resort is exceptional. With a wide variety of choices, both in terms of dishes and flavors, every morning feels like a new culinary adventure. Beach and Swimming Conditions: While the beach itself is beautiful and great for daytime relaxation, the water level often remains below one meter, making it impossible to swim in the ocean. EEmily Rose L- Great location at the end of Lamai beach with a lovely view of both sand and beautiful boulders. -There is a little beach bar just beside the hotel that provides spots to sit on a giant boulder, which is a great perch in the evening or for sunrise. It looks like there are paddle boards and snorkels for use at the hotel. It’s near to the Grandmother/father rocks and Lamai beach is perfect for swimming and walking. - We loved the breakfasts, especially the delicious homemade croissants and pain au chocolate, along with fresh fruits changed daily and eggs to order. The Thai lunch options were also very good. -Win and Naing were kind and warm and helped us with what we needed. - The pool and frangipani tree, along with a variety of spots for lounging, including big covered round beds, created a chill atmosphere: so comfortable that were much lazier than we thought we’d be because we were so relaxed. Tip: The rooms have only partial views and the best view is #8. Note: Our room was a bit stuffy and the bathroom was a little dark and a little smelly, but definitely not too bad. The alley just outside the hotel is unlit and foul smelling, but a short walk away from some massage places and a few restaurants and bars. In general, the property is well maintained but shows a bit of wear, including stained patio cushions and umbrellas and things like that, but just a touch of aesthetic upgrades are needed- it’s still a great beach resort, a very good value, and we’d be back again. GGuest UserEverything and anything was perfect at the hotel. Lovely staff, great facilities, very baby friendly and family supportive. The beach is really private and no trespassing of unknown people happening. Staff is ready to assist with any questions and provide any help. For example we asked about nanny and they were keen to help to find it outside of hotel. It is absolutely great. Service, and atmosphere is beyond and your stay is literally crafted for your needs in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Hopefully I have a chance to come there again

Thank you to all the stand out amazing staff from the guys helping with beach chairs, the servers at breakfast, and front desk reception you elevate the experience.

MMarielleeGarrya Tonsay Bay was a beautiful and peaceful oasis on Koh Samui! We stayed for a couple of nights and loved the variety of included activities, from morning yoga and Muay Thai to circuit classes, paddle boarding, and snorkeling—all very well organized. The restaurant was excellent; we enjoyed the ”Taste of Northern Thailand” dinner, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had. The staff was amazing, incredibly friendly, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend this relaxing retreat!

Resort also has a good happy hour every evening with live music. We stayed there when it was raining and we were provided with huge umbrellas👍🏻 Definitely staying there again

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at the Sarann Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, and the staff were professional and attentive. Our room was neatly cleaned every day, and fresh water was always provided. The pool was a highlight and definitely one of the top features of the hotel. On the downside, we did notice an unpleasant odor near the drains when walking from our room to the lobby and restaurant area. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom was not great; it took a long time to fill the bathtub. The TV channels were limited, and we didn't really use the television during our stay. Another factor to consider is the location. The hotel sits at a corner, making it a bit tricky and potentially dangerous to cross the road due to traffic from both sides. Lastly, the beach near the hotel wasn’t very clean, with quite a bit of litter washed up, but that’s not something the hotel can control. The resturant's food is the best we've had on the island. 10/10 In summary, the Saran Hotel is a good choice for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and lovely pool, though there are a few areas that could use improvement

AAnonymous UserЗдравствуйте ! Проживала в отеле 4 ночи , выбрала для проживания более старый номер из-за Наличия в нем ванной . Рекомендую выбирать все таки новые номера ( разницы в цене вообще почти нет), они будут располагаться ближе к морю и будут более свежие . Из плюсов - красивая пляжная локация в конце ламаи у камней , на дне есть большие камни но они совершенно не смущают ибо ты их видишь и они далеко друг от друга расположены. На песке меньше мазута в отличии от основной части ламаи. - в отеле много забавных котиков , я их кормила , очень была Рада с ними встретиться и провести время )) - хорошая уборка номеров - завтраки неплохие , много фруктов - персонал рецепции и ресторана Минусы - расположение все таки отдаленное , немного неудобно выезжать на кольцевую дорогу тк в этой локации всегда активный трафик . При этом 7\11 в пешей доступности есть . Все это к самому отелю не относится и данную отдаленность можно считать и как плюс , в данной части пляжа меньше проходимость Был инцидент в номере с 2 огромными тараканами . Такое за всю историю моих многочисленных поездок в Тайланд я встретила во второй раз . И вопрос тут не к уборке точно . Не понимаю почему на завтраках нет кофемашин как во всех отелях , официанты бедные ходят все утро с чайниками предлагая кофе которое сильно разбавлено

The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the property itself was stunning, with beautiful landscaping and plenty of areas to relax. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. However, there are a couple of downsides. The beach line is quite narrow, and the sand is relatively coarse, though this seems to be a characteristic of the entire North Coast. Additionally, the rooms are designed in a way that you can hear your neighbors, as they are separated by connecting doors. This can occasionally affect privacy and quietness. Overall, despite these minor issues, everything else was perfect, and I would still highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!
