Weihai Beach Hotels

"Just got back from Weihai, and unfortunately, I picked the hottest days to visit. I also chose a sea-view room, which ended up being very warm, and the air conditioning just couldn't cool it down. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, which was convenient for dining with kids. As a star-rated hotel, I expected professional service, and that was the main reason I chose it. I wasn't disappointed. As I mentioned, Weihai was sweltering during my stay, and the room temperature wouldn't drop. I barely slept the first night. After I reported it to the hotel, maintenance came to fix it twice in the heat, but I think the AC unit itself was simply inadequate; it blew cool air, but not cold. I reported it to the front desk the next day, and the staff member in the dark suit handled it with a very professional and proactive attitude. We had excellent rest for the remaining two nights. Throughout our stay, the customer service manager and even the lobby staff when we checked out were all very service-oriented and professional – something you don't often get with a B&B. Yesterday, I was in a hurry to change my flight and forgot to ask for the name of the front desk staff member who helped us switch rooms. I want to thank that individual in the dark suit; they made our stay in Weihai much more comfortable. If I visit Weihai again, I would definitely choose to stay here, precisely because of their professional team. Finally, I want to say that the hotel staff – whether in the lobby, at the front desk, or housekeeping – were all impeccable and highly professional. That's why I'm willing to write this review word for word. However, I do hope the hotel will improve its hardware facilities. In scorching weather, an underperforming air conditioner is a significant drawback."

"The room was huge, split into two separate areas. Inside, there was a spacious king-size room with a bathroom and bathtub, while outside, there were two single beds. This setup was incredibly convenient, offering panoramic sea views – essentially like having two sea-view rooms in one! The service was excellent, always prompt, and the room itself was clean, tidy, and odor-free."
