The family-friendly amenities at Marriott Hotel were truly impressive. Our spacious room comfortably accommodated the entire family, including the little ones who had ample space to play. The hotel's thoughtful design ensures that families have both convenience and privacy, making it an ideal choice for those traveling with children of all ages.
One of the standout features of our stay was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff, and in particular, our concierge, Sherry. Her dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Sherry went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, offering personalized recommendations for local activities that were perfect for our diverse group, which included both younger children and teenagers.
Additionally, Sherry’s service shone brightly when we faced a small crisis. After checking out, we realized that we had inadvertently left a cherished family keepsake in the room. In a moment of panic, we contacted the hotel, and Sherry promptly took charge. Her swift and efficient handling of the situation not only put us at ease but also ensured the safe and speedy return of our item. Her proactive communication and genuine concern for our predicament exemplified the commitment to customer satisfaction that defines Marriott Hotel.
Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel boasts an array of amenities ideal for families. The swimming pool was a particular hit with our children, providing endless hours of fun. Nearby, a well-equipped play area kept the younger members entertained while we relaxed in the serene surroundings. GGuest UserWe booked this hotel for our first night and the night before our departure during our trip to Zhuhai Chimelong. While the hotel's amenities weren't absolutely perfect and had a few minor imperfections, these were certainly overshadowed by the overall positive experience. The staff's service was incredibly proactive and positive; every single member left an excellent impression. On one night of our stay, around 11 PM, a rather tall manager wearing glasses personally came to our room to address a minor issue with the toilet. His response time from my report to his arrival was incredibly fast, and his attitude was both professional and positive. He handled the situation with great efficiency, immediately helping us relocate our luggage to a new, upgraded room. Any slight displeasure caused by the initial hardware glitch completely dissipated. After all, any facility can experience malfunctions, but a team capable of resolving issues professionally and efficiently at any moment, while providing excellent service, is truly one to be trusted.
I also want to highlight an older male staff member whom I saw both in the restaurant and greeting guests at the main entrance. He was exceptionally warm and thoughtful towards everyone, showed great care for children, actively greeted guests, and proactively offered assistance. In the restaurant, he would help serve our preferred dishes and even recommend specialties. These two individuals, in particular, left a profoundly positive impression on me.
All other staff members, including the lovely ladies at the front desk and the one who delivered our children's toiletries, were equally wonderful – too many to praise individually! It's precisely because of this exceptional service that I gladly chose to stay here again the night before our departure. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Zhuhai in the future.
(I've attached some sea view photos.) This is unequivocally a hotel worth staying at in Zhuhai. Compared to similarly priced hotels in other cities, it stands head and shoulders above the rest, even outperforming some establishments that cost twice as much (though to avoid any appearance of unfair criticism, I won't name names). If I have the opportunity during the upcoming air show, I will certainly return. I sincerely hope their high standards can be consistently maintained.

It's clearly a brand-new hotel, not just a renovation, and the service is outstanding. The staff are warm, friendly, and professional.
A special shout-out to Lillian at the front desk – she handled our check-in process thoroughly and was incredibly kind and helpful. Despite being relatively new to her role, her dedication and thoughtful service truly stood out, and communicating with her was an absolute pleasure. Our children also had a fantastic time! 🥳💖

JJessicaCelebrate my little one birthday here. It was amazing. They have room decorating and cake service on your birthday day without changing. Beautiful experience in the hotel, nice restaurants, have almost the things you need. Free Shuttle bus to the theme parks from your hotel.
Hotel service was so good, they also have welcome foods plate with fresh fruits, cute cookies and chips. Welcome show have mostly everyday and not only 1 in a day so if you come to hotel early or check in time you still have change to see it. Room theme is beautiful (we stay at Henqin bay hotel) ,my kids love it so much, even cloths come with the room theme as well 😍. The cleaner refill toiletries everyday to make the bathroom as new as check in day 😍. Event not going to the theme park, hotel have a lot of activities to do too. Like kid’s plauground, swimming pool, games area, hand craft bracelets, mum&daughter nails shop…

Ps: If you are staying at Hengqin Bay hotel , they have dolphin show at 6:30pm (double check with day and time with hotel stuff)

MMaxxiaoxinxinThe location is superb, right next to Hengqin Port, just a few minutes' walk to the port terminal. Complimentary underground parking is available, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The room amenities are decent, and the shower pressure was good, though the twin beds were placed a bit too close, which made it a little inconvenient to get in and out of bed. The breakfast was excellent (especially for a hotel of this caliber), and the restaurant environment was pleasant. We were also given a dining voucher for a main meal, which unfortunately we couldn't use. Overall, highly recommended.

Our butler, Aurora Lin, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful! She anticipated our needs down to the smallest detail, and her responses to our questions were lightning-fast ❤️.
And the pool! I've never seen a hotel pool so immaculately clean!
I couldn't resist recommending it to all my friends in Hong Kong! This time, we traveled with our child during the off-peak season. Jisoo from the Kids' Club on the fifth floor was absolutely wonderful; she showed us all the entertainment facilities. If we hadn't had other plans, we would've stayed longer! Next time, we definitely want to try their childcare service 😁.
Ultimately, I simply *had* to leave a five-star review! I've already recommended it across all my work groups and family chats 😎.

SsarahhanxThe sea view suite offered an unparalleled view, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the Macau Tower and the bridge. The night view was absolutely breathtaking.
The bathtub in the bathroom was the perfect spot to unwind in the evening; soaking in it while enjoying the night view was a truly luxurious treat.
The breakfast buffet was incredibly extensive, offering both Western and Chinese dishes that were exquisitely prepared and delicious, alongside a variety of juices and dairy products. A major highlight was the hotel's complimentary 24-hour milk service, which was incredibly thoughtful for guests on a weight-loss journey or families with young children.
I have to rave about the two swimming pools! The indoor heated pool was kept at a wonderfully comfortable temperature, the water was clean and crystal clear, and the views were equally stunning. It also came equipped with lockers and a jacuzzi. The outdoor pool on the 71st floor was an even greater surprise! The open-air views were simply unparalleled, and every picture taken there turned out beautifully.
Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. All the services were exceptionally professional. The only minor drawback was the check-in time; we queued for about 20 minutes, likely due to the summer crowds. However, despite this, the various services were excellent. Even though I'm not a Marriott member, they kindly extended my check-out time until 1 PM. All in all, it was a fantastic stay!
