"Booked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice."

"I used it by one woman from the country to watch the concert. It takes about 10 minutes from Saitama Shintoshin Station without transfer, and it is adjacent to Kamio Station, so exit the ticket gate and go in front of you. I was able to go without hesitation even for the first time. There are convenience stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. I usually don't smoke, but this time I used it because there was only a smoking room available. I was worried about the smell, but it was clean and I didn't really care about it. I think it's better to stop sensitive people because it's not that there is no. It's not the latest hotel, so I can't recommend it to people who are innocent, but the cleaning was done properly, and above all, the front desk staff were kind. "I used it live in Tama Ali. There were many types of baths and saunas, and I didn't have much time to put them in, so I put them in when I liked them! On Saturdays and Sundays, there were many uses by couples and they were messing around here and there, so I was troubled with the place to do my eyes, but it may be that I can relax. "I stayed overnight at this hotel during a business trip. The hotel is located in a quiet area, about a 5-minute walk from the station. The entrance was a little hard to find, so I've included a photo. The hotel was beautiful and clean, and I was able to relax and unwind after work. "The location is great, especially for accessing Shinsadong. Considering Shinsadong is generally a bit off the beaten path, this location is actually quite good. The welcome drink, however, was disappointing and its availability seemed inconsistent. As for the complimentary amenities offered at the entrance, I felt some staff members gave me judgmental looks, making me feel watched – as if I was taking too many. This was strange because I only took one per day, or sometimes none at all, yet I still had this odd feeling of being monitored. On a more positive note, housekeeping was incredibly quiet, which was perfect for relaxing even if I slept in late. I enjoyed the train view from my room (though I understand not all rooms have this). Overall, most of the staff were friendly. The bathtub was small, but the water quality was excellent."

"I stayed here for one night to recuperate. I only stayed one night, but you can buy breakfast tickets at the front desk. As it's in front of the station, there are izakayas and gyoza restaurants for dinner, which was convenient. There is nighttime ramen available in the building in the evening. The women's large bath has a PIN code, and security is tight. I was surprised at how close it was to the station. I would definitely like to use it again."
