He was kind and kind to answer the question well. Entrance password on the first floor of the apartment Entrance password Hotel door password (not floor number) I'll tell you three things. If you press the password at the front door and enter, there is a place to press the password of the accommodation again. There is no desk, but you can contact with the message. Please store your luggage. The water provided is free. I gave you one bread per person and one cappuccino for breakfast. The cafe staff are friendly and I don't sit down and eat. I'll tell you the choice, so please refer to it. Cappuccino is also delicious with shoes! I arrived at the hostel at 10:30 p.m. and it looked dangerous only to see the street The security was fine

Phenomenal hotel!!  The staff are so lovely, caring and competent.  We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding.  Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights.  Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options.   The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out.  Very easy private parking for only €10 per day.  The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari.  The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town.  Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer,  Free coffee in Italy!!!  Never heard of it!!  The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options.

This is a very standard business hotel, about a 10-minute drive from the city center. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable, and there are many restaurants nearby. Since the main tourist attractions are all in the city center, they are only a 5-10 minute drive away. I really like this hotel. The breakfast is especially rich and standard European. If I visit Paris again, I will choose this hotel again because it offers excellent value for money.

The hotel was close to the airport along with complement transportation to the airport. There is an outstanding pizzeria near by and the selection was great along with the quality. We stayed for one night to be near the airport to catch a very early flight in Bari.

Stayed here for a night while traveling from Bari to Matera. Small room but very clean. Location didn’t matter for us, but around there is everything you might need. The service was great , very helpful. The breakfast is simple : coffee, juice and croissant in the cafe nearby.

I was met by the host on arrival and shown my room and the amenities and how to work the tv and blinds.Nicolo was extremely helpful, served me a delightful breakfast and even ordered my taxi at the exact time I needed it. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable. Would certainly stay there again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Breakfast is often complete chaos. Sometimes there are no cups for coffee, or you can't get an omelet because the staff member in charge is alone and seems overwhelmed. There are actually plenty of staff on site, but everything seems uncoordinated. In my opinion, there is a clear lack of good management here.

The host gave me his WhatsApp number and was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay which was only one night. The room was very clean and modern and also had a balcony , the location was also good just a bit out of the city centre of Bari . I did struggle to find it and the codes for the outer door and inner doors did get annoying, but again the host answered me straight away and helped, he also gave me information on local restaurants and bars as well as directions to the Ferry Port and local taxis, I thought he was excellent and went out of his way to help me and insure I had a great stay! Thank you!! I do understand the door codes are for security purposes and wasn’t a big deal it was just a slight quibble. I would definitely stay here again💯 if I was in Bari and needed accommodation! The room didn't quite look like some of the photos, but for the price we paid, the room was perfectly adequate and had the benefit of a fridge. It is perfectly situated for the train station and indeed the bus terminal for buses to Alberobello. We were a 15 minute walk to the seafront and historic centre, where there were plenty of restaurants. Like many areas close to train stations, it looked a little run down and was close to a fly-over, but actually, it was quiet in the apartment itself and felt safe. We were sent a link to access the outer doors of the property and given a key code to retrieve keys for the apartment itself. We had to contact Trip.com to prompt the owner for this information whilst on the train, initially getting an AI bot - but it worked out fine in the end, before we arrived at the property. We're just used to this information being sent via email or WhatsApp automatically. There were a few minor niggles with the property which previous guests have mentioned - a slightly loose door knob, a wobbly toilet seat and a super-slow shower drainage. These things didn't impact our stay greatly and really, you get what you pay for. We need a clean room, a comfy bed and a property close to the train station. On that score, we got what we needed.

You should contact the hostel staff in advance to understand the check-in process. There are no staff members here; it's all online support. Check-in involves connecting to an electronic door lock, and that's about it. The location is excellent; the beach is just a short walk away, and I often sit on the beach until evening before returning, which feels very safe. The overall room rate is clean, but it really depends on your roommates. In my mixed-use room, there was an elderly person who lived there regularly, and he was quite noisy, which made the room a bit noisy, but otherwise, it was fine.
