Basically the overall is good. The hotel is very convenient with restaurants surrounding and market at walking distance. But the wifi is very terrible and no signal for tv. So, for business trip that need to wifi is not very good to stay.

It is very difficult to find. Generally, the hotel will contact you to pick it up after booking. Otherwise, you will find it for a long time. There is no signal on the mountain, and the hotel Wi-Fi is sufficient.
The environment is okay. It was really gloomy at night. The wooden door of the toilet suddenly opened several times in the middle of the night. It really scared me so much that I couldn't sleep well all night. In fact, it should be caused by the loose wood. Very friendly. One thing to say, hygiene needs to be strengthened very much.

The location is very convenient to access to convenience stores and eaters. However the cleanliness and exhaust ventilation of the hotel need to be improved and at least one receptionist should be around and not ask customer to call upon check-in or check-out

This accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful.

The check in and check out process were really easy and fast, room is spacious, clean and we really like the bed. its king size with fluffy pillow. all basic amenities were provided, iron, hair dryer, sejadah, toothbrush set, drinking water, fridge, kettle. the pool can be better maintained, but my kids have lots of fun playing in the pool with playground in it. Overall, nice stay, not much to complain. There's a restaurant downstairs but better check the price before entering.
Maybe just a little improvement on the housekeeping. we book the room for 2 night and went out, no housekeeping were sent to change the towel, empty the trash bin, refill drinking water, shower foam etc. Need to call and ask (bdway, there's no phone in the room). my suggestion is to put a sign so that the housekeeping know which room need to be tidy up etc.

ZZeeztI recently stayed at Eastin Hotel Penang and I was disappointed with the lack of basic amenities. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Additionally, I requested hand soap, but housekeeping failed to refill it during my stay. This experience fell short of my expectations, and I hope the management will address these issues for future guests.

Facilities complete, in room dining very tasty & fast delivery, breakfast was top notch so many choices & delicious. Check in was smooth & we got our room on 2pm, & check out is before 12 noon even stated at 11am. But must have permission from staff ! My kids are happy, we are happy ! Thank you lexis 🥰

EEzralDecent place to stay. The location is strategic as it is located near Penang International Airport. It’s very convenient, with a free airport shuttle provided, though I haven’t tried their service yet. The lobby smells so nice, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. There’s a swimming pool, which is great if you have kids. However, if you get a lower floor or a room next to the pool, you might hear the kids screaming while enjoying the pool. If you’re here to rest, I recommend requesting a higher-floor room. All in all, I would stay here again since I occasionally catch early morning flights from Penang.

The facilities are similar to a 3 star hotel. It offers a very good value for money.

Walking distance to Giant Supermarket, Umar Alkhatab Mosque, and eateries, including nasi kadar Pelita.
Public (paid) parking lots are available on the streets around the hotel.
