Weihai Beach Hotels

Although the room dates back to 2016, it's in great shape overall, and the bathroom is incredibly spacious! Breakfast was also excellent; they even served Shin Ramyun, which I've never seen at other hotel breakfasts! The hotel is quite close to Weihai Park and the 'Big Photo Frame.' However, a notable drawback is that water tends to overflow easily in the bathroom, making the floor quite slippery, especially if you're wearing shoes. Getting to Hanlefang requires a taxi, and traffic can get very congested during dinner hours.

Here's my objective review of this stay. Pros: 1. Upon check-in, a staff member helped me with my luggage from the lobby. 2. My child lost a toy accessory in the room during our stay and we couldn't find it. When checking out, I asked the staff to look for it again when cleaning the room. In the afternoon, the hotel informed me that they had two teams search for it and finally found it. I'm very grateful, and they even helped arrange for it to be sent back to me with payment on delivery. 3. During one of the cleanings, they left two extra bottles of water and a note, indicating they noticed formula milk powder in the room and that more water might be needed for mixing it. 4. The male staff member in a black suit I met in the hallway and the female cleaner I met the next morning greeted me very politely. 5. During breakfast, a very tall manager and other service staff saw me with my young child and proactively offered to cook the noodles longer and even brought them to my table. When I mentioned that the yogurt was gone, they responded and refilled it very quickly. 6. The room has a great view, offering panoramic views of the beach and the pier. Cons: 1. There were no Little Prince children's amenities or daily yogurt, which I had read about in other reviews. 2. The non-smoking floor was a joke. There was always a smell of smoke in the hallway, and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the windowsill in the hallway right in front of our room. After I moved it to the trash bin near the elevator, a few hours later, a plastic box full of cigarette butts had replaced it in the original spot. After I reported this to the hotel, their only response was that the guest across the hall was smoking in the corridor and they had aired it out, with no other action taken. 3. The provided baby bed rail couldn't be fixed securely and was ineffective. At our request and prompting, they brought ropes to tie it down (at the previous hotel we stayed at, the bed rail was already tied and secured before our arrival). 4. During the mid-stay cleaning, they didn't notice clothes dropped on the floor, and the duvet was just folded haphazardly. However, they did proactively drain the water from the bathtub. 5. The hotel room card could open a door leading to the beach, but we weren't informed about this. We only found out from a passerby.

Facilities: Well-equipped and quite new. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Environment: Very comfortable. The location is next to the municipal government, close to Weigao and Weizhi Harbour, perfect for an evening stroll by the sea. Service: The service attitude was excellent, and I especially loved the free late check-out until 6 PM! Extending it to 6 PM is ideal for procrastinators and those traveling by high-speed rail!

Five-star praise! Traveling with npy, the hotel specially left room 520, and also arranged a lot of balloons in the room. The hotel's seafood buffet is also good, including black tiger shrimp and crabs and other categories, and the oysters are a bit slow and harmless. Guests can avoid bathing tickets, go out to play and take a bath to wash away the fatigue of the day (note that Tangquan closes at 11 o'clock). It is a pity that I didn't experience late porridge to the service because I returned to the hotel late, so I will experience it next time. Before leaving, the front desk lady also sent a doll, the real name liked (the photo has been approved by the front desk sister to shoot).

The room was clean and tidy with a faint, pleasant scent. The bedding was fantastic, and I slept soundly and comfortably. I really appreciated the daily fruit delivery. From the window, I could see the sea and seagulls. Just downstairs was a great photo spot, and it was convenient to get everywhere. The breakfast was generous, making for a very comfortable little getaway.

Very comfortable! I really enjoyed having a king-size bed all to myself. The mirror with the light was great for makeup, and there's a full-length mirror opposite the coat rack by the entrance, which was perfect for checking out my outfits and taking full-body selfies. It was really good.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Weihai Liugong Island Pier. I had a room on a high floor at the end of the building with exceptional view of the mountains, the city, coastline and sea. Floor to Ceiling Windows which was nice. Good & comfortable furniture in the room, including a great desk. TV was easy to use, with at least one English speaking channel - CGTN. However the bed was hard, and you could feel the springs in the mattress. The bathroom after use had a smell coming mainly from the drains. Not the best smell. Receptionist staff were OK, but not really friendly or welcoming. Even If you cant speak English, a nice smile would be great. I had a feeling that did not really want international guests staying at this hotel. Sorry just my impression. Still I would recommend this hotel. The room rate was great value and the views amazing.

Traveling solo to Weihai, I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Weihai Weigao and wanted to give a special shout-out to Alisa at the front desk. She made my check-in process efficient and smooth, warmly offering their signature hot cookie which was a lovely touch after a long journey. Knowing I was traveling alone, she thoughtfully planned a seaside walking route for me and recommended some less-known scenic spots. She patiently answered all my questions about luggage storage, taxis, and more. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to Weigao Plaza and Happiness Gate, and the rooms are clean and quiet. Alisa was attentive, friendly, professional, and courteous; her thoughtful service really helped alleviate the unfamiliarity of traveling alone. My stay was incredibly comfortable, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Weihai.

The location is excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating four people. Just across the road, past the Licheng Hotel, you'll find Jinshawan Pier. Shenyang Road, bustling with restaurants, is only a few minutes' walk away, and a little further leads to Shanwei Night Market. The International Bathing Beach stretches along the coastline, and it's a pleasant 30-minute walk to Huoju 8th Street. What's more, collecting seafood from the tidal flats near the rocks by Jinshawan Pier is also very convenient.

Advantages: excellent location, great stadium: beautiful scenery, and difficult fun Disadvantages: breakfast is not rich enough, and the ball bag is not sent + received to the room, why? Although it is sent directly to the departure station... I personally feel a bit unscientific
