"On the first day of our stay, the front desk lady was incredibly nice and upgraded our room while also providing complimentary breakfast. The next day, when we extended our stay, another front desk lady was also very kind and helped us get another free breakfast. Whenever we had any issues, every staff member who assisted us was warm, attentive, and very responsive. The housekeeping auntie even folded our dried clothes for us – that's truly thoughtful and amazing! The check-in experience was fantastic. This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel, and I will definitely choose Atour again next time! Oh, and after 9:30 PM, they offer complimentary congee, noodles, and rice dishes, which is a very thoughtful touch."

Dandan.uuThe location is absolutely fantastic, right by Lovers' Road. It's just a few minutes' walk across the street to the beach and swimming area 🏖️. You can step out and stroll along the coast, watching the sunset. The room was clean and tidy, with a great sea view from the floor-to-ceiling window, and the bedding was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and welcoming. They have late-night snacks, a self-service laundry room – all the amenities are complete. The breakfast selection is rich, and you can enjoy the sea view while you eat. It's perfect for both couples on a romantic getaway and families traveling with children. This is my top choice when visiting Zhuhai, and I'll definitely come back again.

The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful! They even thoughtfully provided sunshades for cars parked outside. Check-in was super quick, and staff assisted with luggage all the way to our room. The sea view was absolutely stunning! This time we stayed in the Candy House room with our child, and they were able to play independently the whole time. The hotel also has an amusement park where kids can easily spend half a day. Plus, you can even watch the sunrise directly from the room – it was amazing 🌄. The room itself was very clean and well-equipped. We were in the VIP building, and just across the lobby on the 3rd floor was the hotel swimming pool, which was quiet and comfortable.
The hotel is also conveniently located right across the street from the beach 🏖️. In the evenings, there are various snack streets and seafood stalls within a 10-minute walk for dinner, offering great value for money. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also very rich, with lots of desserts. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 👍

WodetianneneneAs a hotel that opened 15 years ago under the Huafa brand, this Sheraton still holds up as a solid five-star establishment today. The service staff in departments like the lounge, concierge, housekeeping, and loyalty program are all excellent in terms of attitude and professionalism. The front desk staff, however, might be interns as they were a bit unprofessional and didn't proactively share much information. I hope they receive more training.

Guest UserStayed for two nights, chose a family room because I was traveling with an older child. The room was spacious enough and quite clean. Upon check-in, a staff member came to set up the sofa bed for us. However, I have to say, the breakfast for 98 per person was just mediocre. In terms of location, it's very close to Gongbei Port, just a few minutes' walk away. There are restaurants on the 22nd floor and downstairs, which is very convenient for dining. When we left, we forgot our laptop charger. After calling to confirm, the staff diligently found it and helped us express ship it home. We're very grateful and will definitely stay here again next time.

YayayayThe Zhuhai Marriott Hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Sun & Moon Bay and Love Post Office. It's also very convenient to get to the beach and there are plenty of dining options at City Balcony. The front desk service was attentive, and Sicily was particularly warm and helpful, earning a big thumbs up! She proactively introduced the hotel's facilities, including the pool and gym, as well as nearby attractions. It's a five-star standard hotel with a great price, a pool, and free, convenient parking. They even offer taxi discount vouchers.

Guest UserIt's an old hotel. The exterior and lobby still look pretty good and luxurious, but the facilities inside the room are old and outdated. The bathtub was broken, and a worker came and said they'd fix it the next day, but they never did. The bedside lamp was broken, there was mold on the ceiling, and the light switches weren't labeled so it was impossible to tell which controlled what... The mattress wasn't very comfortable; I felt a significant wobble every time I turned over. However, the breakfast was quite rich, and the pool was relatively clean.

There's a large shopping mall just a 5-minute walk away, and a variety of food stalls right downstairs. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the Gongbei Port, making it the perfect choice for a trip to Macau. The room facilities are very new, clean, and hygienic, providing a quiet and comfortable night's sleep. Highly recommended!

The sea view suite was absolutely fantastic. Both the bedroom and living room had large windows offering stunning views of the sea and beach. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was incredibly relaxing.
On Saturday morning, they offered a complimentary island tour and an aromatherapy session, which was a lovely bonus.
The hotel restaurant's cuisine was excellent; the squid was particularly delicious! It's also the closest resort to the pier, just a 10-minute walk away.
