Spa Hotels in Zhuhai

For a relaxing family vacation in Zhuhai, we chose the Banyan Tree, and it was a fantastic decision. The suite was clean and comfortable, and the food at the Sturgeon restaurant exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, with items made to order and steamed fresh. The dining environment was quiet and elegant. A special shout-out to Cecilia for her efficient check-in and check-out service, and to our butler, Ella, for her thoughtful greetings. Both ladies were always smiling, worked quickly, and provided patient service, answering all our questions promptly. As this was a leisure trip with our child, the hotel offered daily classes, and our little one especially enjoyed making a handmade bubble bath bomb and participating in a sand painting class. That evening, they even used their own handmade bubble soap for a bath, which they absolutely loved!

We stayed there for four days for a long weekend getaway. The experience was very relaxing. The hotel has mountain bikes, so we went out everyday riding bikes to nearby parks. We also enjoyed the daily wellness classes and the state of art gym. I even tried out some of the medical services that focus on prevention. The hotel must’ve spent a lot of efforts sourcing these machines and services. The location is far away from the city center. It was exactly what we liked for a remote relaxing get away. My favorite part is the restaurant. The chef is amazing, and can cook so many different kinds of local Chinese and western cuisines. If this is in HK, it would probably receive a Michelin star rating.

I really loved the hotel's decor, it perfectly lives up to its name, 'Green Bamboo Academy.' It's located in the Jinshan Software Park, and from my room, I could even see the Zhongda campus. Downstairs, there's a KFC and a book bar connected to the lobby, plus a few other small shops, which made things super convenient and comfortable. It's also right next to Lovers' North Road, and the whole area feels spacious and peaceful. If you're coming here for a business trip or to visit friends, Green Bamboo Academy is an excellent choice. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Alila definitely didn't disappoint! The entire experience, from arriving on the island to checking in, was seamless. Jenny was professional and enthusiastic, handling check-in quickly and providing a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and activities on the island. We immediately felt well taken care of the moment we arrived. Colin's service was incredibly meticulous; he responded to our room requests very promptly and his attitude was always kind and natural – never forced, but genuinely warm. Brian was also constantly available; he handled any issues efficiently and swiftly, making our stay completely stress-free. The room quality was excellent, very well-designed, and the facilities were well-maintained. Opening the window revealed a stunning sea view; both privacy and the views were outstanding. Overall, the service from these three staff members was a huge plus for our stay; their professionalism and dedication left a lasting impression. Alila's brand standards were perfectly reflected in this property. If you're coming to Dong'ao Island, choosing this place is definitely the right decision. Five-star recommendation!

I really loved the Seaview Hotel. First off, we had a room with a beautiful sea view, and we could even see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge in the distance. It was a short taxi ride to Gongbei, and also very close to tourist spots like Lovers' Road and Yeli Island in the city. The local seafood in Zhuhai was incredibly delicious. During my few days in Zhuhai, it rained constantly due to a typhoon, and my clothes got soaked. However, the hotel service was truly excellent; they even offered free clothes drying. We also used the complimentary roast duck voucher at the Cantonese restaurant on the second floor, which saved us a lot of money. The breakfast on the first floor was abundant, and the environment was lovely. If I ever get the chance to visit Zhuhai again, I would definitely choose the Seaview Hotel for its incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. The hotel's own children's playground also kept the little ones thoroughly entertained!

Absolutely top-notch! First off, I arrived quite early on my check-in day, and the receptionist was incredibly welcoming. They went out of their way to find an available room for me, allowing an early check-in. So, I was able to drop off my luggage and hit the hot springs bright and early, which was fantastic! 👍 Every staff member I encountered afterward – from the shuttle drivers to the chefs at the Grand Temple Fair – greeted me with a smile and were so enthusiastic and helpful. I later learned that this hot spring hotel has been around for 30 years, yet all the facilities are still wonderfully maintained!

Initially, I was assigned a room on the second floor of Block B, right across from the entrance parking lot. The room had a very strong odor. I requested a room change, and the room on the fourth floor had a slightly fainter smell. Since it's a new hotel, the facilities are quite new, but the bathroom floor already shows some cracks. The staff I encountered on the way were all very enthusiastic and responsible. The hotel doesn't have many facilities, but you can utilize the scenic area's resources, which young children would likely enjoy.

The room's facilities are excellent, but the shower's waterproofing isn't great; water splashes out everywhere after a shower. The bathtub's drainage is also very noisy. The bedding is good and the room is clean. The service attitude is very good, and the butler service is excellent. However! Check-in took a very long time, and the front desk didn't explain all the details during the process. There were many things I wasn't clear about, including the butler service, which wasn't even mentioned. I only learned some details by looking at my phone, and even at check-out, I still wasn't sure what the butler service entailed. I believe all the benefits customers can enjoy should be clearly explained. The swimming pool has a great view, and the lounge view is also good, but you need to find a spot early to see the Macau Tower. Extended stay includes a room type upgrade (subject to availability): When I arrived, I was told the hotel was full and no upgrade was given.

First off, my overall impression was excellent! The service philosophy is great. They proactively upgraded my room upon check-in and fulfilled my request for a bathtub. Situated in the rather secluded Hengqin area, the hotel has a very resort-like vibe. You need to take a shuttle or walk from the lobby to your room, and with its integrated Chinese herbal hot springs, it's perfect for a few days of slow-paced relaxation. The room features a smart toilet, a capsule coffee machine, and a double vanity. Breakfast was decent; the Western pastries were completely unappealing, but the noodles were okay. During the holiday, it was very crowded, and the staff were good at proactively seating guests. There weren't many people at the Angsana hot springs. Each of the pools had its own unique characteristics, but the staff explaining things spoke unclearly, making it hard to understand what they were saying. I'd suggest assigning younger staff specifically for introductions. The shower and changing rooms were also clean. Regarding the wellness soup, from check-in until I used it the next day, the staff repeatedly confirmed with me at least 3-4 times when and which soup I wanted. However, in the end, when it was time to use the soup, I still had to wait half an hour for it to be prepared… I don't understand why.

Coming from Macau 🇲🇴 port, I just wanted to find a hotel quickly because I didn't want to drag my luggage around. I didn't expect to find such a peaceful environment despite being centrally located. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff at the front desk, both the young men and women, were very friendly and accommodating to all our requests. Staying here was even more comfortable than in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 or Macau 🇲🇴. We've decided to extend our stay for another night!
