"It is said that it was rebuilt from the monastery. The room decoration is relatively modern. The TV refrigerator is available. The room is a loft. There is a skylight and a high window. The bathroom also has a skylight. In addition to expensive, there is nothing wrong with it. After all, it is a suburb. More than 2,000, there is a Chinese restaurant opened by Hong Kong people at Hengdun Station. Highly recommended, delicious and affordable, the staff looks like a family, all are big beauty"

"We stayed as we were going to a family party nearby therefore the location was perfect. The young man that greeted us and took us to our rooms was very polite and informative.
The room was very clean comfortable bed and tea / coffee making facilities very welcoming after a long journey.
The bottle of water was very much appreciated as We always have water for bed and can't usually get it in the hotels.
Breakfast was very tasty cooked to our satisfaction and plenty of it. 10/10
There was just one complaint which could not have been foreseen by the owners of the hotel and that was noisy quests we think were in room one next to my niece and her family we could also hear them in our room which was no.10 loud singing and music until the very early hrs of the morning. Just a suggestion if the hotel does not have anyone on hand at night maybe a telephone no. Could be allocated in case of emergency or disturbing residents.

"In general it's a nice hotel in a perfect location if you need to be in Cricklewood. It's a nice design with nice rooms and decent heating system. The coffee and meats and cheeses in the buffet are nice.
On this trip however there was a few minor little items to complain about.
1. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room
2. No-one answered the main reception number when I called about 1.
3. The hot water was just bearly hot enough to have a bath.
4. Breakfast was a bit crowded at 9am and they hinted I should leave to make room. I ignored the request.
5. When I finally asked one of the housekeeping staff in person for some shampoo and soap they asked me when I was checking out..... As if that had any bearing on the request.
6. The checkout time is 11am which is obscenely early for a check-in of 3pm anyway.
7. There is no fridge in the room.
Overall this hotel is now on the very limit of worth the cost. I expect better for the price of the room."

KKwok WahThe owner was very nice and reserved a parking space for us. The bathroom light was broken when taking a shower, and the owner immediately found someone to fix it that night.
The fly in the ointment is that our two families booked two separate rooms. After the room introduction and reservation, they did not say that they wanted to share a bathroom. This is not the goods, and it is not our original intention, because we don't mind using a little more money to live in a better hotel.
I hope Trip.com will write clearly in the future that the accommodation will not provide.

22ubroYes, the bed was very comfortable. It's just that the alarm clock at check-out was very scary. I thought it was a fire alarm... I was shocked. Everything else is quite good, the surrounding area is relatively remote, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the train station.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip. While the room itself was nice and the location superb, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff, particularly two individuals from the reception team(both was indian guys), were rude and unhelpful. Despite the hotel’s policy clearly stating that room service was available, I was told repeatedly to “come down” instead of receiving the assistance I needed. My team had booked an executive room, expecting a premium level of service, but the attitude and unwillingness to help made for an unpleasant experience. For a business traveler expecting professionalism, this fell well short. Would not recommend if you value good customer service.
