"It is convenient because the hotel facilities are very clean and close to the shopping mall. The indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were well managed, so had a good time with my family."

"We stayed there for four days for a long weekend getaway. The experience was very relaxing. The hotel has mountain bikes, so we went out everyday riding bikes to nearby parks. We also enjoyed the daily wellness classes and the state of art gym. I even tried out some of the medical services that focus on prevention. The hotel must’ve spent a lot of efforts sourcing these machines and services. The location is far away from the city center. It was exactly what we liked for a remote relaxing get away. My favorite part is the restaurant. The chef is amazing, and can cook so many different kinds of local Chinese and western cuisines. If this is in HK, it would probably receive a Michelin star rating."

"Just had a surprise birthday weekend for the family! We have 3 June birthday boys! It’s always a headache to arrange gathering . This year we have decided to just go for a quick weekend in Zhuhai ! We chose Zhuhai Grand-Bay Hotel . Their staff very friendly, service was great !! Most importantly are their manager Allen and associate Yuko !! Both were very helpful , not just during work hours but they also assist us over their leaves too !!"

"A Blissful Retreat at Angsana Zhuhai Hengqin - My recent stay at Angsana Zhuhai Hengqin was nothing short of exceptional. The room was spacious and elegantly designed, offering a serene ambience that immediately put me at ease. The private balcony provided a tranquil view of the lush gardens, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee. Dining was a delightful experience. The breakfast buffet at Market Place featured a diverse selection of both Western and Asian dishes, all fresh and flavorful. Dinner at Chun Feng was equally impressive, with innovative takes on traditional Cantonese cuisine. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the Angsana Spa. I opted for the back energy massage, and the skilled therapist expertly relieved my muscle tension, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. Overall, Angsana Zhuhai Hengqin offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and wellness. I left feeling refreshed and look forward to returning for another rejuvenating escape."

"I arrived in Zhuhai via High Speed train from Guangzhou South. It took me about 1/2 hour to get here because there are so many blockades near the train station and I wasn't sure where I was going. Now I know and the walk is about 10 minutes. A manager was called to help at my check-in, maybe because the clerk hadn't done a foreigner before, but than and throughout the trip, staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The swim pool and laundry are on the 5th floor, so on my last day, I put clothes in the wash machine and the clerk came and showed me how and where to pour soap and softener, then recommended the 15 minute cycle. After my swim, clothes were washed but all 3 dryers were busy. The clerk came and offered to do the transfer, drying, folding and bring them to my room. That she did. I was on the 16th floor with a nice view of Macau and the the bay with the new roadway to Hong Kong. One small negative: as I like flexibility in my dining, I didn't include and=y meals in my reservation. When I decided to try the Thai restaurant, she checked my room key and got flustered that I hadn't pre-paid. She seemed to not know what to do, so I went to my favorite hotel eatery, the Capri Pizzeria and bar. The place is gourmet dining with a great choice of dishes, including pizzas, and drinks. I had a Guiness Stout with every meal. It was so good, I even extended my stay."

"The bed is very comfortable ! Staffs are friendly . And it is such a great deal including two theme park tickets for two . Good to dinner next to the cute penguin 🐧. Wish it is cleaner , but understand it is for email with toddler so lot of food stains at most seats and rugs . Next time would like to try the newer spaceship hotel?"

"Our stay at Chimelong Hengqin was excellent. The package we booked includes breakfast buffet, unlimited access to the Ocean Kingdom for two days, 1 night with 1-way yacht ride to or from the hotel. It also includes Chimelong show ticket for two. We booked this hotel for my birthday and it was a really great stay. We booked the Starlight room for us to see the fireworks display at night from our room. It was wonderful and the fireworkds display lasted for fifteen minutes. We had an excellent time. The only downside was that the frontdesk can’t speak English really well so she weren’t able to answer our questions regarding ocean kingdom passes, show schedule, etc. She didn’t give us an Ocean Kingdom map together with the tickets so we wasted a lot of time finding out the show schedule on our own. The assigned reception lady failed to direct us to go to the hotel lounge where our complimentary refreshments await. We learned about it only after we checked out by staying there while waiting for our car pick-up. There are two wings in the hotel: Seahorse and Dolphin. For the breakfast, we were informed to go to seahorse wing but our buffet is called “Dolphin Buffet”. We had to go back to the main lobby to ask where to go exactly.🤣🤣 Travel tips for foreigners visiting this hotel: Always have your translator app ready. Do your research and read other reviews thoroughly to know how to get around. The hotel itself is so huge. Going from one place to another takes some time. From 9-10am, the buffet area is packed and sometimes you are to be on queue for noodles, changfan, waffles and some others. Have breakfast early.😇"

"I recently stayed at Hua Feng Hotel in Zhuhai and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Monica (Mon), Front Desk Manager went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She even usher us to a nearby restaurant to have our lunch. Room was clean & and housekeeping was prompt and efficient. What truly stood out was the outstanding service & genuine hospitality of Mon. She was attentive and ready to assist with any request. Overall, my stay at Hua Feng was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!"

"We were so lucky to have met Queena , who was very helpful n friendly and efficient. She upgraded us to a duplex with our own pool facing the sea , our first ever. We were all so happy n excited to stay in that room. The Shadow Bar was very nice with a super night view of the sea n harbour. She also helped us with a small problem in the gym and also called a taxi for us when we had trouble getting one after checking out. A very beautiful resort for couples n family. Highly recommended n will surely come again. Appreciate it , Queena."

"The location is good. It is in the central area but it is not that easy to access on foot. The service is excellent. It is very clean, very nice, good atmosphere. The facilities are great as well. The breakfast is ok, but not excellent. There are not many fruit options. Overall, it is good for family. Recommended."
