"I booked this hotel because I need fly to Spain from Beauvais. I arrived here at 10pm and I was very tired. At that time, there was only one security guard in charge of check-in in the store, and an appointment number was required to check in on the machine. After I provided it, he said that there is a problem with the number and then checked on their system, telling them that they did not receive my online payment because of a problem with my credit card. It didn't help that I showed him my payment history, I contacted Trip's customer service and couldn't solve it in time, so I made a new payment because we were too tired and needed to rest. The store staff's English is not very good so it is very difficult to communicate, and I need to go to the airport to catch my flight the next day so I don't have time to argue. I am really disappointed that this matter is still not resolved."

"Everything was fine during my stay – the service was good, the room was clean, and I didn’t have any problems. Overall, I really liked it. The only thing I want to mention is that, although the hotel description says they offer transport, they actually don’t provide any transportation. They only give you information about how to get to the train or bus stations."

"Worst and scary hotel we stayed in France. Very far from airport. Dark, dirty,people hanging around outside our room knocking on our door at 1am! Looked like migrants living there waiting for you to leave your room,then following downstairs When we complained to the receptionist who said no other rooms to switch to. She didn’t speak or try to understand English. She did call a taxi for us in the morning which charged us €30 to go to the train station! Should have been 5-10 €. I wouldn’t stay there if you paid me 100€. Police should look into this **** hole! Mike"

"A nice location on the main square in Beauvais. A room overlooking the square would have been lovely. The room was clean enough and the amenities were all we needed but the decor was a bit gaudy and overall the impression was slightly drab. It was convenient for the airport with a bus service to the airport picking up just across from the hotel."
