"It is far away from the center of the city and public transport is not easily available. It is near supermarkets and restaurants which is convenient. Room is satisfactory and amenities are good. Nice social area at the front, though they don’t let you smoke ******** at the front. Bar was good though I think expensive when you can just buy cheap beers around the corner."

"We have stayed here a few times, and we will be back because it is a great experience each time. It is quiet and the rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious. The hotel is dog-friendly, and the location is beside a forest. Perfect for walking dogs, or just for going for a run or hike if you do not have a dog. Breakfast is plentiful and has many vegetarian options. The staff is super friendly. It is worth noting that the shuttle bus to the airport is free; in other hotels, you have to pay for this service. No complaints from our side. We will be back. 😍👍🏻"

"The service and amenities were excellent. The hotel's peaceful surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was outstanding – a definite highlight! I appreciated the free hotel shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, which was convenient despite the hotel's location. While public transportation options were rather limited, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travellers seeking a comfortable stay near Amsterdam."

"There are way better hotels around the airport. We were a family of 3 traveling, and so we booked a room for 3. When we arrived in the room, the sofa bed was out, but there were no sheets in it. We called reception to get sheets. A lady came and made the bed. But only when she had left we realized she hadn't put a cover in the bed. We called again and somehow came with a cover. When it was time to have a shower, there were only 2 towels (and by the way, no small towels at all). For a third time, we had to call, and this time, ask them for a towel. The bathroom was pretty old and rundown. There was a big carack on the floor, painting coming off in the shower and mold stains. Apart from that, the room and bathroom were spacious. The next day, we left in the morning and came back at 5 pm. The room had still not been cleaned, so we called reception to get it done. Straight after that, we left. When we came back later, someone had been there to clean. There were clean towels, but they had also left the dirty ones. What's more, they hadn't cleaned the bathroom floor. Dogs are welcome, so that's a big plus. And there's a beautiful grassy area with a pond, just beside the hotel. Perfect for walking them. Parking is available but it's rather expensive. We wanted to do a late check-out in the afternoon, as we had two dogs and a boy with us. It would have been much easier for them to stay in the hotel while we were doing our business in Amsterdam until 4 pm. So we called around midnight and asked reception if it would be possible to check out at that time, at an extra cost. She said it depends if the hotel is fully booked, in which case we can't and that we have to call back at 7.30am. So at 7.30, we called and were told that they are fully booked so impossible to get a late check-out. Which means that between midnight and 7.30 in the morning, they got fully booked... I suppose it's possible, but it felt more like they were not willing to help. The boy and the dogs spent their day waiting for us in a café. I wouldn't go back to this hotel as we had a bad experience. We expected better from Radisson."

"This is a business hotel. The shuttle service comes on time and in 30mins intervals. The room is spacious and clean. the service is ok. some staff are really friendly, some are not. It depends. The only thing we hate is the pillows. all the pillows provided were ridiculously soft. it is as if the pillow case were almost empty. Had a bad neck for my 3 night stay here. other than that, all is good."

"I was booked at Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport after the first hotel l booked could not find my booking though l had paid and had the confirmation. However, Trip.com helped and booked me at Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. And it turned out as the better hotel and better room as service than my previous hotel. For sure when l am around Schiphol airport, l will definitely book again Moxy Hotel through Trip.com. The roam was clean, the lighting was great and the room was generally welcoming and also clean."

"I arrived in Amsterdam late at night. The hotel's shuttle was right there waiting for me. The drive was smooth and quick. The driver was really nice! I was greeted by a lovely young lady. Her smile was bright and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel was lovely. My room was nice. The bed was comfortable and quiet. I slept well. My wake-up call came on time, thank you 😊. I caught the hotel shuttle to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Excellent customer service at really good prices."

"The hotel was easy to reach. I have been using the hotel for many times mow, just because of the price and good location. However every time there is an issue with checking in/out. I always reserve the upgraded room type, and every time they are trying to give you the basic room. This is a big Disadvantage and frustrating. This morning my car did not start so I had to call a road service, which would take some time. I advised the frontoffice about the issue and advised that I could take some time before they would come. In the meantime I informed them that I would  leave and be back. Again a very unfriendly/willing front desk."
