Best Tawau Division Hotels

It takes an hour by boat from the Dragon Inn Pier in Semporna to get to Mabul Island. The hotel you booked includes a round-trip ticket. You can get on the boat to this homestay by registering at Dragon Inn R2. This is a private homestay on Mabul Island. The cost-effectiveness is relatively high. One room can accommodate three adults. It is suitable for families with children. It is much more affordable than the Mabul Island Resort Hotel next to it. There are simple meals for breakfast and some free lunch at noon. We buy fresh seafood from the Bajau people on the sea every day and let the kitchen of the homestay process it. The seafood is super cheap and fresh. The processing fee is 15-20 Malaysian ringgit. It's still good. It's also good to use the money saved from staying in the resort to buy more seafood. If you want to go to the Mabul Island Resort next to it, you can enter for 50 Malaysian ringgits per person. It's right next door. It's quite comfortable to check in, take pictures, and swim. It's a good trip to save money with children.

This hotel is a good place to stay, low rates and worth it for the 3 of us in a room. The room is clean. There's water dispenser in the corridor for the convenience of guests. The only drawback is there's no lift and we have to walk all the way up the the 3rd floor.

ok lah sbb dah biasa stay sini since tahun 2013 lagi . cuma sedih sbb banyak sangat downgrade tmpat ni. what i like most about this hotel, all staff are nice and helpful. makanan pun ok sdp n affordable price. cuma tu jala problem nya always forget to provide towels .toothpaste and toothbrush,and telephones in room also takdah nak call room service pun xboleh 😅.

Strategic location , easy to get food and very comfortable. Stunning view at the rooftop.

Pros: Location wise. Pizza Hut,laundry service, pharmacy downstairs..Walking distance to bank..For purpose of sleeping/bathing, more than enough.. Cons: No kettle (for self made hot drink), aircond not cold enough (room 203), tv is there but no channel available, no wifi..

The employee response was very kind. Rooms are clean and perfect. The price is reasonable and the cost performance is very good.

The street in front seems to be used by motorcycles with loud modified exhaust late at night. It could be the late night eatery right opposite the hotel. What troubled me most was the fire alarm going on & off for about half hour to 45 mins at about 2 am. That was quite disturbing & I forgot to ask what happened when I checked out on December 8 morning. I was on the 4th floor

Very nice hotel, no iron prepared, but when asking to the counter.. they will give to borrow it.. Good service anyways.

the location is in the middle of the city and near to supermarket, night market,restaurant and mosque...super good! but my bed had cockroach smell. bath room also wasn't that clean. good for solo travelers, not so good for travelers with family.
