Abu Dhabi Apartments

In the room 918 the carpet was stained and there was stains on the wall. The most disappointing thing was the the pool was under renovation so we were unable to access the pool and had to leave the hotel and go two towers down to tower 2 and use the pool there this was very inconvenient. Had we know the pool was under renovations we would have booked else where as the children were looking forward to that the most.

out all my hotel stays in abu dhabi/dubai, this is my fav! the staff are so welcoming and friendly without being too robotic and templatey. thanks so much for making my stay good even before my check in! really made a difference to my trip! special shoutout to the front desk lady who accommodated me so well and annesulli(?) at breakfast for making things at ease

It’s not a very pleasant experience. When I made the reservation, I said it was the first day’s dinner plus the second day’s breakfast and lunch. When I checked in at more than three o’clock, I said it was the first day’s lunch and dinner. The second day only had breakfast. Check in The procedure is very slow, lunch must be used up before four o'clock, there is no way to eat. When the swimming pool was booked, it was said that it would open at 7:00, but I was caught up to swim at 8:45. Only suitable for children to play

This is part of a chain with a more glamorous sister hotel in Dubai. It's a little tired compared to newer 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi but has a pleasant lobby and beach. The pool area definitely needs upgrading in comparison with other hotels in the area. Not many facilities open at lunch time - the Sports Bar was shut so only outdoor options were at the Pool bar which had insufficient staff and seating. Our room on the 7th floor was excellent but no housekeeping! We returned to the room at 5pm to unmade bed and no fresh towels. Not what we expected for 5 star accommodation.

Good afternoon I would like to share my impressions of my stay at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. I am very glad that I chose this one out of all the variety of hotels on Saadiyat. A year ago I was here in St. Regis, so the choice of location was absolutely conscious. Since I live in a metropolis, for me harmony with the environment and the absence of high-rise buildings was a priority when choosing a hotel. The hotel is truly luxurious, from the reception to the service on the beach. An exceptionally professional team of managers and service staff makes you feel like a special, long-awaited guest from the first minute of your stay. My experience at the hotel is 100% positive. I had problems with the aggregator through which I booked the hotel, because the service that was specified during booking and payment did not match what the hotel was able to confirm upon check-in. But, thanks to the very sensitive, responsive and wonderful Inessa Ivleeva, the problem that arose was resolved as quickly as possible. I literally fell in love with the Amouage bath line presented at the hotel. This is a brand that fully corresponds to the high class premium level of the hotel. You can purchase any accessory for personal use. Now the magical scent of Amouage will remind me of the unforgettable moments spent in Jumeirah. Just during my stay, the SAL restaurant opened on site - the second project implemented in the UAE. The first restaurant of the same name is located in Dubai, in Burj Al Arab. Well, what can I say? Fantastic place! Absolutely 100% release into the atmosphere. The aesthetically impeccable, elegant, refined design of the hotel and the surrounding magical nature of the Saadiyat coast are absolutely harmoniously integrated with the pleasure that can be obtained from haute cuisine. In conclusion, it is worth saying that there are not many places that attract attention or amaze the imagination, and this is one of them. You may also want to come to Saadiat someday in order to find yourself in a fairy tale from the Arabian Nights. Happy travels to you!

Just extended my staying because I change my schedule. The hotel is good in general. I wish the room would be bigger but good size already. Just getting spoiled by the UAE.

Im lucky getting an amazing view in this hotel , beside all facilities that you can find on it , The size of the pool and beach is quite sufficient, specially if you have kids with you , all the rooms was really clean with smart gadgets to control the lights and curtains. The room dining experience was nice .

Park Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury. The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it. The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated. I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth. The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot. One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach. The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer. I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out. I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent. The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier. I really like to stay in this hotel … the room it’s big enough … cozy and comfortable … with good view as well … also nice service… nice people … delicious food…location is quite good … near the supermarket and the shopping mall… and lots of restaurants around … oh !also the bus station to Dubai just near around… super convenient…I do really enjoyed the stay. Thumbs up 👍 this hotel surely will be my first choice when next time I come to downtown Abu Dhabi again 💜
