"I strongly advise against staying at BBarcelona Apartments if you value your sleep or professional hospitality. Before my arrival, I sent a sincere and heartfelt request for a quiet room more than two weeks in advance. I even received a kind reply from Óscar promising to accommodate this. However, it was all empty words. The room we were given was incredibly noisy due to constant heavy traffic and people shouting outside 24/7. It was impossible to sleep. When I complained, their response was shocking: "sensitivity to noise varies" and "whether to stay or not is entirely your decision." They offered no real solution, no room change, and showed zero responsibility for the promise they had made via email. I had to waste my precious travel time and energy searching for a new place and moving all my luggage. However, moving out was the best decision I could have made. Now that I am staying in a much better, quieter place, I realize how terrible the environment and service were at BBarcelona. Save your money and peace of mind—stay somewhere else."

"The hotel's location is pretty good, situated in a residential area, so it's not too noisy. However, the hotel is quite small, and the rooftop pool is also tiny. The room itself is decent, nothing spectacular, but it does have a rather stylish design. The floor drain design is quite unique."

"Upon checking in, I was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff. The check-in process was smooth and easy, although I was surprised to find that I had to pay extra for tax, which was somehow excluded from the booking fee. The hotel is located within walking distance of a large shopping mall called Glòries, but it’s a bit further away from main attractions like the Sagrada Família. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. There’s a small swimming pool on the rooftop. Breakfast was amazing. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, and the food was fresh and delicious. Overall, I’m very happy with the hotel."
