"Old-style hotel with a sense of age but good service"

"The room was not as advertised, and was basic and not worth the price paid. Very misleading photos, raised concerns with the manager and all he could say is that it was photoshop and I can cancel through the third party- which takes 14 days so not an option at the time. The room is fine and all amenities you need are in there. but just advertised as a more luxurious stay than you receive. Some people rely on the photos of the rooms when picking from half way across the world, I suggest updating the site to reflect the room correctly to avoid any other upset customers. Overall the staff were friendly, including security guard and location ok. Right near Abu Dhabi mall."

"The room is spacious, and it is a hotel that locals like to choose. It is cost-effective. The food in the restaurant is rich and the price is reasonable. It is similar to domestic prices, and some are even cheaper."

"The hotel is well priced for what is offered , it is a little out away from the hustle bustle , but ideally located within 15 mins from corniche and 10 mins from grand mosque. Rooms are clean modern and good sized . The staff are amazing and ready to Assist all guests, our experience at this place was excellent for the short time spent as it was just to rest during a long flight lay over. A big thank you to Rehmet who’s was of great Assistance. Taxis are available outside the hotel and hotel staff are Always willing to assist getting a taxi from the hotel. ."

"When I booked this hotel, I was skeptical about it after reading the reviews. And there were few photos of the room itself and the price seemed low compared to other hotels in Abu Dhabi, despite the fact that due to the Coldplay concert, housing prices rose very much. But after staying there, I want to say that I am ready to become a regular customer of this hotel. We really liked everything!!! The most spacious room, excellent service, delicious breakfasts, heated pool, private beach, the location of the hotel, although it is far away, but in such a beautiful place! And the view of the sunrise from the window of our room left none of us indifferent. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely come back to you. It was not for nothing that I forgot my glasses at your place 😅"

"Booked a superior room with city view and had a free upgrade to luxury room with sea view which made our stay more special. Staff were very nice especially Ms. Allen in the reception. The room was so clean. Many options for breakfast. Location within the city center. We had a great stay."

"Room amenities were great. Room was clean and shampoo/ shower gel provided were of great scent. I particularly like their fitness centre and sauna/ steam room, which provided great relaxation to guests. Staff were nice and provided great service."

"Came back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude… Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included. Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out… I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi. I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹"

"The newly opened hotel apartment has a great environment and is especially suitable for a family to live in a large room together. The two-bedroom room is really spacious, has three bathrooms, and is very clean and tidy. But the sea view is not particularly perfect because there are some buildings under construction in the sea. At the same time, as a newly opened hotel, some facilities are broken, such as the window door handles and door stops. In addition, the hotel apartment shares a breakfast area with the InterContinental Hotel. The InterContinental Hotel is really old and the restaurant is really crowded. It takes 10 minutes to walk there every time. The scenery along the way is still very beautiful."

"I booked an apartment-style suite for one person, and it includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is not far from the airport and very close to Sheikh Zayed Mosque. The front desk service is super good. We had a problem paying for the taxi fare, so they directly exchanged cash for us. The suite is well-equipped, clean and tidy. It was very comfortable to stay for one night. The only thing is that there is a big mirror facing the bed, but this seems to be very common in the Middle East. There are a variety of breakfast and dinner, mostly white and Middle Eastern food, and you can eat enough. The overall experience is good"
