Spa Hotels in Zhuhai

For a relaxing family vacation in Zhuhai, we chose the Banyan Tree, and it was a fantastic decision. The suite was clean and comfortable, and the food at the Sturgeon restaurant exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, with items made to order and steamed fresh. The dining environment was quiet and elegant. A special shout-out to Cecilia for her efficient check-in and check-out service, and to our butler, Ella, for her thoughtful greetings. Both ladies were always smiling, worked quickly, and provided patient service, answering all our questions promptly. As this was a leisure trip with our child, the hotel offered daily classes, and our little one especially enjoyed making a handmade bubble bath bomb and participating in a sand painting class. That evening, they even used their own handmade bubble soap for a bath, which they absolutely loved!

The room is very design-conscious, with a bit of Chinese retro style. The breakfast is very exquisite. The view from the room is very wide, and the surrounding area is very quiet. The manager Zhao Rui at the front desk is very friendly. She helped me make an appointment for an aromatherapy balance SPA. The masseuse is very professional and I feel very relieved after the treatment. In short, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. I look forward to going there again next time!

I really loved the hotel's decor, it perfectly lives up to its name, 'Green Bamboo Academy.' It's located in the Jinshan Software Park, and from my room, I could even see the Zhongda campus. Downstairs, there's a KFC and a book bar connected to the lobby, plus a few other small shops, which made things super convenient and comfortable. It's also right next to Lovers' North Road, and the whole area feels spacious and peaceful. If you're coming here for a business trip or to visit friends, Green Bamboo Academy is an excellent choice. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Colin and Jenny were incredibly attentive to our needs, responding promptly to all our room requests with a consistently warm and natural demeanor. Their service felt genuine and thoughtful, never forced. Brian was also on hand throughout our stay, handling any issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring we had a completely worry-free experience. The room itself was high-quality with a strong design aesthetic, and the facilities were well-maintained. Stepping onto the balcony, we were greeted by stunning sea views, offering both privacy and an incredible vista. Overall, the exceptional service from these three staff members truly enhanced our stay, their professionalism and dedication were impressive. This hotel perfectly embodies the high standards of the Alila brand. If you're visiting Dong'ao Island, choosing this place is a no-brainer – five stars highly recommended. Ben from the concierge team was also excellent.

First off, a big thank you to Flora for arranging everything! We stayed at Wanghailou and MGM before this, and while those were satisfactory, Angsana's service truly surprised us. They upgraded our original sea view room to a 'Premium Sea View,' which was fantastic. The elevator goes directly down to the pool, and the way the pool blends with the trees here creates a wonderful, Bali-like atmosphere. Plus, the sunshine in Zhuhai isn't as intense as in Sanya, making it feel very relaxing – a much more laid-back vibe than the scenic pool at Wanghailou. The only minor point was on the other side of the pool, it seemed like it needed a good clean, as there was a bit of plastic trash. Since it wasn't a holiday, they also kindly arranged an early check-in and an extra hour for check-out, which I genuinely appreciated. At MGM, despite many empty rooms, they insisted on a 3 PM check-in, so comparisons are inevitable. The room facilities aren't brand new, but for the price point, they're perfectly fine, especially considering the neighboring hotels are over 3K. The Thai restaurant, 'Miyan,' was delicious; every dish was excellent, even better than most Thai restaurants. Irene also helped us secure the only private room, making for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. My only suggestion: the price of the Coke was unnecessarily high. The food prices were reasonable, but the Coke felt really out of place. Also, I'd suggest considering packages that include the minibar. For a resort hotel, a small investment there could greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, this was the best part of our trip, and we'll definitely be back!

From the moment we walked in, all the staff greeted us with smiles. The receptionist even helped us with our luggage all the way to the elevator for our room. Throughout our stay, staff consistently made an effort to greet guests first, which created a wonderful first impression. I'd heard this was an older, well-established hot spring hotel in Zhuhai, so I was a bit worried it might be dated. But I was pleasantly surprised! Both the rooms and public areas are incredibly well-maintained – 'spotless' isn't an exaggeration. It could easily compete with hot spring hotels in Japan and Korea. The buffet temple fair dinner was also fantastic and fun. They had a wide variety of food and drinks from different regions, enough to satisfy guests from all over. There was even specialty Peking duck, bird's nest soup, and grilled oysters, all genuinely good quality. At 7 PM, they had 'Tai Gong Fen Zhu Rou' (a traditional pork carving ceremony) and crispy roasted pork, which was delicious in every way and all-you-can-eat – incredibly satisfying! After dinner, there were plenty of unique game stalls to enjoy, which helped with digestion and provided lovely family bonding time for families, and more interaction for couples. This arrangement was excellent. Once we'd eaten and played our fill, we headed to the hot springs, and there were plenty of pools. The hotel even states that if a guest discovers they're using boiler-heated water (fake hot springs), they'll be rewarded with 1 million yuan. That really speaks to their confidence in their authentic hot springs. Overall, my experience at this hot spring hotel was completely satisfactory, from the service and management to the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas, and the dining arrangements. I hope the hotel continues to maintain its unique character while also evolving with the times, becoming a century-old hot spring establishment in Zhuhai. I commend the management for their efficient and professional approach, and the staff for their warm and caring attitude! Other so-called 'star' hot spring hotels inland could truly learn a lot from a visit here. A truly great hotel doesn't rely solely on a grand, flashy exterior or gaudy luxury décor, which can quickly lead to aesthetic fatigue and won't keep guests coming back. Instead, it offers warmth and understated beauty.

I've stayed here several times now when I can't think of anywhere else to go. It's a great spot for families with kids, offering hot springs, a playground, and a petting zoo, which can easily keep you entertained for two or three days. The hotel's buffet dinner is pretty mediocre; on our second night, we opted for à la carte at another restaurant within the resort instead. The late-night noodles, however, were quite good.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Zhuhai Station, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with complete bathroom facilities and a responsive air conditioning system. Overall, it was quiet and comfortable, offering great value for money. It's a perfect fit for short stays.

Excellent stay and great value for money! The location of Palm Spring Hotel is very strategic, being close to Zhuhai Railway Station, Gongbei Port & Xiawan Market. The hotel free transfer service is an added merits. The hotel is clean & well-maintained. Staff are friendly & helpful. The breakfast is good with a wide variety of choices. One of the highlights of this hotel is the complimentary access to the resort club facilities, including the spa & sauna with unlimited drinks & fruits, which is a wonderful added benefit. There is also self-service coffee available at the reception area throughout the day. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Palm Spring Hotel. The facilities & services exceeded my expectations for the price paid. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhuhai.

Cleanliness: Pretty good overall. As a family-friendly hotel, the only issue was that the room floor was very slippery; my child actually slipped and fell. They really need to improve the anti-slip measures. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low. Service: The response was very prompt. We've been doing staycations every weekend this summer, and even though it was busy, the service was efficient and attentive. We didn't have to wait long for breakfast either. However, the breakfast quality was truly poor. Since there's no competition nearby, we pretty much had no choice but to eat whatever they served. Environment: The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the bathtub was a definite plus! It's also very convenient to drive anywhere from here. It would be even better if the dining options were improved.
