"Very friendly staff, good room, bathroom and hotel facilities and with a balcony. Despite the good attitude, here and there in the room there was a bit of need for renovation (e.g. a protruding screw on the bathroom ceiling). Unfortunately there is no hotel parking space either. Still recommended."

"Wir kamen mittags an und der Check-In war nicht nur freundlich und effizient, sondern wir durften, trotz der frühen Uhrzeit das Zimmer beziehen. Das Zimmer war etwas altbacken, würde sagen typischer 1990er Jahre Stil, aber dennoch funktional und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war ok, mehr aber auch nicht, der Frühstückstaum zu klein für den Andrang und mit zu wenig Personal besetzt. Die Mitarbeiter*innen des Hotels waren alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof."

Not much variety on breakfast menu but sufficient to get going. Small rooms but cosy and clean. Good and convenient place to stay when on a short business trip."

"The hotel rooms were tidy as shown in the photo, and I used the room opposite the elevator, but I could hardly hear people sounding better than I thought. I was surprised that there was a separate air conditioner! I have enjoyed the air conditioner properly 🥰 The bed mattress was really the best 👍🏼 Every time I sleep in many hotels, the mattress is uncomfortable, so I couldn't sleep properly, but I slept properly 🤩 Crazy good mattress, really well sleeped 🤓 I can recommend this hotel without conditions. If I come back to Augsburg, I will come back in any case 🙋🏻"
