"From checking in to check out the staff were welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and this makes a big difference when travelling and visiting a different country. The hotel was ideally located in the city and surrounded by good quality bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean and well presented and all areas furnished well and like a home from home. The room were well laid out, well decorated and finished to a high standard with all the amenities you would expect provided for your stay. Optional mini bar and snacks available in room and not over priced. The restaurant and bar were excellent and offered an excellent selection of food and beverages. Travelling solo on business or with your partner this is an ideal get away hotel."

The steak at the ground floor lounge bar was great value for money and very popular at night. There's also an outdoor pool, though I only swam once due to the cold weather. "The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos, which was a bit disappointing. I was also surprised that there was no proper blanket on the bed. There was an old, thick blanket in the closet, but since it was summer, it wasn't practical to use. I ended up sleeping with the air conditioning on and no blanket at all. The room didn't have a refrigerator, and no complimentary water was provided, which would have been a nice touch. Another downside was that the hotel rooms were accessed via the garage elevator, which wasn't a very pleasant experience, especially at night. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the location of the hotel itself is good."
