The room is very design-conscious, with a bit of Chinese retro style. The breakfast is very exquisite. The view from the room is very wide, and the surrounding area is very quiet. The manager Zhao Rui at the front desk is very friendly. She helped me make an appointment for an aromatherapy balance SPA. The masseuse is very professional and I feel very relieved after the treatment. In short, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. I look forward to going there again next time!

The hotel service is incredibly thoughtful! It's clean and hygienic, conveniently located, and has a rich cultural atmosphere. The swimming pool on the 6th floor offers unbeatable sea views, with Sun Yat-sen University clearly visible! The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money! I've stayed here for many consecutive days!

I had originally planned a week-long trip to the Maldives, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I could only take a few days off closer to home. By chance, I stumbled upon Alila on Dong'ao Island, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The room views were absolutely stunning, and waking up to them instantly put me in a great mood. Both the breakfast and the food at Haitang Chinese Restaurant were delicious, and the service was incredibly attentive. A big thank you to Brian, Colin, and Jenny for their thoughtful service; they were always checking in on me and promptly resolved any requests I had during my stay. The only minor inconvenience was having to take an electric cart everywhere, which wasn't always the most convenient. However, it's a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate within the resort. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next vacation!

Even though it's an older five-star hotel, the service is beyond five-star, surpassing even InterContinental and St. Regis in my opinion. The handsome gentlemen in the lobby proactively helped elderly guests and children get in and out of cars, and everyone greeted us with a smile. The facilities aren't the most high-tech, but they have everything you need. The ability to control the air conditioning directly from the bedside is a great design feature, so you don't have to get up in the middle of the night to adjust it. The room was clean and tidy, and spacious. The gym is open 24 hours, and the kids' play area on the second floor is also great for passing the time on a rainy day. The breakfast was plentiful, the congee was delicious, and the ingredients were fresh and made to order. There's also a free shuttle service to and from Chimelong. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Had a wonderful two-night, three-day stay at the hotel. First, I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade, and our butler, Sini, was very thoughtful, providing ample warm reminders and responding super quickly. Other staff members we encountered also responded and resolved issues very promptly. The overall feeling the hotel gave was attentive and professional. The hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained and nicely laid out. I heard it was fully booked one of the nights, but aside from the buffet breakfast being a bit crowded, it never felt overly busy. The hotel has a great resort vibe. It's a shame that with kids, there were many beautiful spots where we couldn't take good photos. Buffet Breakfast: Rich and fresh. Freshly squeezed juices, Cantonese-style freshly made rice noodle rolls, Cantonese congee, chicken feet, Southeast Asian curry rice noodles, etc. You can even mix your own fresh fruit juices. Buffet Dinner: Included in the Trip.com package. The drinks selection was extensive, with several beers, white and red wines, and even the option to mix your own cocktails. There were several types of shrimp and crab, not just one, plus grilled mini lobsters, oysters, scallops, abalone, and lamb racks. Everything I wanted was there, very satisfying. A commendable point is how quickly food was replenished; we rarely had to wait. The beach is clean and exclusive to the hotel, so it's not crowded. Besides the main pool, there's also a swim-up lane connected to the rooms, which was a joy for kids who love water. Over the three days, we switched between the beach and pool constantly, and my child didn't want to leave. If we come for a family holiday again, we'll definitely return here.

The hotel looks grand and luxurious, with a magnificent lobby. The rooms are clean and odor-free. It's located right in the city center, just a 10-minute walk to Beishan Grand Courtyard and 5 minutes to Huafa Mall (which has a musical fountain in the evenings). Step out and turn left, and you'll find a whole street of late-night food stalls. The hotel's breakfast offers a wide variety and tastes good.

My stay at Ocean Spring Resort Fann Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The room design was very new, with excellent wet/dry separation, and the double vanity sink was incredibly convenient for two people. I chose a room with a private hot spring, and soaking in the hot spring on the balcony while watching the sunset in the evening was truly delightful. The hotel also offers a free 'Little Sailor's Club' for kids, giving parents a much-needed break. The hot springs, petting zoo, and non-powered amusement park within the resort are all perfect for families with children, and there's a shuttle bus from the hotel, so transportation isn't an issue. If the room's ventilation could be a bit better, it would be perfect; it was slightly damp when I first entered, but the air conditioning quickly resolved that. Overall, it was a very comfortable vacation, and I'll definitely come back again! The hotel opened in 2023, so the facilities are brand new, with a modern and high-quality design. I booked a sea-view room, and soaking in the hot spring while watching the sunset in the evening was a perfect experience. The room's wet/dry separation and double vanity sink show thoughtful attention to detail. For families with kids, I recommend the family duplex room type, which has a slide that kids absolutely love. The free childcare at the 'Little Sailor's Club' is a huge bonus! The resort facilities are comprehensive, with hot springs, a petting zoo, and a non-powered amusement park all accessible by shuttle bus. My only small suggestion would be to optimize the room's ventilation; there was a slight damp smell upon entry, but it dissipated quickly with the air conditioning. The butler service was prompt and responsive. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

The location is superb, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. All the amenities were comprehensive, and you could tell a lot of thought went into the details. Overall, it's great value for money, and the stay was comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommend! I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit this city, and I'll also recommend it to friends who are traveling.

This was our first time staying at this hotel for a family trip. The lobby design is very luxurious. When we checked in, Miss Wu at the front desk was smiling the entire time and provided excellent service. Seeing that we had two young children with us, she proactively upgraded our room and even specifically arranged a high-floor, non-smoking room for us, which felt very thoughtful and warm. The in-room service was also excellent; shortly after we entered our room, they immediately brought up two extra sets of amenities for the kids. A big thank you again to Miss Wu and to the warm service provided by the housekeeping team. The soundproofing in the room was fantastic; we slept very comfortably all night. The breakfast was also very abundant and filling. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Zhuhai.
