Spa Hotels in Zhuhai

There is no doubt that your hotel is a very high-end five-star hotel. This three-day and two-night trip was an eye-opener for me. During check-in, I saw other hotel guests openly smoking in the lobby, with no regard for other people's feelings. I was very disgusted. But I also admire the hotel staff for their quick response. When I pointed out to them that the clock in the room was an hour slow (if I had to catch a flight first, I would most likely be late) and that the bedside lamp was blinking like a ******* house, they immediately arranged for repairs and adjustments, and served seasonal fruits. I was very impressed. But there are still areas that need improvement. For example, the breakfast restaurant is not directly accessible by elevator, making it extremely inconvenient for us elderly people or residents in wheelchairs to get up and down. If we stay here again next time, we must stay on the first floor. In addition, the seating layout in the restaurant is very crowded and narrow. Maybe the wicker chairs are too big. I was forced to hear the conversations of my neighbors. I pushed each other's seats while grabbing food, and almost had breakfast on someone else. It was very dangerous. I hope the management will face up to this problem and make improvements.

The apartment was great and very spacious. It was great for a family of four. The location is ideal if you are visiting Chimelong theme parks- which are about ten minutes away in a taxi. As it is an apartment, it was disappointing there was no cutlery, plates, mugs etc. There is a new shopping mall below but there is not a huge range of choice of places to eat and finding breakfast early was challenging.

Hotel is clean. Food is average. Location is good. The swimming pool is closed for Winter. Gym is good. Recommended for travellers.

The location is particularly good, in the Innovation Fang Building. The location is directly to the door, the room is large, clean and clean, the whole house has Siemens refrigerator, water heater, toiletries are very easy to use, there are disposable towels and bath towels, memory pillows are very comfortable, the mattress is very soft, and there is free Nongfu Spring. Butler service is in place. The second floor is directly connected to the shopping mall, it is very convenient to eat, and there are many to play. The environment is very quiet, recommend friends to come again next time.

I was very surprised by the hotel I stayed in! The location is excellent, and there are convenient convenience stores and restaurants around. The front desk service is very considerate. When checking in, they actively handed over hot towels and welcome tea, and also introduced the surrounding scenic spots in detail. The room design is simple and warm, the floor-to-ceiling windows have excellent lighting, a wide view, and a large terrace suitable for a drink with your partner, which is very romantic. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the pillows are very comfortable, and the bathroom is carefully separated from wet and dry. The cleaning aunt changes the sheets and bedding every day, which is very heartwarming. There is a VIP HD TV in the room, so you can watch whatever you want. Both the hardware facilities and soft services are impeccable, and the cost performance is super high. I will definitely recommend it to my friends!

The hotel is located a little far from the city center, about 30-40 minutes away. The hotel feels very MUJI style, simple and clean! But trip.com wrote that there is a sauna and spa, but there is none. They told me to go to the health club next door, which is not part of the hotel, and there is no sauna in the health club. The hotel also has no spa. Another thing to mention is that I was waiting for a takeaway, and the robot food delivery broke down, and the front desk didn't notify me, and I kept waiting, but the front desk didn't help with the delivery even though they were not busy (they knew it because I went downstairs to the 1st floor and got it myself). It doesn't matter if they don't deliver it, at least they should notify me by phone and we can chat the whole time! I'm so mad 😒😒😒😒 The swimming pool won't open until May.

That was amazing stay at the hotel. Amazing staff and facilities, special thanks to Rita, Raymona, JR and Tina, they made our stay very comfortable. Beautiful location and food at the restaurant was delicious. We will definitely come back 🥰

I love the retro decoration style, the furniture is very textured, the ceilings are very high, the rooms are very spacious, and the service is very warm and attentive. It is really a hotel that cannot be faulted!

We stayed for one night (sun/mon) at zhuhai grand bay hotel. It was a wonderful experience. It is near the bridge so arriving from HK was fast and easy. SunnyKI was helping us to check in. We got a upgrade to a seaview which was great. She also spotted we would stay during the birthday of one of us and asked if we would like a cake. That was a very nice gesture and really above my expectation. She gave us her wechat contact and asked us in the evening when we would like the cake. At exactly the right minute another colleague brought the cake.. thank you Sunny and Team! Besides that the hotel location is very good, (before booking we were considering a few other international hotels but they seemed more in the city itself), and it turned out to be the case. room temperature and wifi and airquality is good, breakfast was good although not superb.
