"Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was very nice. The bed was clean and the room seemed clean overall — except for one shocking detail. Minutes before checkout, we found a used menstrual cup on the closet floor. We had arrived late after a long day of travel, so we only went straight to shower and sleep, and didn’t notice it until the morning. This shows the room was not properly cleaned before our stay. For a hotel, this is absolutely unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue."

"The hotel rooms were tidy as shown in the photo, and I used the room opposite the elevator, but I could hardly hear people sounding better than I thought. I was surprised that there was a separate air conditioner! I have enjoyed the air conditioner properly 🥰 The bed mattress was really the best 👍🏼 Every time I sleep in many hotels, the mattress is uncomfortable, so I couldn't sleep properly, but I slept properly 🤩 Crazy good mattress, really well sleeped 🤓 I can recommend this hotel without conditions. If I come back to Augsburg, I will come back in any case 🙋🏻"

"The hotel is relatively clean, the room is small, and it is a family room with a baby bed. It is about 20-30 minutes walk from the scenic spot. Free parking is available in the hotel yard, which is great👍 The breakfast is OK, and it has everything you need, including a coffee machine, several kinds of sausages, cereal, boiled eggs, and fresh and delicious bread. The cups and plates are hot and clean👍 There are many people at breakfast. The lobby is quite warm and the service is OK. The wash basin in the bathroom is awkward. It is so high that you can only wash your hands, face and mouth, and the water flows back."

"Wir kamen mittags an und der Check-In war nicht nur freundlich und effizient, sondern wir durften, trotz der frühen Uhrzeit das Zimmer beziehen. Das Zimmer war etwas altbacken, würde sagen typischer 1990er Jahre Stil, aber dennoch funktional und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war ok, mehr aber auch nicht, der Frühstückstaum zu klein für den Andrang und mit zu wenig Personal besetzt. Die Mitarbeiter*innen des Hotels waren alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof."

"To cleanness, it smells to fungi and urine in the bathroom. On the shower head I also saw fungi, but what it comes to, towel and bed was clean :) . The floor was ok... I had the bathroom, then desinfected for me that I can douche without thought... What I haven't seen and knew that you can check in at the reception machine, with the slot code the hotel outside the reception can leave any time and come back and you don't have to check out, genial. This makes this hotel worth it for me. The address is according to Google is located on the bus stop. I had to stop my car check the location that I find the B&B Hotel.
