"Magnificent location on the hinge between old town and new area. The hotel is also very central, close to shops, restaurants, train station ... And it is also very close to the bus stop to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and acceptable size. The bathroom offers fair services and is clean. Breakfast does not include a large buffet but the necessary thing to start the day: hot or cold drink (the worst thing is that the juices are not natural), yoghourts, some fruit, some sausages, bread, crepes, magnificent croissants and something of hot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 100% recommendable."

"We liked the room very much. This is a flat, divided into several rooms. Registration is independent but very understandable.
Beautiful view from the window. Very clean. A cosmetic set and slippers are offered.
Only the hoods 😊 are missing.
Daily cleaning! There is a coffee machine, a teapot, coffee capsules. Everything is. There are grocery stores, cafes, bars, old city!
The shower needs a shelf for gel, and a hook for towels. The mattress, for soft.
It 's not 5*, it 's a good level 3* Room!

GGuest UserThe hotel breakfast is very rich and the dining environment is also very good. It is suitable for business trips and the price seems to be okay. The place is small and it is still very crowded at 9 o'clock. I had to find another way to extend my stay. I got a room. The front desk customer service was still very responsible and serious.

MmlenitskayaStayed here for a night while traveling from Bari to Matera. Small room but very clean. Location didn’t matter for us, but around there is everything you might need. The service was great , very helpful. The breakfast is simple : coffee, juice and croissant in the cafe nearby.

GGuest UserThe rooms are very modern and very clean, the breakfast is good, the hotel is well located next to a beach and there are plenty of buses that go to the city. The hotel shuttle to the old town is free, it's great.
We really liked the pool, the sweet potato fries and the stews to enjoy by the pool.
The staff is perfect, and special mention for Vito, the pool boy who is extremely nice and very helpful

GGuest UserLocation: 4 stars. Very close to the train station and there is a Lidl next to the hotel. It is worth to mention that on the other side of the train station, the streets are much cleaner.
Cleaness: 5 stars. It is clean.
Facilities: 3 stars. The hotel rooms are very tall which is nice, however the facilities are kind of old. The wash basin is too low and the size is too small. The AC is noisy. You feel the hotel used to be of 4-star standard, but needs renovations.
Services: staffs are good.

The reception staff is different.
There are very nice and pleasant girls, but, unfortunately, not all of them are like that(
When checking in, by mistake, I was given a room without a balcony, when I went down and asked to change it.
They changed it for me, but with such an expression on their face, and I won't even mention the apology for the inconvenience caused..
They also didn't say anything about breakfast at the reception, and about the spa accordingly..
Many people in this hotel really need courses on working with guests

PPegI was met by the host on arrival and shown my room and the amenities and how to work the tv and blinds.Nicolo was extremely helpful, served me a delightful breakfast and even ordered my taxi at the exact time I needed it. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable. Would certainly stay there again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GGuest UserThe hotel was close to the airport along with complement transportation to the airport. There is an outstanding pizzeria near by and the selection was great along with the quality. We stayed for one night to be near the airport to catch a very early flight in Bari.

GGuest UserAuto check in info only in Italian, but procedure ain’t hard. Staff will respond via online chat. Bed is very comfy, they provide individual packs of shampoo and soap. Great location, near the train station and bus stops

BBeaTiThe facilities and environment are average, but the price is very favorable, the location is excellent, you can travel with your dog, the self-service check-in process is simple and convenient, and it is generally recommended for travelers with dogs. Since I couldn't go to Matera, I stayed for another two days.

GGuest UserIn one room from air condition running water down, we i told it in recipient she told me all i can do is to clean,
In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro
And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses .
I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us.
I want my money back
