Location was excellent with the seafood places being just 3-5 mins walk behind the hotel. Many eateries and spas/massage parlours around.
Room was spacious, was given the room with bath tub although didnt book for it. View was okay. Also gotten high level of 9 so when the pubs were blasting music, cant be heard from our level.
Overall everything was good but only the bedsheet & blankets has stains thats wasnt cleaned. Dont think they washed the bedsheets thoroughly or not at all cause the stains seems to be there for quite a long time. There was even bloodstain on my side of bedsheet

View from apartment was good. Not sufficient utensils. Only spoons and no forks. Sofa and single mattress stained. Found rubbish inside and under coffee table not cleaned. Wall socket beside sofa not working. Communication with staff was good!

The hotel is okay, here is what I feel
Advantage- 10-15 mins grab ride to nagoya hill and Grand batam mall
- The room is spacious
- Check in and check out is fast
- Staff is friendly
Disadvantage
-There is a long wall in the centre of room that block the TV and sofa
- Hotel is just facing opp Hospital
- Aircon room is Spoilt, no matter which temperature I switch the aircon still can't feel end up I sleeping w/o aircon
- Breakfast buffet not much Selection and the food so so

I would said this is more like a Business hotel. Overall is a good experience, there's option on paying the hotel deposit or let the hotel to keep the passports.
Breakfast options is good. Have not try the swimming pool and gym facilities. TV is very large, but why the information were in chinese wording.

Very very good! Clean and nice. Quiet and peaceful. Booked 3 rooms. The only problems founds are bed are little too noisy while turning and one of the toilet shower head need replacement (broken) due to previous quests damage it probably. Breakfast is alright. Service is good. Deposits is required even if it’s fully paid.

There are no malls nearby so we pretty much grab everywhere. The malls are not that far via vehicle but the distance to walk is a no-no. Grab doesn't cost you much though and on a positive note, you can get your grab real quick. Breakfast spread was good. We enjoyed the live station for the fried rice and noodles. It was delicious. Chef was really nice and handed our plates directly to our table when it wasn't too busy. Bottomline, mum really likes the room and food so all is good 😄

TTanOverall, the stay has been pleasant.
The seaview room has been comfy and good.
There are some room for improvement:
1) the reception staff promised to send me the room key when I highlighted that Im having lunch at Goji restaurant. He failed to remember and I ended up going to retrieve myself at the check in counter.
2) the mini-bar was not stock up during the check in, the fridge is empty except for a can of beer.
3) the rain shower head when used produce a screeching noise, need some servicing.
The breakfast team have been exceptionally impressive. They are very attentive and provide immaculate service. Star team!

MMr&Mrs H1st of all... its our 1st time staying at this hotel. I came slightly early (1pm++) but there us no queue.& check ins was fast n smooth. Was given 2 keycards for room. Nice deco made for our room for our event.there was also a welcome drinks but they suggest having it at their rooftop lounge. It had a wonderful view of the whole harbour bay n yes windy too. Thank u Mr Akhbar to let us dining in for dinner at the rooftop lounge. We had our romantic dinner 4 course dinner package too at rooftop too. Thank u Mr Ficky for the effort, wonderful service n the drinks recommendations. All staffs are always smiling n very attentives. We both had zero issues so far. Breakfast menu was simple but menu changes everyday. Room services is 24hrs. It is very near to harbour bay ferry terminal ( abt 5-7mins walk), alot of convenience store nearby, bakery shop, chicken rice shop, durian shop, bridal photography shops..had a simple nasi padang stall,seafood restaurant n even steak restaurant nearby..easy to travel around using gojek too. They had their iwn water dispenser too on every floor.. overall its great. Will dropping by again soon. Thank u Yello! Hotel Harbour Bay Teams. 👍👍👍

JjkeecThe hotel exudes a grand and luxurious vibe. The reception staff provided good service and spoke good English. They served a nice welcome drink. The design adopts a unique cruise concept, even the pool floor resembles the pool you get on a cruise, with 2 jacuzzi tubs in addition to the main pool. The room is spacious and beds are comfortable. However, the only minus is the shower stall in the room toilet. The kerb isn't built high enough, so the water flows out very quickly when taking a shower.

BBIN SAIMSecond stay here. Check in took just 5 minutes. Staff were friendly. Stayed on 7th floor this time but could still hear the ktv on 4th floor. Location was great, walking distance to mosque. Pool was deep, up to 1.9 metres and huge. Also a jacuzzi pool. Foot reflexology was fully booked though. Will be back again.
