"My first time in Boracay was in 2012 with friends and we stayed in La Carmela De Boracay. I remember it was only their main building back then. Recently went back to the island and decided to book here again so my family can try it. We got the premier deluxe room, which is located at the extension of the resort hotel. Elevator's usually traffic because there was a convention group during our stay. Free w-fi kept on disconnecting too. This means ”working from home” is not ideal unless you have your own internet connection. Also, it's a little hassle [for my brother] as they didn't have their own smoking area. Our room is okay for 5 persons. For some reason, we were given four bath towels only. We requested for another one but we had to ask three times before getting it. Not sure why tho we called the reception a number of times and they were very easy to talk to. My parents loved the pool and breakfast buffet everyday. On our last day, we woke up with water in our room due to heavy rain but it was taken care of right away. If you're on a budget and looking for a beachfront hotel in Station 2, you can consider this place. Even though there were a few minor problems, we enjoyed our 4 days and 3 nights. It is recommendable esp. the staff are all professional. It is 5/5! Note: Avail their direct airport transfers (roundtrip) for more convenience. :)"

"We really enjoyed the Paradise in this hotel. Very cozy and the room is clean even though you see some dents in the room as the place is old. My family enjoyed the pool especially the slide. The staff are friendly. They even welcome us with complimentary drinks and the breakfast buffet is superb! We loved the bacon!!! We enjoyed having breakfast in front of the beach. "Rating: 9/10 — Great value on a discounted rate We loved our stay at Fairways & Bluewater Boracay. The resort is gorgeous: multiple pools, a clean private beach cove, lots of greenery, and a generally calm, upscale vibe away from the crowds. Huge thanks to the staff—when we didn’t like our first (older) room, they were understanding and promptly moved us to a newer room. That flexibility really made our stay. What we loved Spacious, modern room after the move; comfy bed and strong A/C. Beautiful pools and a well-kept private beach area. Peaceful grounds ideal for relaxing after island activities. Friendly, helpful team (front desk, housekeeping, and drivers). What could be better The resort is very spread out. You often need a buggy/shuttle to get around, and at busy times you may wait a bit. Location is far from White Beach/D’Mall, so quick trips to town take planning (shuttle or taxi). Older rooms (the first one we saw) show wear and could use refreshing. Wi-Fi can be patchy in some buildings. Breakfast is fine, but the variety gets repetitive on longer stays. On-site food and services are convenient but priced higher than in town. Bottom line On a discounted rate, Fairways & Bluewater is excellent value if you want space, a private beach, and a quieter setting. Tip: request a newer room near the pool/restaurant you’ll use most to reduce shuttle time. Big thanks to the staff for going the extra mile—we’d happily return."

"Staff will really be welcoming and helpful, the whole airport and activies transfer service was seamless and smooth. The room was lovely but you can tell they see heavy use as bits of feature walls were chipped, balcony light didnt work and there were some existing stains on furniture (this worried us because we were advised of fines for this and did not want to face blame unjustly.) This being said, daily house keeping was outstanding and the cleaners were great. They were responsive to requests and the 'goodnight' check ups were a great touch. location is perfect for everything and there were lovely relaxed vibes all around."

"The rooms are clean, and even though it overlooks a parking area for trucks it isn’t too noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful, but they do need to pay more attention to explaining to guests where the boats are. We walked up and down with heavy bags, when the boat was right opposite the hotel…even though I asked multiple times."
