Barcelonès Apartments

The unit is a two-bedroom apartment. The building's elevator is quite basic and small, only fitting two or three people at a time. However, the apartment itself was very clean and tidy. It comes well-equipped with a kitchen, a washing machine, and a dryer. Both the living room and balcony were quite comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the smaller bedroom felt a bit compact.

The location is fantastic for sightseeing. This area feels very safe, and most attractions are within walking distance. There's a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping.

Excellent location of apartments (metro and supermarket of mercadon in 5 minutes). In the apartments there are all necessary for comfortable life: microwave, induction stove, toaster, coffee machine, lots of dishes, with a stock of toilet paper and paper towels, in the kitchen there is salt and oil, hand towel. The tug with a smooth board and a folding dryer for clothes is also available. The bed linen is perfectly tailored and looked completely new. The towels in the bathroom are fluffy and liked that huge towels were provided for the shower. I would like to thank you for having a couch and a couch in the apartments (though we did not use it), but in other travels would not prevent. The apartments are very clean. During the stay, the maid came once and after it all shone clean. Thank you very much! I recommend accommodation in these apartments! Attention! Be careful. We paid accommodation through the trip.com site and it was indicated that the value included a city tax. But! Two days before the settlement, a letter came to the email requesting to pay the city tax and referring to the payment! Very stressful situation, as it was not possible to pay our bank card.

The apartment is centrally located with lots of eateries around. Check in was not communicated properly. No instructions was provided that this is a self check in aptmt. Its different from the pictures where there is a hotel concierge. We arrived late at 10pm and could not enter the main gate. Luckily, the service man came down to clear rubbish and helped us with check in then. The host should have provided clear instructions on check in procedure and pin prior to arrival.

It was a very clean accommodation and plenty of towels were provided. It was a little inconvenient because laundry was done in a shared facility on the 5th floor, and I was a little disappointed that they assigned me a room with a rear view without even asking how many rooms had a view of the Sagrada. There is a rest area and a pool on the rooftop, so it would be nice when the weather is nice. The location is far from major tourist attractions, so it's a bit inconvenient to take the subway every day, so if I had to do it again, I think I'd pick it near Plaza Catalunya.

Amazing location right in the middle of la rambla and just diagonally opposite the Mercat De La Boqueria. Shower was nice and strong but the bathroom door has a strong suction that is a little noisy. They have 1 11kg washing machine and 1 dryer. Some of the nights we could hear some loud noise from above/ outside but overall a very good place.

Location: I would say is really a good location. 5mins walk to metro line 3 . One to two station. Connection to other line. Near to lots of supermarket and local restaurants. Wifi : is slow. I did a speed test, download speed only 1.8mpbs and download speed about 0.8mpbs. Washing machine do not comes with dryer. Is only spin dry. The size of washing machine is small and not able to wash big load pls note if u required. We stay for 5 days, and the washing kit they provide is miserable. Only one capsules for washing . During check in , we have only 4 persons. They told me during booking we indicate 5 persons. And we have to input 5 persons and pay for 5 person Barcelona tax. Hence pls note this if u do not want pay for extra nothing. If any changes to your booking pls update before you arrive .

I have stayed in many city apartments all over Europe, and I can honestly say Las Rambles has been my favourite, and I will always return here now when travelling to Barcelona. From the easy, calm check-in and friendly staff who took care of all our needs, i.e., booking taxi to airport, information on best restaurants and what to do when there. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and everything u could need for your stay. Location is perfect for every attraction within a mile walk. We choose this accommodation, 2 rooms apartment because of the location which is very near to the Barcelona Sants station as we need to board early morning train. There is also metro station nearby. We arrive early in the morning before the check in time, we we allowed to left our luggage before check in and refreshed ourselves there.

Due to the flight delay, I arrived at the hotel at 2 o'clock. The front desk staff was friendly and the check-in was very smooth. Apartment-type hotel, with microwave and tableware, worth staying in.
