"Regarding cleanliness, the bathroom smelled of mold and urine. I also saw mold on the shower head, but what matters is that the towel and bed were clean. The floor was okay. I disinfected the bathroom myself so I could shower without worry. What I didn't know and didn't realize is that you can also check in at the self-service kiosk. With the lock code, you can leave and return to the hotel outside of reception hours without having to check out – brilliant! This makes the hotel a great value. According to Google, the address is at the bus stop. I had to leave my car and check the location to find the B&B Hotel. It was annoying after a long workday… but the location is fantastic because it's only 5 minutes from the highway or expressway, if you know where to go."

"The whole issue was a family we have booked. We have booked a room for two adults and two children via trip.com but in the system there was a reservation only for two adults. After showing the prof of booking for 4 persons, the hotel staff provide small chair-bed.. but generally it was not very comfortable.. Apparently the whole issue was a with intermediator/ agency. However, not sure that we would go again to this hotel.."

It's basically the same as the photos. The room is quite spacious, and the parking lot is also very empty. There's a restaurant and a bar in the hotel, and it's convenient to go to the nearby shopping center. Some things at DM here are good quality and inexpensive, although the fruit doesn't look cheap. There's no air conditioning, but the bathroom exhaust fan seems to be cooling; it's cool even with the windows closed and open.

Очень хороший отель, просто не к чему придраться. Чисто и уютно. Идеальное расположение: самый центр города, рядом транспортная развязка и пешеходная зона, но при этом тихо и спокойно. Очень вкусные завтраки. Сервис тоже на высоком уровне, откликаются на любую просьбу. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова.

Very friendly staff, good room, bathroom and hotel facilities and with a balcony. Despite the good attitude, here and there in the room there was a bit of need for renovation (e.g. a protruding screw on the bathroom ceiling). Unfortunately there is no hotel parking space either. Still recommended.

This adorable hotel is located right near central train station and is 2-3 min scooter to the central plaza on Augsburg. We requested a room facing opposite to the street and it was quiet and peaceful. The view from our window was gorgeous during sunset. The staff accommodated our needs for an extra blanket. The room has all the basics (but no refrigerator or iron).

Classic, unique, small hotel. The employees are very friendly and the rooms are clean and well equipped. However, the mattress is quite soft, so it may be tough for people with weak waist. Although there are not many types of breakfast, the venue is elegant and tastes good. I am grateful that there is a free parking lot.

The hotel rooms were tidy as shown in the photo, and I used the room opposite the elevator, but I could hardly hear people sounding better than I thought. I was surprised that there was a separate air conditioner! I have enjoyed the air conditioner properly 🥰 The bed mattress was really the best 👍🏼 Every time I sleep in many hotels, the mattress is uncomfortable, so I couldn't sleep properly, but I slept properly 🤩 Crazy good mattress, really well sleeped 🤓 I can recommend this hotel without conditions. If I come back to Augsburg, I will come back in any case 🙋🏻

Very nice hotel, good facilities and good environment. The only downside is that there is no front desk, no one does registration and check-out, network service, not suitable. It would be better if there was a manual front desk service

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, and it's very convenient to get on the highway. There is a large warehouse supermarket next to it, but you need a membership card to enter for shopping. Opposite the hotel is a gas station and a small supermarket where you can buy things. The hotel room is small but clean and the front desk is friendly.
