The hotel environment is comfortable, the lobby is bright, and you can temporarily park your car at the entrance of the lobby, which is convenient for moving luggage. Overall, the comfort level is top-notch."

"I rarely write reviews, and I'm not a big fan of it, but this hotel truly deserves an exception. The hotel was recently renovated, so it's bright and clean overall, making a great first impression. While the room wasn't huge, it was perfectly spacious for our family of four. We even got upgraded to a sea view room. The bathroom had excellent natural light, and the wet/dry separation was well-done, making the space feel more generous than expected. My only minor suggestion would be to add disposable toilet seat covers for a perfect touch. The disposable slippers provided were arguably the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel – thick and with a wonderfully soft, 'stepping-on-clouds' feel, which was a real plus. I especially want to mention the birthday decorations, the cake arrangement, and the longevity noodles the hotel specially prepared for us during breakfast. These thoughtful details truly showed their warmth and attentiveness. In terms of service, from the moment we got out of the car, a doorman was there to open the door for us, and all staff members greeted us proactively. When we asked for directions, a hotel staff member even walked us to our destination, which was incredibly considerate. The kids' club had dedicated supervision, allowing adults to relax worry-free, and the spa experience was also excellent. In short, this hotel is highly recommended, especially for family travel. We will definitely be back!"

"A convenient choice for visiting Macau. It's a short walk to the Gongbei Port. The hotel rooms are decent, offering good value for money. The hotel has three restaurants: a Cantonese one, a Western pizza place, and a buffet. Guests get a 12% discount, but it seems even cheaper to use Dianping (a popular Chinese review app). I tried the Cantonese restaurant; the food was alright. The vegetable soup was good, but the roasted meat platter was too fatty. Overall, it was a pretty good experience."
