"The extra bed didn't come with a duvet, only a blanket. This is why the service score is lower; even after asking twice, it wasn't delivered. In the end, I just slept with the blanket for a night, thankfully it wasn't too cold.
The sink in the room was a bit clogged, but I didn't bother reporting it. So, I'll give the facilities and cleanliness 4 stars.
The two-meal package I bought had surprisingly excellent food! I especially loved the cheese pasta and cheesy eggplant for dinner, and the cheesecake was the best I've ever had! Highly recommend it.
Breakfast on the second day had ham and cheese, which I thoroughly enjoyed! Personally, I was very satisfied, but my elderly family members weren't used to it, as there was no Chinese food at all for breakfast.
Finally, I had a 16-euro cocktail at the rooftop bar, and when I checked out, the total including taxes was 55 euros. I don't quite understand why, maybe there was a service charge."
