Our first impression was how clean and well-maintained everything was—from the front desk to the small lounge area, the room, and the bathroom. The bed deserves a special mention—it was exceptionally comfortable, and we had a truly restful sleep. The bathroom, while compact, was dry, hygienic, and well-kept. The shower had strong water pressure and consistently hot water, which we really appreciated. The room also had a heating function in the air conditioner, making our stay warm and pleasant. We were also warmly welcomed by the staff. Although the lady who helped us with check-in and the gentleman at check-out didn’t speak much English, they were both very kind and had such friendly smiles. It made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

Great location and room was spacious, clean and comfortable. One thing we didn't love was that the concierge desk was literally right outside our room (actually even blocking half of the door) which didn't allow for much privacy and slightly awkward interactions when having to leave the room for the toilet or to go out (and not great if you're a couple wanting some alone time 😅). The other rooms might have been fine, so I'd book one of those next time since the accomodation was otherwise good. Check-in and out was seamless. Would stay again!

This is our 1st time having such a bad experience stay. We were asked via WhatsApp to provide our personal passport info and to pay hotel tax via a payment link in the WhatsApp, it was received well in advance before our check-in. We found this way is very unusual, and due to uncertainty whether the message was from the property , we declined to pay the tax upfront. Then the so-called property staff claimed we disrespect them. I found absurd as we have fully paid our accommodation and told them will fully pay the tax upon check-in, of which it was a small amount as compared to the total 3 nights stay rate. After checked in, we found only one toilet roll is given without any tissue. So we requested for an extra, and becoz the weather was warm, we asked for a thin bedsheet instead of a given duvet. The property staff said need to charge us £50 simply for a thin pc of bedsheet!! We found this is ridiculous and giving us an extra toilet roll, they were unhappy. What is the cost of a toilet roll as compared to the high rate stay of this property as compared to nearby accommodation? They gave us an under expectation unit, with no view (see photo) , which is so much difference from the advertised photo. They objected to change room for us even though we told them the safe deposit box is spoilt on the day after checking in. Goodness was that they wanted us to clear the trash bins to bring it to ground floor on our last day ! I havn’t encountered this at all even in dome AirBnB units. We asked for Trash bags as their bin has not bag, the property staff said they provide no trash bags! So how are we supposed to help them to clear the trash if no bags provided? U expect us to buy trash bag and help them to clean? Totally ridiculous! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED as the unit is small , odd room layout

We booked a quad room, and the environment was fantastic. The external bathroom was also very clean and convenient. The room itself was tidy, beautiful, and comfortable, featuring one double bed and two single beds. The room was spacious with high ceilings, making it feel very grand and comfortable. We were immediately impressed by the two floor-to-ceiling balcony doors – they added a wonderful touch. Opening the doors revealed a truly lovely balcony with a beautiful view. The surrounding area has excellent public transport links, and we could walk to Casa Batlló and Casa Milà in just a few minutes. It’s very close and convenient to many nearby attractions. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and we could store our luggage for free, which was very kind of them.

The property was clean and situated in an excellent location. The staff members were very kind, and the check-out process was impressively fast. My single room did not include TV or a fridge, so it is a bit basic but functional. The building's common areas and the room's interior are showing their age and could use an update. The building relies on a single, small elevator shared with other floors, which can be a bit of a bottleneck. Overall, the stay offered good quality and value for the price.

A very kind and welcoming woman at the reception who explained everything in detail; city maps and guides are also available on site. The room fully matches the photos and includes towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, and an air conditioner with adjustable temperature. Sound insulation is not perfect, but during our stay there were no noisy guests, so it did not affect our sleep. There is a shared fridge and microwave near the reception, which is very convenient. The location is excellent: a quiet and safe area with shops, cafés, and public transport nearby, and about a 35–40 minute walk to Sagrada Família at a relaxed pace. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for convenient, comfortable, and safe accommodation close to the city center.

The hotel's location is quite good, and it doesn't take long to get to some popular attractions. When checking out, if you need to store your luggage, you'll need to prepare 1 euro to use the lockers.

If you follow them, we are sure your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible. 1) Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. 2) Check-out is by 11:00 AM. 3) There is a EUR 15 surcharge for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight, and a EUR 30 surcharge for arrival between midnight and 3:00 AM. The late check-in fee must be paid in cash. Check-in after 3:00 AM is not possible because we do not have 24-hour service. If you arrive this late, we will be able to accommodate you the following morning from 10:00 AM. Late check-in must be notified in advance. If you do not notify us in advance, we will be entitled to accommodate you the following day. Guests, please respect each other and each other's time. 4) Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of 50 euros. 5) We take neighborly relations very seriously, so any noise that may disturb them is prohibited, especially after 10:00 p.m. 6) Parties (drinks) are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. 7) Guests who are not included in the reservation are not permitted to stay overnight. 8) A separate shelf in the refrigerator is designated for your room; in front of it, there is a number corresponding to your room number. 9) At the end of the stay, the tenant agrees to leave the kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, pans, cutlery) clean. 10) When leaving the apartment, always make sure the lights are off and the doors and windows are closed. Additional Services: - Cleaning during your stay: 10 euros per day (optional). - Laundry service: 15 euros per wash (includes washing and drying). - Luggage storage, only on the day of departure, for 10 euros before 6:00 pm, then 5 euros per hour, but no later than 8:00 pm, upon request. - Crib: 10 euros per day, subject to availability. - In air-conditioned rooms, use of the air conditioning is an additional service and costs 10 euros per day.

Staff doesn’t speak English so if you don’t speak Spanish, you can use Google translate in your phone to communicate with them. There are two shared bathrooms. They have a pantry (free to use anytime but limited space) with free cold drinking water from water dispenser, hot water in an electric kettle, instant coffee and tea. Plates and mugs can be used too. They will knock on your door if you are making noises after midnight. Tax to be collected at the property can be paid using card. They are located in 1st floor and there is also small lift just for the luggages. Reception is 24/7 so we were able to check out early and leave our luggages which were stored in a closed room near the reception. Location is walking distance near Poble Sec metro station. The street of the hotel is being reconstructed so you can only walk on the sidewalks. Our room was just right outside the shared bathroom so it was really accessible. Felt safe as the receptionist is just there 24/7. Need to press Elkano doorbell to enter the building. Room was spacious for us 3 compared to the other Triple Room we booked during our Europe trip. This was the cheapest stay available during our dates and have mixed reviews. This was a good deal.

The location of the room for us was very poor, the adjacent street was particularly noisy, and the room next to us was renovated on time at 8 am every morning. Fortunately, we changed our room later. Sound insulation is not as good as expected, and I hear the sound of um ah ah every day. But the couple hotel can understand.
